I played luckylandslots.com on Facebook site. I almost played $100.00, then it hit $500.00, Now that I'm trying to collect they are saying I need all information, drivers I'd, 3-month bank statement, the full-page electric bill, social security number, etc. I took pictures on my laptop, but they said they were not clear enough! At first, I used my Debit Card from USDirectExpress.com. They said I couldn't collect with that unless they have ACH! So I opened up an account with Wells Fargo Bank. I sent the statement, they couldn't except that, it has to be 3-months of statements! They never told me this before I started to play! They have no problems with taking my money! They said they had to make sure it isn't laundered money, terrorist money! I play on another site The Derby Horse Racing. I don't have these problems with them!

Lucky land slots game keeps crashing. I get it opened and get about 3-4 spins and it crashes, gets reloaded and it does it again. It will reload several times and then I give up. I try several times and finally quit.

Luckyland and Chumba are both crocks. I’ve been playing for a year and a half, spent LOTS of money on both and only went over the “redeemable amount” twice. Sometimes you may spin 20 times in a row (in the same game or spread out amongst games) and NEVER EVEN HIT FOR 5 CENTS! You can literally lose $10 on a 15 cent spin game without ever getting a win. It’s addicting with BS payouts. Don’t waste your money on either.

I have played online with your company since 2019 and I have never as much of a difficult time in getting my refund. This makes me not want to use your site in the future. There a matter of $781 that has yet to be released.

I placed a lock on my card so my husband wouldn’t spend so much. But somehow Luckyland was still able to access the money in the bank even with a hold on my checking account to not spend money. Really suspicious how they can do that.

It's not a scam if u do the proper paperwork correctly like they ask the first withdrawal process the rest withdrawal process is a breeze I have cashe out for 200 first time 1100 second time. I have a friend that has cashed out for 9000 7000,and 860. If u have a luckylands debit card then u recurve payment right then no wait or anything.

I tried to redeem $350 and have deposited much more. I sent them all the info they required just to have them ask for it again So after sending it 5 times I now have learned that they do not honor payouts. I recommend not playing there unless you don't play to cashout

I want my money reimbursed to me as soon as possible. The card has been closed. I have given my phone number email and sent proof of my debit card that was used without my consent. You are only allowed one warning about multiple accounts if they never gave that warning you must email luckyland zen desk at that time any account you have provide to them you will be able to collect all redeemable winning avoid sharing devices

LuckyLand slots is the worse online casino I have ever played. They take hundreds if not thousands of dollars more than they pay out. I do not reccomend this casino to anyone. My bank statements show every deposit made to the casino.

What you need to collect your winnings dear is valid photo copy front and back of your id second one bank statement showing the same name and address as your id it can't be a joint or payee account. You can also get a free found business bank account which is what I did or any prepaid card in which you can show account and routing number which means you must register the prepaid card and wait for the permanent which will include what's required buy luckyland they pay don't trip.lastly a picture of you holding your id below your face. I just paid for their 50% special. I paid $15 for $30. Payment went through. Game immedicately locked up. No money ever put into my Luckyland Account.

Asked for a refund. Nothing.

Im over with Luckyland Casino doing this.

I didnt bet anything, therefore nothing should be gone..

This is a ripoff.
