I hired MadCow Outdoor Service on 7-11-22 to remove a tree, haul away debris, and clean up for $3000.00. Unfortunately, there are now stains on my driveway from their equipment. I contacted the owner and sent him pictures, but he said he couldn't see what caused the stains from the pictures and promised to come out and see for himself. However, he never showed up. I called him three more times and each time he promised to come out, but he never did. Today, on 7-25-22, I left him a message asking if he would take care of the stains, but I have not received a response yet.

We hired MadCow to cut down 2 trees for $500 and to brush hog the whole lot and clean off hillside and trench out for drainage for $2000. He got on the lot when it was wet and tore it up, creating ruts. He decided he was finished and couldn't do the hillside or level and grade the lot. We have pictures of everything, but he threatened me that if I didn't pay him $1500 for the part he did, he was putting a lien on the property. We've hired an attorney. I do have pictures and we have an unsigned agreement, but I don't know how to put it on here.

I hired MadCow to take out 2 trees from my backyard and gave them $400 extra to trim my front yard. They started the work and removed 1 tree, but also knocked down my basketball hoop. When I paid them in full, they left, saying they needed bigger equipment. I tried to reach them multiple times, but they always had excuses and eventually called the police, claiming they felt threatened. They told me not to contact them and blocked my number. They have my money and only removed 1 tree. I asked for their lawyer's number, but they refused to give it to me.
