I have purchased a bag 2 years ago. It had issue so they send it for repair. It has been 3 months and they said they are happy to give me credit. In the mean time this bag has gone up 750 dollars. So they said if I want to replace the bag I can get the same bag which is 4700 now but if I want to get credit I obly get 3950. I am finding it hard to understand that bags that were cheaper when I purchased mine I have to pay now to choose them. They happy to give me a bag that is 4700 but not happy to give me that much credit. Makes no sence.
Desired outcome: To have 4700 credit as much as the bag is worth.
Louis Vuitton ruined my Birthday and Valentine's Day!
My husband, who has been planning for a special celebration for us, decided to present me a new model LV bag for Valentine's Day and for my birthday. That’s why he surprised me by taking to your store at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. His online orders was delivered there and we went to pick it up. When we opened the package, store employees and my husband noticed that the small wallet which with come with purse was missing and store employees said that the best way to do now, to send the bag back and they will send the right product to our address. They conveyed that the next day, bag would be sent to us by overnight shipping and we’ll have the bag on the 20th of the February at the latest. Of course my husband and I were pretty disappointed. This unpleasant experience, which caused our night to start badly, still continues days later. Unbelievable! Today is the 2nd of March and we still have not received our order! It's unbelievable.
Worse thing, my husband has been trying to talk to customer service for last 5 days. After waiting on the line for a long time, customer service employees say "we will get back to you" and hang up. It's been days and we still can't get any return. When shopping from LV like all other luxury brands, always thinking that we are not only buying a bag, but a nice experience!
However, the suffering we faced is unacceptable. Neither my husband nor I are people who have no free time to track an order for days, send emails to the brand to make their job right or make phone calls for a bag. We are very busy people in business life. I request you to rectify this grievance as soon as possible, and I am waiting for an action from you to rectify it, please. A gift that would make me happy on both my birthday and my valentine's day could only have caused such a bad experience. I don't believe it and we both very disappointed.
I want to emphasize again we do shopping from luxury brands to have a great experiences. This situation LV put us in Did NOT fit our purpose at all!

Muffler with very poor in quality
Bought a Muffler from Banglore (India) UB city showroom (store 6204) on 19/11/2022 at 8.31 pm. Only after 1st use lint formed on it. Poor quality accepted by showroom staff and they also assured replacement within a week. Strangely they killed the time by answering that they are in wait of response from their quality team and finally they answered rudely that they can’t do anything. Hope that company with such a big Brand Value will take it seriously.

On 05/Feb - I visited LV Jeddah, Saudi Arabia branch to purchase one perfume along with my wife and kid. It was a really weird experience for me, being such a high quality brand, no one attended me at all from reception. I was like stranded and nobody was even shown interest to talk to me.
Anyway I went to perfume section and looked the products. Again shockingly the lady staff was simply looking at me and talking to another staff. I was really embarrassed so as my family as we were simply standing alone in the counter like trespassers. Never had such experience ever. When I asked her who is attending this section, she said someone will come. I continued to look the products by myself hoping someone will come and help but nothing. Again, I asked another lady staff and said I need help. Then she talked to the lady who I talked earlier and she came to the counter. It was clear from her face that she has absolutely no interest in attending me. Anyhow, just due to the love of the product, I went on and purchased what I was looking for. After leaving the showroom, I checked the bag and realized invoice is not there and checked my phone if any sms/email received but nothing there too. So I went back and asked for the invoice in the cash counter and they replied talk to your sales person. I couldn’t find them in the store so I asked another staff he replied to me “they are not here. if you want, you sit here and they will come and talk to you when they are free”
It was humiliating behavior from all these staffs. I and my family is still in shock from this incident.
I believe It’s clearly the case of RACISM.
I would expect LV to investigate in this case and take necessary actions accordingly.
My emails has been taken over by lv
I accidentally opened an email from LV on approx. 1/25/2023 and I have received nearly 1000 emails since. I have blocked and unsubscribed to no avail. They just keep coming. I want it stopped NOW. I am a realtor and you have taken over my email. I cannot conduct business with LV sending me 250 emails in a day. This is absolutely unacceptable and the most ridiculous thing EVER! It is so bad to do this to anyone. I want confirmation From Louis Vuitton that this has been corrected and stopped!

Black Leather Neverfull
To Whom it May Concern,
After receiving a used bag and damaged LV box. At the very least - I was not offered express delivery for the replacement bag. I was advised it could take up to two weeks to receive the replacement.
I have also still not had a call from a Manager after raising a formal complaint on the 24th of January. I have made several calls in the meantime trying to speak to a Manager.
I have found the whole experience appalling and unacceptable - that includes the Customer Service. I was given wrong information multiple times.
Please cancel order number NX636130012. I DO NOT want the replacement bag. I have decided not to shop with LV again!

Faulty Scarf
I'm very dissapointed in the quality of the scarf. I'm unable to wear the scarf any longer because of how the scarf looks, Even though I purchased the scarf two years ago, The only time I have worn the scarf was last winter as been unable to wear the scarf now because of how it looks.
Normally I wouldn't make contact with the shop about the scarf but considering how much it cost this is why I'm contacting you, Please find attached photos of the scarf.
I hope this is something you would look into, I have many LV products and normally the quality of your items and A+ but there seems to be an issue with these scarfs.

I had bought an Alma bag peach color from Dubai mall in 2014 it has changed its color in time and turned yellow .We tried to complain about it in India branch mumbai Situated at hotel Taj mahal we got a rude reply from a male salesman overthrew saying to throw the bag after spending 2.5lakh on a bag we don't expect such reply we need solution and All Alma bags are defective for sure .Since we have few more in the family.

I purchased a bracelet and some perfume from Rinscenta in Rome. I had tried the display bracelet on and wanted to purchase one, the assistant was a trainee and said he would get me a new one and wrap it. I saw him look in the drawer but he didn’t get one out and he didn’t replace it back on display so I was concerned that he was going to sell me the display bracelet, when he returned with my perfume and bracelet wrapped I specifically asked him if it was definitely a new bracelet and he said yes. We went for a coffee and I took out the bracelet and inspected it and it was scratched on the inside so I realised that he had wrapped up the display bracelet. I returned and told another member of staff who fetched over the person who had sold it. He seemed flustered and said he would ring the other store to see if they had got one. After 20 minutes I had to enquire what was happening and was told they needed more time so I suggested that I would walk to the store myself and get a replacement which I did, after queuing outside for 15 minutes we were told that they didn’t have one but another store had so I walked there and got a replacement, the young lady was apologetic
Desired outcome: I would like an apology for time wasted on our holiday, being lied to about the display bracelet, having to walk to 2 different stores to get what I had paid for and therefore some kind of compensation for the inconvenience

I sent a bag to your repair about 9 months ago. The only problem was a little bit of leather that affixed the shoulder strap attachment which is attached to the shoulder strap. I waited for 7 months. I got an email from a lady saying she tried to contact me several times and if she didn’t hear from me she [censored] sending the bag back. I had no history of any calls. I immediately phoned the customer care number. Explained and they said they would have her text me. I got a text saying she would text me back. I waited nothing. I called back. Again nothing I texted her. Nothing. Then the purse arrived. Not fixed. The strap attachment GONE! I immediately phoned furious! Asked for Olivia. Got her finally. She said the bag didn’t have it on. I was so confused then I didn’t know what to say. She. We hung up I told my hubby. He said yes it is affixed to the shoulder strap! Which it is. I put the little piece of leather in the bag. These bags I found out are known for This historically. My bag is like new. I love it. I thought I could trust LV! I was furious. She said she would phone me back. That was 2 months ago. No call. I contacted BBB. They contacted your store which said they would handle my concerns. No contact. This is not a reasonable man’s way of handling such a small concern. But huge to the consumer. Hello I never received my Purse I purchased for my daughters Birthday
On June 14, 2022 I ordered a Purse for my daughters Birthday it was scheduled to be delivered next day June 15, 2022 UPS Delivery man put a tag on my door supposably at 10:20 am, I was home so I never got it they left a UPS tag but never knocked on the door. I called UPS Customer service gave them my tracking number # 1Z598FW52401049548 and InfoNotice # [protected]. they said the driver would be there the next day Thursday around 10 am I was at home on Thursday they did not knock or leave a tag on the door showing they was there. We called again Thursday night and the Customer service said they would deliver Friday so I took time off work again. They never showed up and never let me know he was there by leaving a tag to show he was there. I believe the driver was not telling the truth If he was he would have left a tag each time he was would be there. This morning I called Monday June 20, customer service said I could pick up the bag in Sunnyvale, so I went there. Again only to find myself wasting my time and money. I am pretty disappointed with my experience at the Rocks LV store in Sydney, I was attending the store to swap a pair of LV shoes (which I absolutely love) which I ordered the wrong size online.
When trying to enter the store I was interrogated by the attendant as if I firstly should not be walking into a LV store and also that as if was about to do something wrong like I was a criminal.
Never in my life have I experienced such outrageous behavior.
This has left an extremely sour taste and I know question if I should be purchasing LV products especially when you market yourself as products for all walks of life.
I hope this is passed onto the store and something action is actually taken.
Desired outcome: How do you decide for an outcome on this type of behavior. I do not blame the employee as I am sure someone would have instructed to be like that.An apology is foremost.
Neverfull Bag
I saved up to purchase a Neverfull bag from Louis Vuitton that I had been wanting for a long time. After having the bag for a few years and not using it regularly, I noticed that the canvas is ripped on my bag. It is a pretty significant rip and instead of the canvas, it is the red cloth in that area of the bag now. The rip is going to continue to get worse too. I emailed customer service and provided my contact information, the details of my issue and photos. I was expecting a prepaid deliver label so that I could send my bag back for repair. Instead I got an email response advising that there is nothing that they can do for me, but I am more than welcome to come shopping at a Louis Vuitton store. I am livid. I saved up my hard earned money to purchase this bag. At the time, I paid over $1,200 for a purse that is basically a canvas purse and then the canvas rips. And then, I am told that they will do nothing for me and patronize me and tell me to come shopping at their store. Louis Vuitton is a place where there are a lot of repeat customers. This is a horrible business model and a horrible look. I will never purchase another Louis Vuitton item again and I will be telling everyone I know the same thing.

Discrimination and mistreatment at LV Store
I bought a LV necklace at Brookfield Place and it tarnished in a matter of hours. I need a solution. Besides I was mistreated and discriminated me at the same store by an employee called Phillip.

We tried to order a belt and the order was cancelled for no reason 4 times. I had to speak to 8 people a total of 3 hours on the phone to actually get the belt ordered. I'm still unsure if it will not cancel again. I would give it up but it is my sons 18th birthday present, but his birthday ahs been and gone) I was hung up on twice spoken to terribly by a client services person who needs a job doing something else called Crystal and told that that's the way louis Vuitton work!

I have carried LV bags for over 30 years. My last Neverfull which is probably about 4-5 years old, needed the leather strip at the top replaced along with the side left and right straps. I brought it to Walt Whitman Mall Saks store in Huntington back in November. Five months later, NO HAND BAG, NO progress report, NOTHING! Its bad enough I will be charged 180 dollars to fix, what is worse is I was told it was a 10 week wait which has turned into five months. I went back to Louis Vuitton in Saks at Walt Whitman three weeks ago and demanded they return my bag, whether or not it was fixed. I was told by David, the manager I would hear something within 2 weeks. It has been 3 weeks and NOTHING...No information and no bag. How are you a luxury brand and treat repeat customers like this? I have had 3 Neverfulls, A couple of speedy bags, 2 belts, several wallets and sunglasses. I don't think I will want to buy anything else if this doesn't get resolved and soon.
