I had a horrible experience at the Buena Park Location. This was on Thursday Jan 17th. I called the corporate number and explained what happened and was told that the manager would call me back, I stated that I didn't want to speak to that person, I wanted ed to speak to the district manager. Since it seemed to be an overall store issue. I did not receive a call from either the district or store manager, until Wednesday Jan 24th after I had to call corporate again and explain everything again. I called corporate at noon and 20 min later I received a call from the store manager. I informed that person I wanted to speak to the district manager, not them.
Well... Well... Well!
It is now Friday Jan 26th and no call.
This is just adding insult to injury, they have shown me that we as customers mean nothing to them. I guess they feel like they have enough shoppers to care about one.
The thing that gets me the most is that I have the time to try to address a very important issue! Most people don't, they put up and deal with the mistreatment from the employees. It's 2024 no one is willing to stand for this anymore.
Desired outcome: I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME THAT CAN FIX THIS
