My Grandson and I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram from this company
My Grandson and I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram from this company. They added a warranty plan costing $2500 without my consent. I objected before finalizing the loan, and they removed it, yet I'm still paying interest. The salesman wouldn't rewrite the loan. The finance company advised that rewriting the loan is the only solution.

I paid this company $2334.82 to repair my truck, just 2 days after I picked up my vehicle we noticed the cover was missing off the engine and my truck is now leaking oil. Our daughter is in the hospital, which delayed me from being able to address this immediately. This company did find the engine cover, however they are not wanting to address the other engine issues that have occurred after I allowed them to repair it. I am trying to deal with our daughters health concerns, and do not have any transportation due to this company not providing me the service I paid them to do.

I took my car here for a new battery because mine kept dying. I told them it was a battery issue, and they said they would get me right in. After what seemed a long wait they finally looked my car. I had not had any sleep, I had been to the dentist and was in pain. They did a diagnostic and confirmed it was the battery. She charged me $225 dollars for a new battery. I couldn't believe my ears. She kept saying "This is the battery for YOUR car". I think she was price gouging me. Between the diagnostic, the battery and the labor it was over $400. I have checked with other mechanics and now I feel like I was defrauded.

On 06/24 I had my 2009 Dodge Challenger towed to Marty Cancila dodge after it stopped running in traffic. I was first told by Marty Cancila that it was the battery and I was charged approx. $350.00 that didn't work, then I was told it was the "Electronic Sending unit" and the cost would be approx. $1200.00, that did'nt work then I was told it was my "Aftermarket Auto Start " that I was charged approx. $500.00 to remove after everything I paid "Marty Cancila" over $1700.00 to repair me 2009 Challenger, also losing my Auto Start that I had professionally installed for $400.00. On 08/20 my Challenger quit running with the exact same problem at the intersection of Hanley and Manchester forcing me to have it towed to my home. I have e-mailed "Marty Cancila" and "Demanded that they tow my car to their dealership, repair it and replace my auto start at "No" charge to me since I've already spent well over $1700.00 to the dealership for repairs that were not done. The only response from "Marty Cancila" was from their Internet sales manager regarding trading in my car for a 2020 Challenger with auto start and a check for the $1734.63, that I found to be an insult of my intelligence.

I purchased a factory certified 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from *** Dealership in TX
I purchased a factory certified 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from *** Dealership in TX. I am having issues with the transmission and poor shifting. The vehicle is still under factory power train warranty. I took the car to Marty Cancila for an oil change and asked them to look at the transmission. They took the car for 4 days. Did not address the issue. They charged me for a transmission check and for a rental. They could not tell me if the car had a TSB that could be applied. Said the transmission is working normally, even though the service advisor test drove it and said he felt what I was describing.

I took my car in for service and discovered that it needed new rotors, so I left it at the shop for repairs. Before departing, a comprehensive video inspection of my car was conducted to document its condition. When I returned to pick up my car, I was dismayed to find a significant crack on the front windshield that was clearly visible. I approached my service advisor, who reviewed the video footage and then referred the matter to the service manager. The service manager claimed that the crack had been present before my visit, but I was certain it was not and requested that he review the video again. He dismissed my concerns, suggesting that the video was inconclusive and implied that perhaps the weather had caused the crack. My frustration grew as I pressed for another review of the footage, but he refused and even threatened to call the police to have me removed from the property. When I asked to speak with someone else, he arrogantly stated that it would be pointless as any issue would ultimately be directed back to him, as he was in charge of the department. He offered to help me find a deal on a new window for $385, but after making a few calls, I found quotes for nearly half that price. Feeling let down and with no resolution, I left the premises with a damaged window and a sense of deep disappointment with the service I received.
I took my car up to this location to have the driver's seat repaired
I took my car up to this location to have the driver's seat repaired. It's been making noise and the motor of it is going out. I took it up there for a 9 a.m. appointment, it is now after 3 p.m. They knew we were waiting while the car was being repaired. They had told me that it wasn't going to take that long to repair. After two hours he came out and told us that they did have a part. And the seat was off. Then he came back and said it wasn't the right part for my make and model. There was no communication. I had to keep going back to ask about the status of the job. I have to take another day off of work. They have to order another another part that will take 3-5 days to arrive. They did offer a rental car for me to use, but they could have told me they didn't have the part when they realized it.

Called the dealer's service department to try to get an idea of how much a repair on my Chrysler Town & Country automatic window would cost, as they have experience with these issues. Was told I had to pay $129.95 to get an evaluation. Took my vehicle in for evaluation. They provided me with a an estimate of $1,248.93 to fix my window and replace a bad tire pressure sensor ($259.92, had replaced at another facility for $100.00). They were trying to charge me for parts that their own paperwork verified were working. And had an additional motor listed that doesn't exist (there is only one motor in the door to raise and lower the window). They had 2 separate motors listed in my estimate. Worst experience ever with a car dealer. Even after I texted them and told them about the experience, they responded and said someone would follow up soon, and I have not heard back from them. I would never recommend Marty Cancila Dodge Chrysler dealership to anyone!

I bought four new tires from marty cancila jeep dodge service dept
I bought four new tires from marty cancila jeep dodge service dept. about seven weeks ago for just under 1100.00 dollars. I woke up to go to work my tire was low I leave home at 4am I have stop at the gas station to get air for my tire. I get off work at 3:30pm had to get more air for my tire. I call to see when I could come out and get a tire cause the tire should be under warranty. The person on the phone hangs up the phone. I drive to marty concila jeep to talk to them about getting a tire. The lady I spoke with told me that I would have to leave my car, so I asked the lady could I get a loaner car she said no. She said they would take my wheel off my car put my donut tire on my car until they figure out if they can fix or replace my tire. I told them I didn't feel safe driving on the free way a donut tire I thought a seven week old should be a no brainer, I thought I was going to get a new tire. I even ask the lady could I buy a tire and they reimburse my money, no to that as well
My husband passed in 2019
My husband passed in 2019. He purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram from this dealership in 2017. He was having issues with it six months after he had the truck. I told them there were issues getting out of the truck because of the knob. I took it up to them and they told me it was fixed. Three weeks later, the engine light started turning on and off. We have been having this problem for the last three years. Every time there was a recall, I tell them about the check engine light and they never fix the issue. Now the check engine light will not go off. I am trying to get the truck transferred to my name. They told me to bring it up to them and they told me the warranty expired. I told them we had been reporting this problem to them since we had the truck for six months. They told me I had to pay for a rental while they looked at the truck. I called the warranty office and they gave me a case number. They told me they would send a specialist to look at it. They told me they could file the claim because the issue was going on during the warranty period. I went back to Marty Cancila and spoke to several people. After speaking to a couple other people, they finally gave me a rental and they took the truck to look at it. Now they are saying the damage to the front fender was causing the engine light to come on. The light was on before the fender was damaged. I have the truck and the check engine is still on. They are trying to make me pay for the repair. I told them the case number with the warranty company. They told me the issue was speculation and just walked away. I took it to Autozone and the diagnostic machine said it was a fuel light sensor and there was a couple of other things wrong with it.

service department rep *** would talk over customers but when you do it back to her she gets mad and accuses you of getting loud and being smart and calls the consumer a liar but telling them something that happen this year didn't happen. I call today to schedule an appointment to have my car look at again. I took it to *** in Jan to have my check engine light look at and they told me a I need a new Throttle body. Schedule the appointment for Saturday but had to reschedule because I had a funeral to go to and schedule for a Friday because they said they tech they made sure he was available on Saturday for the appointment and they can not assure that next Saturday so we schedule for Friday. My check engine light came back on on 3/21 call to schedule an appointment for Saturday but *** stated they don't do that type of work on Saturdays when I had one schedule prior. ask I am typing this I got a call my from the service manager on duty and I ask me what can he help me with with an attitude and very nicely I inform him to ask *** whats is going on because because if obviously she didnt and if she did he was ready to tell me what she said, thats why he called with an attitude. I let him know I am making a better business report and and attempted to schedule a call back but he hung up on me,but they are trying to say that I am rude, you dont hang up on a dissatisfied customer because you offend because they trying to spend probably another $700 dollars to get they car service with ***. there is nothing on your website that says on Saturday its mandatory you have a schedule appointment and or you dont have certain techs ava to service a check engine light, with that being said I should be able to come in when they open on Saturday to get any type of service work done. Signs needs to be displayed for consumer to understand their policy about Saturday appointments and what type of service work they can and cannot do on a Saturday. they new way of things is not in the customer best interest.

I purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 from this dealership on 11/13 I was lead to believe and given an auto check report from the dealership
I purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 from this dealership on 11/13 I was lead to believe and given an auto check report from the dealership that there were no issues whatsoever with the aforementioned vehicle and was told repeatedly that it is Ram certified no issues or complaints at all & that I was getting a good quality vehicle, on January 22nd I noticed the paint on the passengers door was peeling and there were other spots that looked to be bubbling as if they were in the early stages of possibly starting to peel I returned with the truck to the dealership to speak with the used car manager Rick Bockhoff who was involved in my purchase on 11/13 to bring this to his attention he came out looked it over and said he wasn't sure and would get back to me, after a week I hadn't heard from him so I called and left him a message to return my call I then proceeded to seek out the opinion of three other body shops and they all three told me the same thing that the door had been painted and that the reason it was peeling was because it was not properly prepped before painting and it wasn't clear coated properly. I then reached out to the previous owner who told me that it in fact was wrecked down the entire passengers side and it was repaired, I then reached back out to Mr Bockhoff again to let him know what I discovered and had to leave another voicemail asking if he was going to make this right he again after several days did not return my call after said time from second call my wife reached out to the dealership and asked to speak directly with Tony Cancila ( President ) and the young lady said he would be contacting us within 30 minutes I miraculously received a call from Rick Bockhoff stating he hadn't returned my call because he had my number written down wrong when I left it on his voicemail several times or he could have pulled my file to get it ( poor excuse ) only to tell me he was not going to do anything to rectify my issue. I was sold a previously wrecked vehicle and led to believe it had no issues ( deceptive) I'm beginning to question whether or not I paid to much for the vehicle since it was previously wrecked.I might also mention that I have tried to get in contact directly with Mr Cancila and for some reason he is untouchable as my wife and I can not get in contact with him you would think a president of a company would be available to his customers.
