Good day! First of all, I really love to shop in Massimo Dutti because i believe the products and services that your group deliver is one of the best around the world.
However, today about 4pm I’ve visited your store at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and requested a staff named Tan, a young men to assist me to check the size, he’d check the S size that I’m looking for and I’d told him that I would like to try it on, but he put the clothes back to the place and continue do his other works without placing the clothes in the fitting room nor ask for the other colleagues to help on it. I realize it until I walk to the fitting room, the young men, Tan, completely ignore me, and I addressed this issue to the other lady, the young men, Tan, still doesn’t apologize to me, only the lady does. I’m terrifying that nowadays the service of Massimo Dutti has become worst. I highly recommend the group take some action on this matter, otherwise the irresponsible staff will affected the group’s image. I’ll be much appreciated if you could investigate this matter and give me an update about this. I hope this will not happened again. Thank you.
