LuckyLand Slots When I log in

I can not log in to my account. Every time I do, a box pops up and tells me that your game is only available in the US and I hit the ok button and it automatically logs me out. It will not keep me logged in. And now I know I'm past my time to receive to daily gift of 1.00. this is not fair. I play this game every day, daily. Please fix this issue

LuckyLand Slots redemption not received

On May 29, 2021 at around 2 pm I played luckyland slots an I was playing Cai Shen La. A game I would usually skip over but I didnt I decided to bet big so I did an I started off betting 50$ a spin. The results of me doing so lead to a $16, 498.88 gain I was happy until luckyland denies my redemption an closes my account. I didnt know what to do an still dont know what steps to take or who to contact about getting my money. This is unfair an shows they have no integrity. I have been waiting over 2 weeks an still I have not received my redemption. Can someone please guide me in the right direction?

I have been playing for awhile I've never had a issue until I hit major I won 126,000 and it all went to hell from there I redeemed 50,000 they denied it that 76,000 in my sc cash so I emailed questioning why my redemption was rejected and finally some one called me he told me the money was on its way back they emailed saying I would receive the money he talked to his manager then the next email I got he stated the money was returned to my sc and that I played all my winning back . I did not play it back I did play 4,000 back so I keep emailing asking what happen to my money they said I played all my winning back within a 3 day period I said I never played it all back . They offered 250 dollars of sc to play on them and all of sudden I'm a lucky duck of the month they even sent me a canopy outside swing now I'm blocked the game keeps saying loading it will not allow me on any slot . They said I should of been a responsible player and not play what I won . Which I did not how can they do this to people.

They did me the same way but it was for 2000.00 now they are ignoring my texts i promise you they will not keep mines I will sue them for more then 2000.00 they deactivated my account and said my redemption was declined and my money was put back in my account so if you deactivated my account how am i suppose to get my money the only way I see to get money is turn this claim over to my attorney I played over 2000.00 dollars that day to get the 2000.00 I redeemed I want my money and I want it now this will never be over until I get my money

I feel we all should join together and file a lawsuit. I was playing the same games and other games but when it lost connection I had $60.00 when it reconnected I only have $2.27 since then it's done it on different games and all they say is our game was working correctly when that's not true cause it went down for updates and system repairs right after that smh. No telling how long this has been happening for in the past 3 weeks it's done it like 10 times. They keep saying wasn't nothing wrong with their system such liars now I want to sue for all I have invested in this game since I started playing. They r here to steal whatever they can and never resolves any issues.

LuckyLand Slots Wrongful deactivation of my account nd charges

I played for many months and was able to cash out a few times with one account only. I use my phone nd laptop for wen I'm home nd travel. I win 400$ and they deny my payout and deactivated my ac6saying u have multiple accounts and can never play again...I dont understand how do they figure I have multiple accounts ...wen I do not ..nor do I have multiple numbers. I've only used one nd to win finally nd accuse me of having multiple accounts nd forfeit my wins is not fair or accurate. I use my phone and laptop for travel to play and never had a problem until the win of 400.

LuckyLand Slots Never loading and freezing on me and taking my money when I dont bet

I deposited over $350 in a week and did not win more then $11 this casino sucks and half the time would not load. I would deposit $50 a time and gets sicking after the 5th time and you dont win a dim do not play with real money they just take it! idk what happend to $76 just disappeard

LuckyLand Slots Redeeming chumba casino

I have been using the email and info when I signed up long ago I had requested many times to change the email and my address never happened then I finally win 16k dollars I have the video, pics and witnesses and now an attorney who tried to talk to you we now will start litigation as after I tried to redeem and even had put 30 in my account then you closed it stealing my deposited money my winnings and trying to act like I do not exsist then all the sudden fraudulent activity on my bank account which I just gave you to get verified I won't blow away In the wind I will pursue a lawsuit and let everyone in on how my high priced lawyer taught you a lesson on why you should not steal from people making pathetic excuses not to pay after you gladly accept their money!

I won the money sent you all my private personal i formation then started to complain after my account closed only to find out soon after fraudlant activity started by the way you have ignored me and my attorney you must be figuring out the loopholes well I am moving 9n with the lawsuit and will be doing what you say we can't a class action with an injunction as my attorney is coming up with gold now that I have paid a purse to pursue you thiefs

On top of closing my account they will not talk to me or my attorney they just say they are forwarding it to the right department they will get back to me soon that was like 5 hrs ago they literally just ignoring me because I won they have all these advertisements about 100k winners well I searched out some of the people with Google photo search I found two they were paid actors as its just an ad . They don't pay out its rigged so they make excuses and delete your account . My attorney said after the blog received now over 4000 complaints we will involve the fbi and most likely cause an injection get my winnings plus mental damages caused by these scam artists want to hear more my name is brandon wysocki at [protected] or sickbastered69@gmail.com I won't sit back after I have spent 1000"s over the years never winning a dime not to say as soon as I complained I had just deposited 30$ before they closed it ! Thiefs and scam artists surprised they are not from Nigeria!

out of curiosity, have you disputed the original charges with your bank. According to FTC, the Federal Credit protects consumers for both debit and credit card purchases. A dispute doesnt guarantee you will see those original funds for GC/SC back in your account, but you can try...especially if you have screenshots/videos/emails. Disputes are valid if:

1) Someone else used your card without permission.
2) There was a billing error.
3) You’ve made a good-faith effort to resolve a problem with the merchant.

Their sister company LuckyLand is the exact same way. Count me in on any lawsuit you are pursuing. They are just scammers that need to be dealt with.

I want to join in they are scammers. Machine losses connection comes back to me losing what I had in my SC account saying they had no glitches b.s. I've spent thousands just for this game to jack me for my SC money after losing connection

I've reached out to them over 50x and they keep giving me the runaround, I've asked to file a complaint and when I asked to file a complaint they blocked me on Facebook and Twitter. I've never received my money

I have been asking since April 22nd to please delete an old account I was told I cannot have two accounts so I want one deleted is that one month later and I have not gotten a response I have sent multiple emails and never receive a response how can something so simple has deleting an account X over a month and not one person a customer service has responded any of my emails

LuckyLand Slots Un-professional customer service

About 2 weeks ago I was given a host named Claire boykins ever since then everything has went to hell she is unprofessional with her behavior she gave me a spending limit for no reason just because I asked why all the other diamond ducks were getting weekly bonuses and I never have she then sent my account to go coins only because she said I complained too much now she has suspended my account because she said all these things were not true that I have done number one I have never been given weekly anything and I've been a diamond deck for months after months two I did complain about my first house by regretted it shortly after and I apologize three I never exceeded my weekly spend them out that she for no reason to put me on and for she never answers any of my questions and I am not treated fairly or equally and I feel like I'm being harassed by her. Claire boykins claims that she reviewed my account weekly for bonuses and personal promotions but she never did she's a poor host I haven't even been playing like elon's for the last week because of her and now all the sudden my account is suspended I don't understand can somebody please help me out. Claire boykins has never did any of the things she claims she has done for me not one time she has made it stressful to even enjoy lucky land slots she has suspended my account for no reason at all and she will not answer why she has done it I have attached just a couple of the emails she has sent me there are several more where she's just ridiculous.

LuckyLand Slots Customer service

I had asked for a few free sweeps one day and host Claire decided to give me a promotion instead which I had to spend $50 in order to get 75 free sweeps then she accidentally sends me an email that was meant for someone else saying that she added their 50 sweeps weekly bonus I'm monthly a diamond dUck and I don't ever get any weekly sweeps I thought it was unfair and I complained she then proceeded to tell me that I don't have control of my gaming and so on and so forth. I haven't had a host in over 2 months so I do not get promotions and free sweeps like everybody else is getting that's a diamond duck I just think it's totally unfair that I'm a very loyal customer and I have control my gaming and I'm being treated this way. Claire has now set my weekly Max spending amount to $1, 500 so that's how you know I spend more than enough with lucky land it's not that I can't afford it I just don't like not being treated Fair.

LuckyLand Slots Payment not received

When I made purchases, Luckyland slots gladly accept my payments so quick, they don't give anything restrictions about their terms and conditions.

Last year and during Covid 19 lock down, my friends and I were playing the same casino, we all used my laptop. My IP Address is recorded at lucky land Slots. we were all making payments, none of us received any free bonus from them, then one day every account is locked by the casino.

Few months later, my email was hacked([protected]@hotmail.com) I opened another one ([protected]@outlook.com)
Luckyland slots rep told me to use SKRILL to make purchases, again they gladly accepted my payments. I won $5000.
After going back and forth with documents verification they approved my redemption.
on 4/4/21 I received an email that they won't pay me my $4500 and they locked my account.

Desired outcome: refund me all the payments I made under user:aelhadir and dtag123 and give me all my winnings

I just hit 16, 000 have the video, witnesses and more only after I sent them my bank information they closed deleted my account and fraudulent activity started to occur on my account . I have spent 1000's over the years ha e statements to prove it they use their loopholes to rob people well I found out this is money laundering by the company against their own rules I have started to get ready for litigation we are researching getting employees names, addresses and more and about to send to the news .edit to let them harass them where they live around family and friends the only way I will stop terrorizing them is when my 16000.00 hits my bank account else I will spend my fortune on destroying this company.

LuckyLand Slots fraudulent charged transactions to my debt card

I have several hundred dollars that were fraudulently dented from my checking account. As a single mother trying to make ends meet as is with this pandemic and orders of guidelines in place nationwide I'm am utterly disturbed I can't get ahold of a live person my emails have not been responded The funds that were debt from my account will now cause things that were scheduled to be taken out to either to not clear or me to over draft! I would like to get some answers before it's too late

Get an attorney and sue for theft, mental damages interist all together . I won 16, 000.00 sent them my bank info my account closed and fraudulent charges started on my account I am not able to say exactly what has been found out but my new best friend my attorney is going to resolve this or get me 10 fold what they owe me and thats a promise or I pay nothing for his services!

Hello I wanted to complain about some transactions for $2800 made and played on my account on march 17 2021. I already told them I did not do it bu they keep saying that the transactions were successfully and played. I been playing for a while and spending quite some money and I never have any problem like this. They said can't do a refund because the founds were played cuz I did not do.

same exactly date and issue. i have called and rudely told me it was played as well.
i never played like this much i just started on feb.2021 and it is not my habits its just my pass time. and never spend this kind of money. they took all my saved money.

I woke up this morning only to find that lucky land casinos has been charging my card over and over and over and a variety of different times without my consent I did not play at these times and I still was being charged from 1 this morning to 5:30 today my card was charged 6 times while I was sleeping this is not legal and I will not tolerate you charging my card without my consent I will be contacting my lawyer directions will be made seeing his shadow nobody wants to contact me and fix this issue because these charges go back for about 2 weeks and no one has tried to fix this whatsoever they just continually keep charging my card
