Marshalls I ordered products online and item was not in the package when I received

I ordered products from Marshall online on 12/11/19 and received the package in three days. One of the item was not in the package which was a gift I planned to give my family as a Christmas gift. I called the representative on 12/16, who told me I had to wait till 12/24. There is positive deliver separately which was not true. According to the receipt there are all in one package. I called on 12/27, got the same answer which couldn't help me to get my stuff back. I feel so disappointed on this shopping experience and would like to report this to consumer departments

On Monday, December 16 at around 8pm, I went to go buy some Christmas wrapping supplies. I had bought some gift bags and two rolls of wrapping paper. Shoes were damaged and they didn't take the wires off the shoes. And they said it was my fault and they ask for the receipt and I show them the receipt and said they can't return it. Marshalls blocking business traffic

My name is John and I am the Store Manager for the Harbor Freight in Ponca city. Your new Marshall's location in Ponca City Ok has a receiving area in the rear of the building but has been unloading their trucks for the last two days through the front entrance of the store which is blocking traffic to my store and it is affecting my business. The is very unprofessional and disrespectful. We would appreciate it if your team would use the receiving area designated for the location to receive their product. Thank you.

I recently purchased a pair of London Fog boots for my Great Grandaughter at the Ocean, NJ store or Neptune. Not sure of the town this store is in but it is in the 07712 area of NJ. I purchased a pair of madden girl leopard print sneakers on 10/23/19 wore them for first time on 10/25/19 the sole of one of the sneakers fell apart. I returned them to marshall's yesterday, 10/26/19. Manager said they were not returnable because they've been worn. Your policy doesn't mention anything about merchandise may not last a day. So shop at your own risk. Very bad standards on your part... Marshalls

I have been shopping at Marshall's for years.. now every time I go I am asked at least 3-4 at the register to open up a marshals charge card. If I wanted one I would have one. it is rude and obsessive to keep asking. yesterday an associate approached me while I was out in the store shopping!!! make it stop... its annoying I always pay with cash. that is my prerogative. I do not need to be harassed in your stores anymore.

I called the Marshalls in center city at 11am-11:30 to ask what time they were closing on Oct 14th 2019 Columbus holiday and an associate by the name of Loretta was very nasty to me, and she the phone slammed. It made me feel like I didn't have the right to call in and asked what time the store would be closed for the Columbus holiday. I am not happy about this. This is not good customer service.

Marshalls product

Went in to do a simple exchange on a product which had horrible quality, I tried them on once and they snagged and ripped, just asked if I can do a simple exchange and they rejected my return because they accused me of wearing the pants more than once. On the receipt it does not state anything about their return policy on clothing, it just states, you are able to do a return or exchange within 30 days prior to purchase.
