We know that you are targeting teens and kids to get your cigarettes but i think you should stop because you make 480, 000 kids or teens or adults die a day. so you should stop making cigarettes. you are making me really mad because I know that you are targeting me with flavors like cherry raspberry strawberry but I will not fall for your trick because I am smart I went on you websites and red a few of the comments one comment i read about this girl she buys 2 boxes of marlboro cigarettes a day. you aren't just hertting us you are hurting yourself. I know you need to make a living but cigarettes are not good not for me not for you not even the environment. so I think you should STOP NOW.
black strip of plastic inside my box
hi, I buy at lease two packs per day and I have never come across this.
a black strip of what looks to be some kind of "tape" on the inside of my box. the reason I am emailing is I would like to know what this is?
did you run out of packaging and I happened to get a bit of the end of the roll?
if so this is not acceptable at all, I pay full price every day for at least two packs per day. if you are running our of "regular packaging" I fail to see how its my issue? am I going to get a discount tomorrow when I buy again? I don't think so.

ive been smoking marlbro Red ( filter ) for the past 9 years and ive never been this disgusted and how poor these cigarettes and packages are being made now days. The filters are not even glued all together, cigarettes that you pull out have loose filters and not only that... there has been countless packages where you keep it in your pocket and when you want to take the packet out, it has fallen apart. im tired of the lack of concern that everyone gives when u actually have a unsatisfied client. marlboro red special blend 100's
I have been smoking some kind of Marlboro red for about 35 years with no complaints. The last two cartons of Special Blend 100's I've bought have had the area where the filter meets the white paper either folded over, or almost separated completely, making the cigarette almost impossible to smoke. This has been with almost a third of the packs in the carton. Normally I would not complain, but at $60.00 per carton, I am very upset. I can see one or 2 cigarette's getting through inspection, but this is ridiculous.

I have been a Marlboro smoker since I was 18, I am 21 now. Every time I buy cigarettes I buy this brand, even when I go places that charge me more than they should. Anyways.. Today I decided to sign up for their website since Evey time I buy a pack I get a paper that promotes it .. So I uploaded the app to scan the paper with the barcode on it, an it takes me straight to the sight . I sign up and it says it cannot verify my age .. So there for I cannot join the sight . Then it says I may call customer service so they can help verify my age.. So I do so and give them my name, age, address on my ID. Tell them I've moved and yet still they cannot find me and verify my age.. As a customer who has always bought thier product and to want to join their website, I found this a bit upsetting, considering that I am indeed 21, and even though the customer service lady said she couldn't do anything else to help find me to verify my identity, I find that hard to believe. She could have very well looked up my ID Numbers, included with my name. Address and date of birth. So I feel I wasnt helped enough to get the goal of verifying myself. I bought two packs 25 Marlboro Gold and in both of these packets the cigarette paper looked like it has been wet - ie it was not white but translucent, and the cigarette was not as firm. Only two out of each pack looked like a normal cigarette. I haven't tried to smoke any of these as they don't look right. I would really like to be reimbursed for these as they cost over AU$25 and I'm not rich.

72's - cigarettes
I am a member attending your web-site for gift, challenge and coupons every month. This month I received a $1.00 a pack of ANY style Marlboro's. When I got to the store the merchant had $4.05 a pack in front of all the Marlboro's. When I gave him the coupon he said it was not good on the Marlboro's on sale, just the regular priced ones for $5.50 a pack or the 72's. I said I wanted full flavor 100's for the $4.05 a pack. Again, he said the coupons are not good on anything but regular price and 72's, so I ended up getting the red and silver 72's, which is basically 1/2 a cigarette for the same price and a 100. In the car I opened up the pack and seen how short they were and took them back in. I couldn't get a refund for the coupon so I took the $4.50 and went to Price Cutter here in town and got a pack of Pall Mall Reds 100's for $3.10 and was happy. For now, just because of this, I am not going to buy Marlboros if thats the policy. A lot of the less expensive ones are just as good tasting without jumping through hoops to get a discount on yours.

I just bought a pack of Marlboro next and the first one I got the menthol was already poped smoke it but it tasted really stale I figured maybe it was just that cig nope almost the entire pack was already popped and the menthol was not there is this something that happens often thanks for your time
stale cartoon of cigarettes
I have been buying cartoon of Marlboro every month sometimes two a month for many years. It's cheaper that way since I live on my ss it helps. Well two weeks ago I bought a cartoon at walmart I believe and the first pack was stale then I tried another same thing come to find out the whole cartoon was stale. I do love my Marlboro so bought another cartoon same store. They are good didn't have throw them out. That for me is a lot of money when you only get 1.000 dollars a month to live on. And when I tried to take them back she says very nasty that there wasn't anything she could do. I'd have to contact the company. So here I am. icky plastico-rubbery translucent icky bits on the cellophane
I bought a pack of Marlboro menthol gold 100's, and there was an icky plastic rubbery looking bit thing on the pack. It was translucent. Also, in my city, there's always tamper marks on the packs that I get. It's so common, I've become so exhausted fighting for a normal pack of cigarettes without tamper marks on them! One time, I bought a pack of Marlboro Menthol Lights 100's, and there was an imprint in the filter, like someone pushed in a pocket-knife's blade in it. Then one time, I bought a pack of Marlboro Menthol Regular 100's, and there was a fingernail imprint in the filter, and none of my fingertips touched any filter when I opened it. Then, one time, I was at the tobacco store, and was going to get a pack of Marlboro Menthol Lights 100's, and there was a spherical imprint on the outer pack, like someone dug in on the pack with a round metal barb. It was around 5 millimeters wide. And then today, there was another spherical imprint on the letter M of a pack of Marlboro Menthol Lights 100's box. Smaller than the other spherical imprint, but the cellophane plastic was also imprinted just like the bigger spherical imprint! WTF? Someone please do an undercover operation on all the tobacco plants that deliver to Lockport, Il! There's too many quality control flaws for them to be all incidental! Also, there's always deep imprint lines on tobacco packs, like someone intentionally impinges their fingernails in a linear fashion across and up and down the packs! All the packs mentioned here were box packs, not soft packs. Also, I had premonitions of these things happening, and they're freaking me out because all of them happened, and I'm worried that the employees at the factory might be tampering with the products, but also the store employees. Please help. I am scared.
no menthol at all and after smoking contract phlegm
I am so terribly disappointed with 2 products Marlboro double burse and Marlboro Ice mint. I am speaking on behalf of our group of friends who smoke this 2 brands. I personally have contracted phlegm in my throat and serious cough after one pack of stale cigarettes. This has happened to me at least 6-7 times now, each time the same occurrence to me and my friends. Now, it happened again, I am utterly disgusted with the way the cigarettes are. No, I even track the serial number on the box, to make sure I buy the freshest stock, I have 2 packs now that I just bought and is stale. Marlboro Double burst KB33511918 & Marlboro Ice Mint KB33515711. Now as I started smoking it, my phlegm is developing. I have thrown away many packs to prevent getting the full cough. Now it happen over and over again. There is no quality control on your products. I am going to go straight to our authorities and make sure Marlboro do not sell stale cigarettes that cause the sickness. There is a big problem with its product.

Hi, I couldn't get into your Marlboro.com. I believe you have realised by now that your sales of Marlboro (Red) had gone down significantly. I switched to Winston after you changed the "Firm Filter". It so bad and I've been smoking for past 20 years and I was your loyal consumer. I got frustrated as I cannot feel the taste of the original Marlboro. You should fire the guy who introduced and changed all the cigarettes filter to the new "firm Filter". I live in Singapore and many smokers who were your loyal customers changed to another brand. Change back to the original filter and demote or fire your "educated Scholar". You wasted so much money in trying to sell your new "firm filter"
I'm in Australia and I can't stand this new firm filter. I smoked Marlboro reds because I enjoyed the soft filter and taste it provided. This new firm filter is rubbish and just like the other brands I never enjoyed smoking.

I have been smoking for the last 15 years and malboro was always my choice cause the product is always good but since i have to beyond it has been a few times that there no ball or i get a complete different brand inside the silver box please just check guys you have never had a problem no suddenly you have i don't want to switch but if it happens again i have no choice...

I have been smoking for over 35 years w/Marlbora and to pay such a high price for a carton of cigerttes it is outrageous.Let alone to get home w/them and 1 pack is missing.Heck for the price I paid for just 9 pacts of cigerettes I should of bought a carton of generic cigs

getting multiple packs of cigarettes with bad quality
I've been getting multiple packs of Marlboro reds with cigarettes that are Un smokable. I am tossing out at least 2 per pack, and some packs the entire thing was unsatisfactory. They are not consistent and some won't burn, taste funny and burn uneven. It's getting to a point that I am thinking of switching exclusively to electronic vaporizing altogether as I am really not getting the enjoyment I once did from your product. When I'm throwing money away already on a habit that's not good, then on top of it not getting full use of that habit it's a waste x2..

I've been smoking Marlboro for the last 15 years. I've been very happy with the product, but over the last 6 months I've experienced a few packets with bad quality product as well as different strenght mixed in packets. The shop I buy from is the SASOL fuel station in Olivedale, Randburg, South Africa. To give you more details:
Last week I bought a carton of Marlboro Red and 4 of the packets was broken.
The filters of cigarettes was not properly attached.
I found 7 Marlboro Gold in one packet
Found little pieces of wood chips mixed in with the tobacco.

Goodday..i have changed to Marlboro Gold Beyond since launched and have to express my concern in the latest. I have bought yet another pack that does not have the menthol popping ball inside. I do not smoke non menthol and therefor my choices are to not smoke or drive back to where i bought and try swop. Unacceptable! Come on Marlboro do i need to change my brand?
The last contest, Marlboro had, they sent emails to certain customers to give extra 1, 000 bonus points to give an uneven advantage to persons getting the bigger prizes, and then sent out gifts, that are label for CA that the product of Kelly Cathe boxes have chemicals that cause cancer. We received an email from Marlboro, due to complaints that the box was small they were sending out gifts to customers who use their bonus points for that gift. I call their consumer line to voice concern sending out that catche box. A supervisor called back and actually lied about two questions. She stated that the warning was due to Marlboro not the chemical makeup of the catche box and they did not certain customers for the bonus points. I called the company that manufactures the catche box and they said, yes the product does contain chemicals that cause cancer, and have to label the item for CA laws. I called back to Marlboro and asked why a supervisor would lie to me. The customer rep stated they were told by upper manager, to say that. What a company will do to lie to their consumer.
On 3/08/2016 I bought 2 packs of Marlboro 100's from a Tom Thumb. I got home and opened one of them and pulled out a cigarette, it was broken where the cigarette meets the filter. I have been smoking Marlboro for 15 years and never have i came across anything like this. I am not looking for a refund, nor a free pack of Marlboro's, I just wanted to inform the Marlboro company about the situation and hopefully it will not happen to myself, nor anyone else, again.

Well i was heading to work when i went to take a drag off my marlboro menthol when suddenly it exploded a piece right in my face and a chunk fell burning on my lap as i crashed into a guardrail, im floored at this and my car is busted up now and went a week with a sore back and lost work.Class action lawsuit should begin!
