I ordered the Luminess Air makeup over a month ago, I have yet to recieve it, although they are still taking the money out of my bank account. I called customer service, and i honeslty got nowhere with them. I really want the product, or i would like to get a refund. I don't know what else to do.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I was considering purchasing this product. I got on the computer to research peoples views of the Luminess Air. I have seen many sites and read numerous complaints. I have been ripped off, over charged and given the run around on infomercial products before so now before I buy I research comments. Thank you to those who have given their accounts of the product both good and bad. (mostly I have seen bad). I wonder if any of you have reported to the BBB? FYI: always write down EVERYONE you speak to even if you are transferred many times, document the time (time you call, how long you wait each time your transferred, how long you have to speak to each person before transferred.also, now, most cell phones can record your conversation too. Turn the tables and let them know that you too are recording. I hope this may help some of you and thanks again for your help.
I also ordered their product. Was charged two payments. I never received product so I cancelled auto pay. Now they sent my account to Monterrey collections and have been receiving the most threatening and insulting phone calls from them. Luminess air never did anything to help with issue and told me they can not and will not get involved . Any Advice on how to handle this matter? Anybody knows if they have a legal department. Worse company to deal with
