Lyft A driver named Cusanda 11/19/22 picked up from walmart supper center

I need to get in touch with tyler he was my driver at 10:56 he brought me 2545 west 28th street. I left my phone in his car. And really need to pick it up from him. Asap. He was a great driver. Now for my complaint I was picked up from wal-mart suppercenter nov 19th by a cusanda driving a black highlander. When she pulled up I asked her was she lyft she says yes I even called her name she says yes, now im thinking im getting in the car finally out of the cold she say to me with a firm voice what is your name I tell her my name I had been standing out in the cold and rain while waiting then she lets me in the car and now she want me to show her my phone im like really! After she had already taken me through foolishness before I could get in her car, then I tell her im going to 2545 west 28th street she says she know and goes to some apartment complex I told her I don't live here she says you put in 1048 I know I didnt because I dont live at that adress she shows me her phone and so I asked her can you get me out of here it was very dark im in a place I dont know and im by myself she tells me she cant because she has another ride, and so I had to get out of her car and walk in the dark place she took she was not concern for my safety nor did she care how I was going to find my way out of a place I wasnt trying to get to. I don't use lfyt that often and last night I was having a very terrible time getting home I got off at 7pm and didnt get home till 11pm and being so upset that I watched her drive pass me while I walked to find my way out of the apartments she took me tooo after I told her I didnt live there I didn't put address in that's why I told it to her. So iwalked in the and cold to near by gas station and called for yet another lyft and tyler was sent who was very kind to me. I really need my phone asap please contact me at [protected] my name is audrey shaffer so she got paid 9.00 and some change for a service I never got and leaving me to walk in the dark and cold tell her I will never ever except her as a driver again no stars period or tip and I really would like a refund

Lyft Bogus spill charges

Beware Lyft can charge you an $80 fee for spill cleanup. In my case they charged me for an ice spill even though I did not bring ice in to the car! The driver provided a picture. When I disputed the pic and asked for a time stamp I received no reply. Multiple attempts to contact and dispute have gone unanswered. This occured on 10/16/22 just after midnight.

Desired outcome: Full refund of the $80 fee.

Lyft Lyft ride

I made a request on Wednesday, Nov 16 to go from 12000 SW 49 Ave (PCC Sylvania) to my home at 8229 sw 42 ave. Using the Lyft app, as I have for the past several months, I reserved a ride for around 11 dollars. The woman driver, Charlita, was deaf, and motioned for me to do something. I didn't understand what she wanted me to do, so I thought she might be asking me to confirm my destination address; I opened Google maps and showed her exactly where I needed to go. Charlita ended up driving took way across the River, at which point I called 911 to ask for a police car to chase us down. The police stopped her and straightened out the address issue. But, far away from home, Charlita drove me back, and I ended up being charged over 66 dollars in order to finally get home. I request a 56 dollar refund. I believe that the problem may have resulted from some app misfunction on Charlita's phone since the destination on my phone history shows that I entered the address correctly.

Lyft No response. Called a "[censored]!"

On Tuesday, 10/24/22, my driver was speeding in a residential area and when I asked him to please slow down I was called a "[censored]" and he kicked out of the car. I have been trying to get a response since then and nothing. I'm SHOCKED that you run your company runs this way. I would like someone to call me ASAP.

Lyft Please help me by providing a phone number for Lyft where I can log a complaint, and have the charges removed from my account.

I use Lyft car service 2-3 times a week for safety. Every time there is a no show (the driver does not show up), I get charged. The last two no show charges were on my Discover account October 31, 2022. and there have been other previous no show charges as well. I have tried desperately to find contact information for customers to contact Lyft to rectify the problem. I have found no way of contacting Lyft.

Lyft A ride to and from Pep boys BAD BAD BAD

I left my I phone in a lyft ordered by Pep Boys on 434 and 1792 longwood , on the 31 of October How do I get it Back ? i filed a police report please contact me [protected] I just really need my phone back I believe it was on silent , I was in Pep boys ,I cant believe how hard it is to get you on the phone . I phone 13 are very expensive Its not paid off and I forget to get insurance Please help me

Lyft My package was stolen and never returned

I called for a lyft from the airport, the driver pick me and my wife up and our luggage. I also had package from Jamaica, The driver of the lyft stole my items that I left in the back seat , I tried calling him to return it , but he never answered or brought back the items, I spoke with customer services, they said the would not be able to help , they hired criminals

Lyft Lyft gift cards

Bought a hundred dollar gift card at Walgreens to make important Doctor appointments. Came up invalid pin. Bought another at CVS same thing. Says contact support but there is no support. Filed complaint with the BBB but no dice Lyft does not care they have my money and I have two worthless pieces of plastic. It's a shame that a company can rip off a disabled senior citizen especially in the recession we are in.

Lyft Lyft

I was at the airport and I requested a Lyft. I was watching the car on the app get close to the airport multiple times. My car was canceled four times while I waited. We’re talking now for 40 minutes and it kept recalculating with a new car. As I waited for my car to come I watched other flights come and go while people got in their lives And left. As I am still waiting for the car that I originally ordered as it was recalculating and giving me new cars that never arrived. I ended up taking a taxi and spending more than I wanted to spend out of my pocket. I could have waited for hours for Lyft and a car would’ve never showed up. I think this is very bad business.

Lyft Overcharged for 2 10 min rides

I ordered 2 10 min ride to and from same location

6 dollar rides turned out to be 95.00 / 32.00 + 15.00 to bring back an item I left in the car since drivers don't check the seats after rides so they can charge us another 15.00

I spoke to Lyft / BBB and nothing

I want to be charged no more than 10.00 x 2 rides 20 + 15.00 = 35.00

not 113.00 / 15.00 this is unacceptable charges

Lyft Inaccurate location of my house

As has happened repeatedly, my pickup at 6:15am on Oct 5th was directed around the corner from my actual house, 5867 Aylesboro Avenue, and onto Shady Ave. I was standing outside my house and succeeded in flagging down the driver, Thomas. He is willing to be contacted to confirm this experience. I checked in Google maps and the location of my house is correct! Therefore it is a problem in the Lyft system. You are welcome to call me to discuss details. Please correct the problem!

Lyft lyft ride

on September 29 I requested a lift there was a pending charge on my account once I was dropped off I added a tip this charge went through my bank was charged no problem a week later I get the same pending charge for the ride and the tip this is outrageous is it possible to get in contact with Lyft there’s no phone number to speak to anyone there’s no chatting online to speak to anyone nothing can be done this is absolutely insane I don’t want anything to do with Lyft I am going to cancel my account once my bank has solve this problem Lyft is the worst service I have ever had and I will never have anything to do a lift to get in my life you’re losing your customers they’re dropping like flies

So my husband had to travel to Florida because his father died. We knew nothing about Fort Lauderdale and scheduled a lyft to pick him up from the airport. He literally stepped off the plane and got a text that his ride was cancelled! Thanks a lot you jerks for throwing this at us during such a difficult time! Can't wait to see if you charge me.

Lyft OVERCHARGED for 2 10 min rides

I ordered 2 6.00 dollar rides 10 mins away from my house Friday night.

1st ride I was charged to destination 10 mins from home 32.52

2nd ride back home 95.52

Including 15.00 fee to return phone left in car? If drivers would be trained to look in back seat and make sure nothing was left they would not need to return ever?

I have never been OVERCHARGED like this using Lyft or Uber or Taxi

I tried speaking with Lyft customer service they were no Help maybe they get commission they did not want to help me.

I will never use Lyft again if I am charged these outrageous fees!

Desired outcome: I want 2 be charged 6.00 for 2 rides

Lyft Fraudlent charge on my Debit card

On 9/24/22 there is a Fraudelent charge of $349.99 on my visa Debit card, ending in" 6031' from LYFT. That card was cancelled of course.

I have never, ever used Lyft or any other ride service. I'm not sure what the date of the service was supposedly provided, just have the date it was paid.

Please contact me on this matter. I would like the Name of the driver who for payment on my card. I intend to file criminal charges against them.

My card was never out of my control. No person had access too or authorization to use it.

This charge is Fraudlent.

Please contact me ASAP.

I just had similar situation. I went to my bank to find many,many $25 and $30 withdrawals from my account. I nearly flipped! The teller printed it out for me and come to find out they were all from PayPal. I never use PayPal?! So I went home called PayPal, they were very helpful. Seems Lyft took it upon themselves to just take money out of my account through PayPal even though I didn't use their service. I even had automatic payment OFF!SO NOW THERE ARE NO ACCOUNTS IN PAYPAL OR LYFT.

I wrote a letter to the president of Lyft not that I expect a reply. PayPal has been very helpful. They are reimbursing my money back. I received a email from PayPal and Lyft has not replied to them. It's been happening to alot of people Take your credit card and bank account info out of Lyft!

Lyft Rude Lyft Driver - Craig

I want to file a complaint about this driver named Craig. We ordered lunch from Laughing Planet and he delivered this to our office today. When he walked out of our elevator he said “[censored]”. He handed me the (1) item order and took a photo. When he walked away he said “This is [censored]”.

This is the Caesars Corporate office in Reno NV. We do not appreciate this language nor do we want this driver delivering to us again. He should not be in the service industry at all):

Lyft Ride

I have surgery at UAB Hospital in birmingham. My insurance company called Lyft to arrange for a ride. The driver's name was Latonia. Sept 29 @12:25p. I was on the phone with Aetna insurance and they were booking my appointment. While I was talking with the insurance company to book the appointment somebody beeped in from a Michigan phone number. And I could not take the call until I got off the phone with the insurance company. I called the number back and it was latonia. She said that she canceled my ride because I did not answer the phone and I asked her to come on and get me and she said no that she's already turned her light off. And then she said have a nice day and hung up on me... This was utterly rude and caused me a serious problem involving my surgery. I will never use lyft again. I instructed my insurance company to not send a Lyft for me ever again. Her behavior was belligerent, uncalled for. And just plain downright rude.

Desired outcome: Aetna Medicare scheduled me a ride with a different company. And I was late for my appointment.

Lyft Lyft refusing to pay a long distance cancellation fee and then blocked me from app after I made a complaint.

This has happened several times (3) to be exact. Lyft sends out long distance trips and when u go the extra mile to pick up, following total protocol, when the customer is considere a no show. Lyft has refused to pay me, making it look like you didn't qualify for a fee. It's very fraudulent and very wrong for this company to do this. Not only are you having to use your time and effort, but you r burning gas to go a distance and then to get denied for payment. Once I asked to speak to a supervisor, they denied me of that, and then when I told the customer service I wanted to file a complaint, I was totally blocked from the app. Unknowing to them, I had already screenshot all information before being blocked.

Lyft I would like to reimbursed back all the money that I have spent with Lyft in the amount of $1,300 for allowing this to happen

I have an account with the ride share company Lyft and without my consent nor knowledge the company let someone make a fake account and link into my account. I first noticed the fraudulent charges come out of my checking out on 08/11/2022 for RFS Communications and Grubhub 7eleven charge. When I disputed those charges my debit card was automatically cancelled by my bank and I went and received a new one. I added my new debit card to my Lyft app and then on 9/17 I got a ride from the Lyft driver and soon after I started having more fraudulent charges come out of my checking account again. My checking account was fraudulently used on 9/17 and 9/19. The purchases that were made from my account was to RFS Communications, Grubhub GH Plus, 2 from the company Shipt, Grubhub Outback Steakhouse and Lyft. The last purchase is how I was made aware of the linked account to my account with Lyft. The latest transactions amount that were taken from my account was $249.88. This person even tried to purchase on 9/19 an IPhone 14 pro max from Amazon from my account for $800.00

Lyft Charges for a ride

3:15 am 9/18/22 Driver Gabriel location Puyallup, WA. I pre-set up to be picked up for 5 individuals an XL Lyft at 3:15 am at Best Western Premier Plaza & Conference Center 620 S Hill Park Dr for $110 dollars. Roughly at around 3:25am I was told that the driver was running late and would be another 13 minutes, I sent a message at around 3:45 am specifying that we have a flight to catch when I saw he was still 16 minutes away and he states now that he has a flat which put us in a horrible predicament because we have a flight. We were left with no other option but to search for another XL car at that time which Lyft was the only option at 4 am in the morning in Puyallup which is why I set it up agead of time because the options are slim to none there at that time and location. We ordered another Lyft however now we are charged 308 dollars. Three times what we had contracted the first ride for. I would like to be re-imbursed the differemce. Not only did we have to find another option we almost missed the flight and had to alarmingly run through the airport frantically almost missing the flight. Not only were we left with no option, we had to pay an additional 200 dollars, Horrible!

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of additional cost of $200the difference of the original cost agreed by the first driver Gabriel.

Lyft Driver

I ordered a Lyft to pick up my daughter at her sorority in LA and drive her to Long Beach.

The guy showed up, drove for about 5 minutes, then told her he needed to use a bathroom and couldn’t continue the ride. He left her at a shopping mall. He shouldn’t have accepted the ride!

Now she’s stuck there trying to find a new driver and the rates have gone from $35 to $60 in that time. I don’t remember his name and the history doesn’t show this ride since it was abandoned but he drove a Corolla.

Please look at my Lyft records and find me his info so I can rate his service.

You should seriously consider comping her second ride since it took so much extra tome, money and compromised her safety.
