The store was not open at 6 am on Sunday 15th dec 2019.
At 6:10, the lights were opened but not the door. An employee was inside.
A 2nd employee arrived to enter into the shop. The lady who was inside said to me that the store is not opened now.
She just opened the store for the other employee to go in.
I asked to the lady already inside what time is the opening.
She answered to me with attitude "her train was delayed and she cannot do anything about it."
I asked her when it will open. She said in 10 more minutes. I explained that I have a flight. She answered that if we discussed now, it will take more time to open the store.
I can understand the delay (even if I took the train and I was on time at the airport) but I do not understand the attitude. She was not at all friendly. She never apologizes about the delay. I was upset about her attitude
I could not wait till 6:20 and I did have any more desire to purchase.
