I paid 150 bucks for them to come to my house, but they didn't bring the parts. So, I had to wait for another appointment in 10 days. It's like they robbed me. Manny says they're better because they live here, but they should move. Also, the person who answers the phone is so rude. I won't do business with them again.

The peeps at Manny's TV & Appliance, Inc. need to work on their communication game. From the sales dudes to the delivery crew, they need to get on the same page. I get that COVID-19 is messing things up, but if my sales guy had told me how it was affecting their stock, I wouldn't have waited a whole month for my range. And to top it off, I had to cough up an extra $170 for a range that didn't even have the features I wanted. Not cool, man.

Manny's TV & Appliance ain't good. They at 1872 Boston Rd, Wilbraham, MA 01095. Their customer service is the worst, I swear. It's like tryna reach the moon by phone, takes days to get someone to answer your product questions. I ordered an electric dryer, but they delivered me a dented and damaged one, twice! And I still ain't got my refund for the messed up dryer from 12/29. Don't waste your time and money on their overpriced products.

They sent people out to fix it 3 times and it's still messed up. They don't tell me nothing unless I ask and I had to talk to the manufacturer myself. Now they won't even give me nothing for my trouble. I ain't never buying nothing from them again!

I went to Manny's TV & Appliance, Inc. and it was a bummer. We were there from March to July and it was a mess. We called them a bunch of times and they sent out a bunch of dudes, but the thing just kept getting worse. We even had to get the ComplaintsBoard.com involved and then Manny's finally gave us a refund and took the washer away. So, just be careful if you're thinking about going to Manny's.

We got a Maytag washer from Manny's on Sept. 27, 2018. The first washer that was delivered was broken by the delivery person, and we had to wait another week for another one. Now, 1-1/2 years later, it stopped working, and we spent $99 for a service call and was told it would need a $500 part to fix. This is not good - and now we have to pay $25 for it to be taken out of our cellar. We won't go back to Manny's for anything. This business should not be ComplaintsBoard.com accredited because of their customer service and their appliances' unreliability.

I bought a dishwasher from Manny's TV & Appliance, Inc. and they said it would be delivered on October 29. But on October 28, they called me and said it wasn't available anymore. They offered me a different model with a new delivery date of November 3. I paid $199 for delivery and installation. But when Dave came to install it, he said it was too hard and I needed to hire a plumber. My dad installed the last one, so I knew Dave was just making excuses. I called the store and talked to Chris, who said he could send a different team, but I would have to wait another week. When that date came, they said Dave would come again, but I wanted the other team. They said they couldn't send them because of a staff shortage. I cancelled my order and will go to Home Depot or Lowe's instead. Manny's doesn't keep their promises and their customer service is terrible.

I had a bad experience with Manny's TV & Appliance, Inc. I returned a damaged stove on Jan 9 and was promised a refund check. However, I have not received any response to my calls and emails. I am still waiting for my $2000 refund. I bought all my appliances for my new house from Manny's, but the stove was damaged on the front top near the right front gas coil. Manny's picked it up on Jan 9, but I never received the refund check. I had to buy another stove from a different supplier because Manny's did not convert it to propane as promised. It's been tough paying off bills because of this.

They don't pick up the phone and when I go there, they say I'm on a list and they're out of stock. I've left messages asking for a refund, but they don't call back. I ordered an appliance from Manny's TV & Appliance, Inc. and they messed up my hardwood floors during delivery. This went down on 10/22 and I hit them up right away. They sent some dude to check it out on 11/5 and give me a quote for fixing it. On 11/10 they said they'd have the quote for me that day or the next day. But since then, they ain't hit me back. I've been calling Tia, who's supposed to be in charge of fixing this mess, but she won't pick up or call me back. I need these fools to step up and fix my floors, for real.

I got 3 appliances put in on Dec. 18th, 2021. I hit up Mannys on Dec. 20th to let them know my floor got scratched during installation. It's now June, 2022 and they haven't done jack. Only heard from them in Jan. when *** said someone would come check it out. It's been 6 months. I've sent her a bunch of emails, SENT PICTURES, even went over there in person to talk to someone. They didn't give a crap. They couldn't care less. They've totally ignored me and given me excuse after excuse about why *** hasn't hit me up. I've been doing business with Mannys for years. I'm never doing business with them again.

I got an air conditioner from Manny's TV & Appliance, Inc. in Westfield on August 9. They said I could pick it up on August 11th, but I had to wait until August 13th. I called them, but they said it wasn't in yet. Tax weekend came and went, and I called them again the week of August 16th, but they still didn't have it. On August 18th, they said it was in and that the salesman from Westfield would pick it up. But when he got to Wilbraham, they said it wasn't there. I went to Wilbraham on August 20th after calling and was told it was in, but when they brought it to me, it was damaged and had to be reordered. They said it shouldn't have been accepted off the truck. They reordered it on August 20th and said it would be in on August 23rd, but I didn't expect it because of the weather. On August 24th, they said it wasn't in again. I called the Westfield store on August 25th and told them to cancel the order and refund our money. They said they couldn't do it and that Wilbraham had to, but it might take a while since it's a family business and they're not in every day. He said he would put a rush on it but couldn't guarantee anything.

I bought a dryer from Manny's TV & Appliance, Inc. about a month and a half ago. We realized it was the wrong type, so we called to change the order. However, we still haven't received the new dryer. They offered us a more expensive one, but the owner lied about its worth. Now they're saying it will take another 30 days to deliver. They want to deliver on April 13th, which is way too long to wait. The owner now wants to refund me the original price of the dryer, but that's not fair because I had to go to a laundromat every week to dry my clothes. If they're going to refund me, they should refund me for everything. In my opinion, I will never shop at this store again.

I bought a GE dryer for $780.00 from Mannys on Boston Road in Wilbraham, MA on 11/5. Joel helped me out. After two weeks of using it, the dryer stopped drying completely. I called the service department, but they couldn't give me an appointment for a week. That's not cool when you buy a NEW appliance! The service rep said I'd get a call the night before with a time window for the technician, but I never got a call. I called the service department on the day of my appointment, but they didn't have me on their list! They found someone to come out later in the day, and the technician found a major part was broken. He had to order the part, which is totally unacceptable for a brand new appliance that cost $780.00! I tried to call Joel, the salesperson who sold me the dryer, but he never called me back. Communication with everyone at Manny's has been terrible! Now I'm waiting for a part on my brand new dryer, which is a major inconvenience! It's obvious that I was sold a faulty appliance, and Mannys doesn't seem to care!

I called on 2/11/22 about my Kenmore Fridge that wasn't working. I asked if they fix Kenmore stuff and they said yes and booked me with Alan for 2/17/22. Kathy didn't say anything about warranty when I booked. Alan came and said it was the compressor and it's under warranty. He took pictures and said they'd call back on 2/18/22. They didn't so I called and Alan said they could fix it or we could use Sears warranty. I said I want Manny's to fix it and he said he'd give me a price that day but didn't. I called on 2/21/22 and Kathy said she'd get me a price on 2/22/22 but didn't call back until 2/24/22. She was rude and said they were in training and didn't have part numbers yet. They charged $159 for less than 30 minutes and I want a refund. Worst customer service ever. I asked for a receipt every time I called and didn't get it until 2/24/22. I want a refund of $159 ASAP.

Appliances from ***'s TV and Appliances were delivered to 2135 Main Street, Three Rivers, MA on February 26. Unfortunately, the delivery men dented the metal door and scraped the wood door and casing. Despite contacting ***'s multiple times, they were unresponsive. The invoice for the fridge and washer/dryer appliances, including extended warranties, was $2,382.21. When the appliances were delivered on March 20, the delivery men dented almost the entire width of the outside metal door and scraped the wood door and casing. The delivery men acknowledged the issue and took pictures. However, despite contacting ***'s multiple times, they were unresponsive. Mr. B *** offered $125 for the damage, which was too low. Despite speaking with ***'s daughter, nothing was done to resolve the issue. The repairman who came to assess the fridge also took pictures and gave all information to the appropriate people at the store. To replace the door (after depreciation) is estimated at $750 plus installation/painting of estimate $400 totaling $1,150. New door was estimated at $1,150 back in June . At this time could very well be almost double due to tariffs. Despite being a long-time customer of Manny's TV and Appliance, their customer service is non-existent.
