Marshalls management

This store is filthy. I went into the dressing room and was disgusted with the dust and dirt on the floor, careful not to touch my bare feet on.
The. Went to use the ladies room, the smell of urine was worse than a subway in Manhattan & each toilet stall had some degree of pee on & in the toilet, on the floor along with paper & toilet paper everywhere. Each of us in there were appalled. I went to find a manager and was give. A supervisor who really didn't care. He was much to interested in chatting up a customer who was family friends.
I the. Went back to the dressing room and asked the lady who the manager was to find out it was Steve and he was probably in the office. Since the supervisor wasn't going to do anything I thought he should be alerted. Just to disgusted with this store!

I have a very good idea. Why should I clean up the washrooms. I get an idea, why not let disabled people clean up th washrooms? People with CP, down syndrome, autism, MS, the elderly who still want to work ect. They are nothing but invalids. They are stupid and should not be working with people.. THey should be the ones cleaning up urine.. IF they catch something and die no one would care because they are useless and worthless. I bet their parents and siblings would not even miss them because they are embarrassed by their invalid's That way the way is a better places without the crippled and retαrded in it.

Made a stop at Marshalls to make an exchange. My mother was poorly assisted by a racist older woman named Stacee. While trying to exchange an item for another item of a larger sum, my mother used a gift card to pay the difference. Marshalls customer service

Its nice to have a Marshalls in the neighborhood but it would be nicer if you could actually purchase something from the Marshalls in the neighborhood. There are 5 check outs (lights on) and one employee. How is that working for Marshalls? Its not working well for your customers. I put down my purchases and left today. I am not going to stand in a line of twelve people with one employee checking and the manager standing over his shoulder trying to talk to him and not helping him. Poor management, poor leadership, poor customer service.

On 7/18/19 I was in marshals. I sat wallet down with over $300 in cash in it. It went missing. I spent 2 hours looking for it only to find it in the woman's bathroom trash. Cash was gone. Marshalls bathing suit bottoms

I purchased a pair of bikini bottoms in teal/ blue today, Wednesday July 10th 2019. Upon trying them on there was still a sanitary strip on them of course. I came home and went to wash them prior to use, taking said strip off, finding some sort of liquid.. to be blunt it appears to be female discharge. I have a photo to show taken when I got home.
I have washed these and will keep them as they were the only pair there, however this should not happen Again to anyone, utterly disgusting.

Marshalls 12 14-088869584-01699

Today we bought two dresses from Marshalls, and from one of them, the RFID Smart Garment Tracking was not removed. Tomorrow we are going to someplace, and for that, we bought the dresses. Today we can not reach the Marshalls within the working hours. Today we wasted both money (we don't have cars, went through 9w Rockland coach bus) and time (it was a massive line in front of the counter) for buying the dresses and my wife cannot use that during our vacation. We are feeling disgusted.

Marshalls store moline illinois

We were excited to have a store open in Moline Illinois. We have longed to have the store come to town so we don't have to drive over the river to go into Iowa where there is a TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Upon the new store opening we know that of course it would be very busy but I feel like there is no staff! There has been since day 1 boxes and garbage and bags of trash laying around the store you literally have to move the products to get down the isles. I walked in and walked right back out when I saw that I did not purchase anything that day because I could not even get down the isles to look. I did ask a store representative if they were understaffed or if they had just a large amount of loads coming in that they just could not stock at the time and she just stated that we're busy and walked off. Well I went back a few days later to try it again and let me tell ya same thing! I gave it a month now which would be today that I'm submitting this I personally had to move eight teen different dog beds to get down the dog aisle because they were all just thrown on the floor. Down 6 other aisle there was boxes upon boxes of product that was not put away. I did purchase one item because I was able to get down the aisle that I was able to walk down. You can't even push carts around. There was another lady next to me stating how disgusting the store is that there's just shoes and clothes and products everywhere that you can't even find anything because it literally looks like a bomb went off in the store. So I just figured today that I would make a final complaint I will not be going back to the store they will no longer be getting my business along with a lot of people that I know that They went there once and will not be going back because of what we see. I had only saw six store employees the whole time I was there. It's just disgusting and sad to see a store that is new should be fully employed and just looks like trash. Again today I asked what's up with the store every time I've come in here it literally looks like a bomb went off are you guys hiring or what because it is making me not want to shop here. She said sorry and that was it horrible customer service you can't find anyone for help and if you do they have no idea where anything is. The photos and videos that I have attached are just down three aisles the rest of the store looks like this there was baskets and baskets of cards with shoes just piled in their shoes all on the floor clothes on the floor just all products on floors just straight disgusting. The video was just 1 shoe section I couldn't get down the other sections because there were boxes of open shoes everywhere again no employees anywhere!

Marshalls housekeeping

The merchandise / housekeeping in the Nanuet, NY store is disorganized and messy. Sizes are mixed up and stock is not presented well. Years ago this was not the case and I have spoken to other people who have told me that they have stopped shopping there as well. I rarely go in any more. The stock assortment is not on the same level as before I've noticed too. Very disappointed.

Marshalls product damaged

I purchased (5-18-19) a mirror that weighs about 40 pounds. When I got home and removed the cardboard edges it was severely damaged. I went to the store today with several pictures of the damage to see if I could get some credit but they said no. I believe you should be able to make an exception since the mirror is super heavy. We live in the 21st century, where you can buy a car online by viewing pictures! Why would you not help me out. I am long term customer of your store, between NYC and Florida Sarasota. I am sorry to write but UTC Marshall's has the most ignorant managment and customer service. They do not respect customers, they are arrogant, not polite, and not kind. I won't mention last names, but my last experiences made me sad, hurt, and confused. I am very disappointed.

Marshalls customer service

While shopping at the Marshall at 1425 W interstate highway 240 Oklahoma City. I was followed by a older obese white man wearing glasses which I later found out was the manager. I am a highly educated 57 year old black woman working at the library as a Librarian. I feel like that he was singling me out as if I was going to steal which I felt like I was being stereotyped. I had went to the Midwest City store in while being checked out by one of the staff... I had informed her about what had happened to me and she suggested that I file a complaint with the corporate office. I would like that my complaint is being filed in good fate but also hopping that this should be discussed with the manager at the Oklahoma City store that I had previously addressed.

Marshalls poor customer service

On 4/28/19 around 2:15-2:55 pm (wish I got the mgr's name) daughter and I were in store in Garden Grove, CA saw a teal accent chair w/silver rounded studs lining bottom and sides w/out a price tag or any other tag. The lining underneath the chair had a good size rip and sagging. Also, I noticed a sharp object (could be part of a staple) that poked my finger when I tilted the chair. We saw an employee walk by and ask how much chair was. She said $99.99 and I pointed out defects of the chair and if we could get it marked down. She said I had to ask a mgr and pointed to the front of store. I asked her if she can call a mgr (since she had a radio on her) to the aisle so I don't have to carry chair to the front and then not getting it discounted. We waited for a few mins. Mgr approached us and asked if she could help us. I pointed out the defects of the chair to her and asked if we could get it marked down. She said, the chair was shipped to them that way and that they don't do markdowns due to everything's at a discounted price already, but if we opened a credit card with them we would get 10% off. I told my daughter No, I'm not buying something that's defective at full price. So we left. Neither employee or mgr was apologetic and mgr made us feel like we bothered her. We went to the store in Fullerton. We saw the same chair but in grey. We went to the front to pay for our items and asked the cashier if they can look up the chair in teal at another store. She said she wasn't able to look it up in system but can call another store to check. We told her that it was ok she didn't have to do that. We told her and another cashier who was standing by about our situation at the GG store and what the mgr there said. They both said she could've marked it down. I thought so myself since it was a defective item. I've worked retail for 30 years and our goal was to satisfy our customers especially when you're selling defective merchandise.(which there was a lot of items in that store defective. Were they all shipped that way?) I was in that store on 4/17/19 and was very impressed with the changes. Before then I was in that same store about 3 or 4 years ago and it was a disaster! I never went back because it was such a mess it wasn't worth my time. When I went back there on 4/17/19 I was so impressed I brought my daughter there today. Now I will not shop in that store because how we were treated w/No Customer Service what's so ever! I live about 10 mins to GG store, but I will drive the distance to another store that has great customer service. Please re-train mgr on her customer service skills to keep your customers returning to your store. Very Disappointed Customer.
PS. we are still looking for that teal accent chair and hoping to find it in another store.

Marshalls I am complaining about the manager matthew at 620 6th avenue marshalls

Matthew was very rude, and made me feel discriminated against. As the new cashier was ringing me up, his phone started ringing. He didn't pick it up of course because that would've been rude. So he continued to engage and then Matthew walks up to him and says "Your Phone is ringing!" In which he stopped helping us at this point to answer the phone. He then takes the clothes and say "we're going to register 13" no explanation, nothing. So we walk over there and he sits the clothes down next to the manager and when Matthew seen us standing by them, he says "how may i help you?" At this point I'm completely confused.. so i reply "he told us to come over here" So then He states "oh he's new. You can go back over there." So my mother and I walk back over to the register we originally was at and now we're standing there for 5 Minutes Waiting For Them to check our clothes that we're trying to purchase with no explanation as to why. Then when we ask "was there an issue?" The cashier responds "uhh, i just Had to check something".. This whole experience was very unpleasant and very embarrassing. This was not good customer service at all; Just knowing that the cashier is new, Matthew Had no business removing his attention from us (the customer) and the transaction. Not only that, but my stuff being checked in the middle of a transaction is ridiculous and made me feel completely discriminated against. Customers come first and Matthew showed his lack of customer service; and needs additional training, especially being a manager. With him providing customers with that insulting act you will lose customers.
