premium account feature does not work.
Call # C408049542 from 12/23/13 does not fixed and payment was not return.
Premium feature "Forward rule" does not work.
A lot of messaging with Mail Support group stay without any results and even without any follow up and close out feedback. Mail.com group choice "to keep silence".
I am already ready to give up of the feature but my asking to return my Premium Account payment stay without answer too. It is not make Mail.com to customer oriented application.

poor sevice
I feel Mail.com is a huge scam, its a free email site that uses hacking to spam persons; mainly friends and contacts that you have on your email contact list, and maybe others? Since I opened an email account with Mail.com, Iv had alot of spam emails sent to all my contacts using my Mail.com address, as if the spam was from me, I even had the same spam sent to my other current email account using my Mail.com account, advertising breast enlargements, viagra, and other ads, these ads are embarrassing because they were also sent to all my friends family, coworkers, and other contacts using my email account. Complaining does no good and I was told by Mail.com that the only way to unsubscribe and deletse my account was to not click on it for maybe three years?, so for three years the hacker or hackers can continue spamming my friends and family and others, I have not gone to my account to read my email in a year, my email is full and I cant delete it to speed up my computer because if I do my account will be updated again and it will take that much longer to be rid of it for good, because Mail.com does not care about hackers makes me think mail.com may BE the hackers?, if not then that site is VERY unsecure, I had hoped that my bank account was not hacked?, i changed all my passwords, it seems thats all I could do? I did have someone steal my bank card info and purchased a $400.00 laptop online, I had to close my account and open a new account, I cant say for sure Mail.com had something to do with it?, but I know my Mail.com account was hacked, at present my friends are still getting spammed, and they complain to me that im sending them junk mail. I have a couple more years to put up with it, and then hopefully my account will be deleted for good.
impossible to cancel premium account
I have been trying to cancel my premium mail account for over a year. Their own admin control panel does not contain the option to downgrade the account or opt for their "free" service so I sent them an e-mail request asking them to cancel for me. They refuse to admit they received my request despite my producing their own e-mail acknowledgement. Now they...

Mail.com is the worst company I have ever used! Their customer servcie is horrible! They will not cancel my service, after my email account from them was hacked! I have not been able to log-in for almost 3 months and even after being told they canceled my account, they now say they cannot until I provide the same information I have provided over and over. The information they are requesting is even in the emails attached to the current correspondence they send back to me!
DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE AND PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO EVERYONE YOU MAY KNOW!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Update: They eventually agreed not to pursue me for money, apologised and told me my account would be downgraded to free within a few days. However, two months later the account is still unavailable to me since the logon screen takes me to a screen which still asks for money!
I have tried for over 4 years to cancel my premium account. I found out who ownes the Mail.com domain and am going to write the attorney general in both states that he has physical addresses in. This will probable start an investigation and perhaps they will either change the way they do business or will be shut down..
absolutely agree
I have very similar experience, they will not cancel my account despite 15 months of asking them to terminate. They just keep asking for money!
email account disappeared!
I have been a loyal mail.com user for approximately TEN years. I have so much information and important correspondence saved in this account and then suddenly I am unable to login. During that time I am trying to contact customer service with no response and I realize the account is no longer receiving incoming mail and everything is bouncing back! It take...
