Lyft Drivers that don't show and dont answer their phone!

driver marvin did not show said he was there lied! called him on the phone 3 times no answer texted him nada!...tey i quicky get a robot NO SHOW CHARGE WHICH INFURIATES ME AND MAKES ME W ANT TO USE ANOTHER SERVICE! YOU'D BETTER BE AS QUICK WITH THE DRIVER DIDN'T SHOW PAGE AS YOU ARE WITH CUSTOMER DIDN'T SHOW OR YOU WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN! Lyft Lyft trust and safety team

A lady named Grace from Lyft's Trust and Safety team harassed and bullied me repeatedly on the phone. I was mentally tortured by her. She forced me to succumb to her and I refused. Following which I started sharing my reviews on social media. Then Grace started sending me bribe💵 to shut my mouth. This is corruption to the max. I have got tangible proof.

Lyft Driver

Nashville Tennessee driver Laprisha Lee has picked me up numerous times smelling like marijuana to the point it was in my clothes when I got out of the vehicle and entered my job for a meeting. I think it's very unprofessional for not only as an employee of Lyft but for Lyft in general to have drivers that they don't periodically drug test... peoples jobs and lives are at risk when using your services the least you could do as a company is ensure the safety of your customers to the best of your capabilities

Lyft Lyft driver out of control

On Wednesday October 17 around 5:20pm, I was attempting to park in the 99 Cent Store (Colorado Ave)parking lot in Pasadena Ca. When I started reversing my car to angle into a parking lot, I could see in my back-up camera, a female emerge from her vehicle and begin to berate me. She was screaming that she had been in an accident last week and I was getting ready to hit her vehicle again. At first I tried to ignore her because I could see clearly in my rear view and in my back-up camera that I had not and would not make contact with her car. When I did not respond to her, she started physically hitting my vehicle with her fist, At that point I rolled down the driver window and yelled for her to not touch my car. She continued screaming and hitting my car. I then used explicit language, in the effect of "stop hitting my [protected]@*#ing car"! She then yelled to me that she had a child in the car and to not use that language. I yelled that she should not be attacking my car and acting the way she was if she was responsible for a child in the car. At that point she started saying "F you" "F'ing white [censored]" and crazy stuff. I rolled up my window and continued to park my car which was now facing hers. She continued yelling and tried to involve the person parked next to her, talking to them in Spanish and making gestures to me. She then pulled out of her parking spot and I thought it was over but she just moved her car to a different spot in the lot. At that point I became scared to enter the store. If she had no problem beating on my car when I was in it in front of several witnesses, she would definitely not have a problem once I left it. I decided to leave the parking lot and took a picture of her licence plate as I was exiting. When she saw that I was taking a picture she started flipping me off and screaming again. I left the lot. This woman has no business driving people around and is dangerous to be on the road. Not to mention how terrible it is to have her representing your company. Please do something about this! I am waiting for a response back on what was done. I have included a picture of her licence plate (1UEU514).

Lyft Driver

Your driver Robert osterhoudt was rude and it smelled bad in his car he looked like he hadded had a shower in a month his clothes smelled and there was not enough room in his vehicle was a carseat he even had his girlfriend with him and he was on his phone texting while driving
I feel he is a unsafe and unfit driver for your company he has been in a accident before with texting and driving he was telling me about his life story about some girl he dated how he hurt her and he got this job to pay her back but he told me he had no intention on doing so
He speeds and ran a few red lights he had trouble finding my destination to drop me off
I will never use lyft ever again

Lyft Almost ran off the road...

A Lyft driver with Colorado license plate: CJR-907 in a red Volkswagen Jetta almost ran myself and my 3 children off the road this morning (10/15/18) while I was taking them to school. I was ahead of him taking the off ramp on Kipling from I-70. He went around me on the left and cut in front of me. This is a single lane exit ramp- I almost hit him- it even appeared that he had a fare in the back seat... I wish that you responded to your complaints, but it appears that you do not as I am not seeing any replies to prior complaints. THIS IS NOT THE INDY 500 AND THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE OUT ON THE STREETS OTHER THAN YOUR LEAD FOOTED FOOLS. Discipline in a expedient way would be awesome... There's a pipe dream for ya, from Colorado, you're welcome!

Lyft Lyft ride

Erik picked up from sprouts at 4pm and was confused on my drop off location. His gps was not directing him to my drop of which i then gave him my direct address he complained that he did not know where that was that he had lived here for 16 years. Then his gps worked all of a sudden. He was then occupied on the telephone with a customer mistake or complaint with technical issues he had have. Very uncomfortable ride which ended with him refusing to take me all the way home because i lived up a hill lol! I have never had issues with any lyft driver but Erik was definitely a piece of work and very unprofessional and straight up rude. He should really learn hospitality. I did end up walking a block up the hill!

Lyft Dl# 8cwy325

A lady driving a white Nissan Altima with DL#8CWY325 driving very erratically in & out of lanes, swerving between cars, and cutting people off. She turned right onto Power Inn rd. did not stop, cutting me off. She didn't have any passengers in the car, but this should not be a stipulation for good driving. She scared the crap out of me! I don't think her house was on fire because she pulled into the rite aid. She had a "Lyft" sticker in her car window. I sure wouldn't want her driving me!

Lyft Lost phone

I left my phone in a Lyft vehicle around 3am on Thursday, September 20th in New York City. I contacted Lyft immediately about the situation, followed up many, many times via email (as Lyft does not have a customer service contact support number) and I tracked my iPhone (on the "Find My Phone" app) in my Lyft driver's vehicle all day.

It has now been over 24 hours and Lyft has informed me via email that they still "can't get a hold of the driver". I would be beyond happy to offer a reward to this driver in return for my phone, but I have no way of contacting him myself. (I do not have his number.)

I find it very alarming that Lyft can't get a hold of one of its own drivers. I am also very frustrated in the customer service responses I have received. I have sent 17 emails to Lyft but have only received a few sporadic responses back about the situation. (And some of them appear to be automated responses.)

(I tried attaching all emails here but this website would not let me. Can send in if needed.)

Lyft Price

My husband has been taking Lyft to work every day on average we pay 13$ a day. And then today the price jumped to 20$ for a Lyft. Completely unexpected and now he has to miss a day of work because we simply can not afford that. I thought this was supposed to be cost effective. Definitely unsatisfied, no excuse to jack the price up, when prices are so high as it is. If our car was working we wouldn't need this at all. How are we to save money?

Lyft Theft by lyft driver

My name is Ann Yarish I live at 5615 N 7th st # 13Phoenix AZ 85014
My apartment was rob by your Lift driver Justin Clour 7/25/18 Phoenix police department number 2018-1304753.
Lyft drive had copy of my key and entered into my apartment when I was not at home and stole over 12, 000.00 of jewelry and checks.
I have reported this to the phoenix police please see the report number above and currently perusing legal action.
I have tried to notify you by phone but have not received any response 615-682-8624.
I will continue to resolve this issue through legal avenues.

FEDERAL ANTITRUST LAWSUIT FILED AGASINT LYFT, Inc.

Hello all Lyft drivers and victims of Lyft. My name is Anthony and I am a Lyft driver in Savannah Georgia. I am a law school student, and in that capacity, I brought a federal lawsuit against Lyft for a number of violations. You all need to be careful because Lyft is generating two separate receipts for a ride. Lyft sent a passenger a receipt showing she paid 28.00 for the ride. Lyft then sent the driver, through the app, a receipt in the logs only reflecting that the passenger paid 21.00 for the fare. If anyone needs, or wants a copy of the lawsuit, or needs help bringing your own lawsuit, I can help you all. If Lyft has cheated you, or you evidence of any criminal or civil wrongdoing, please don't hesitate to call or email as I have already open an inquiry with the FBI office in Manhattan, New York.

Lyft Ride credit

So Lyft is a a company of thieves and should never be used! Yesterday a friend got me a $10 gift card for a Lyft ride. I applied the credit to my account and it was successful. I never used the code. I upgraded my phone and when I upgraded my phone, my credit wasn't there. I had to walk in the rain to Target to get an Uber gift card . Lyft has NO AVAILABLE PHONE NUMBERS to call to fix this. Only email and social media. Lyft is now saying that they can't find an issue and won't refund her money. They gave me a $10 ride credit that expires this month but that doesn't make them leaving me in the rain okay. PLEASE NEVER USE LYFT!

Lyft Help in lost and found

I left my phone in a car on 8.21.2018 in Seattle wa at approx 8pm. My drivers name was sue.
I contacted Lyft 4 times and can get no satisfaction. In part this would be from my inability to get in my account, due to the fact I no longer have a phone. I also cannot get a verification code as I have no phone.
I am traveling and this process of finding and using any service has been arduous at best.
I have had no contact from the driver nor any email. I was told I could not speak to anyone in lost and found.
This is ridiculous. Uber is able to call on the spot.
Your system has been exhausting and non supportive.
I will be deleting your app and using only Uber from here on out.

Lyft I was cut off by a reckless driver.

As I was driving North bound one of your drivers wanted to plat tit for tat in cars

the driver was driving very reckless, stop and go, speed up and then over took me

at a light driving very reckless. here is the license number 7MLJ162 SONATA

Had there been kids out in the street someone could have been seriously hurt, you cant play touch and go in the streets! this occurred at approx: 9:15 am 8/21/2018

then the driver pulled into my place of employment and wanted to have a shouting
match with me! NOT! please do respond for I will make an police report as well.

Lyft Driver littering

Today I was driving behind a Lyft driver in a black or dark colored chevy malibu who threw a bag of garbage out his window into the middle of the street. Shame on him/her !

It was 2:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon on Buena Vista Way in San Francisco. The calif license plate was 8CQE419.
The minimum fine for littering in SF is $250.00.

Please fine or suspend this driver accordingly. People who commit this crime have probably been doing it for years and unless they are punished they will continue to foul our streets and neighborhoods.

I would be happy to provide any more details you might need.

Please resond to my email that you have received this and let me know what the punishment will be.

Lyft Ruthless driver

Lyft does not care about customer complaints. They are not bothered to address the customer complaints about the driver who was rude and unprofessional. On the other hand they try to put blame on the customer saying you were Vulgur and was damaging the car which is completely false. I suggest never ride with Lyft who does not have courtesy to listen to genuine complaints of their customers.

Hi my name is Kenya McMaster and I just look on my bank online account and it seems like someone was using my card to use lyft and I'm not a customer to lyft I don't use lyft at all. please contact me asap cause I want to know if I can get my money back. Lyft Unprofessional

this company throws u off the driver platform after u declined a ride your not allowed to take this company needs to either start thinking before they act or dont hire people period the company does not know what they r doing at all the staff is rude does not care about u at all they think they are better then you and just throw u off with out investigation this company is not going to last the way they r acting

Lyft Lyft customer service/racist [censor]

I am an african-american lyft driver. For the longest, I spent all day doing rides that earned between $2.00 and $4.00 in the african-american community. I assumed this was all that was there. Eventually, I was sent to an address apparently by mistake. When the customer got into my car, she said I was not who she was waiting for. I showed her my app to pick her up. She showed my her app of who she was waiting for. It was a white guy who had not arrived yet. Obviously, he was a lot further away. I was right there in the neighborhood. She canceled him and my app received the request. I took her to her destination. This ride paid over $20. Lyft had me doing low earning rides while sending whites into the african-american community to do all the high paying jobs. I complained to lyft customer support. After which, I discovered there's a lot of high earning jobs in the african-american communities. I caught lyft giving them all to white people. I'm assuming whoever is assigning he rides, works for lyft. Is this outsourced? I know it's automation. But it can also apparently be manipulated.

Lyft Unauthorized cc charges

Tried to get a Lyft ride outside Pennsylvania Train Station in NYC on Sunday Oct 22, 2017. Told driver where we were and she said she was at corner. We had just arrived by Amtrak and had rolling suitcases. We even went INTO TRAFFIC as driver said she was at corner. Could not find her and she stopped texting. We would never try to use Lyft again in NYC and since our CC was charged as a no show will not use Lyft anywhere since we told driver we were next to taxi stand!

Perhaps she was at another corner on the other side of Pennsylvania Station or at Penn Station (bus stop) - she did not state which corner she was at!

Very disappointed in the service although had used it successfully in MA!
