I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Makecustomgifts. I was really excited to get my order, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't received it. They promised it would only take 15 days, but that was clearly a bunch of baloney. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get a package delivered in a reasonable amount of time?

To make matters worse, they were recommended to me by Instagram. I don't know what kind of shady deals they're making, but it seems like they're just trying to push people towards a fraudulent company. I'm not saying that Makecustomgifts is definitely a scam, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's like they don't even care about their customers. When I tried to ask them about the whereabouts of my package, they were super vague and unhelpful. I mean, if you can't even give me a straight answer about where my stuff is, what's the point of having customer service in the first place?

Overall, I would definitely not recommend Makecustomgifts to anyone. They're unreliable, untrustworthy, and just plain bad at what they do. If you're looking for a company that actually cares about its customers and delivers on its promises, look elsewhere.

This company is not good at all! I wanted to get some socks for a wedding and I asked them if they would get to me on time. They said yes, so I picked the fastest shipping option, which was supposed to take 2-4 days. But guess what? They didn't come for TWO WHOLE MONTHS. By then, they were no good to me. I even told them right away that if they weren't going to come on time, I wanted to cancel the order. But they went ahead with it anyway, even though they knew it wouldn't get to me in time. The customer service was really bad, too. They offered me a 30% refund at one point, but they never actually gave it to me. And now they're not even answering my emails. So don't even think about ordering from them!

So, we decided to order some custom gifts for a birthday party from Makecustomgifts. We wanted to make sure everything would arrive on time, so we placed the order a month and a half in advance. However, things didn't go as planned.

After waiting for 10 days, we hadn't received the items we had purchased. We decided to reach out to the company to see what was going on. They told us that there was a delay and that they would update us on the tracking information soon. We waited another 10 days, but still no updates.

Finally, we received an update from the company that it would be another 10 days before the items would even ship! Needless to say, the items did not arrive in time for the party, and we were never reimbursed for our purchase.

We were extremely disappointed with the service we received from Makecustomgifts. We had placed our order well in advance, but the company failed to deliver on their promises. We would definitely recommend that others stay away from this company unless they want to burn their money.

This website is not recommended for anyone looking to purchase custom gifts. It was a complete disappointment for me. I decided to use this site because they promised that my order would arrive before Christmas. I ordered three pairs of custom socks, but unfortunately, they only sent one pair. To make matters worse, they sent it two weeks AFTER Christmas. The second pair arrived a week after that, but I have been waiting for the last pair for a month and a half now.

I have tried to contact them several times through email, but they have not been very helpful. They did send me a shipping notice for the last pair over a week ago, but it has still not been shipped. I am extremely frustrated with this experience. I should have gone with another site, at least then I wouldn't have had to give Christmas gifts away in February!

Finally, they gave me a new tracking number, but that one was also invalid. I've asked for a refund so many times, but they won't give me one. This company, Makecustomgifts, is not one that I would recommend. They claim that their shipping time is between 5-9 days, but let me tell you, that is a complete joke! I placed an order on December 8th and it was supposedly shipped out on December 10th. However, it is now December 28th and I still have not received my order. That's a whopping 18 days in shipping and I'm still empty-handed!
