Good Day Sir

I am one very unhappy customer. I contacted a while ago your office because there are dents on my freezer. Mamelo took my call and explain the service Mastercare offers. It sounded very impressive, with a premium of R285.00 per month\. He said that the premium will go off the end of the month but I can already log a call and he explain what I will pay for the first call out. I logged a call. A Gentleman with the name of Albert [protected]) phoned me and said he is on his way. I showed him my freezer and explained about the dents, he looked very confused because the Call which was logged was for a freezer that did not want to make cold. He said he could no help me with this “dent problem”. I phoned Mastercare the next day plus Albert said that he will contact the office regarding this confusion.

Not heard anything back from Master Care. My first premium went off the end of the month for the amount of R285.00. I reversed this entry off my bank account. Last month the premium when of for R580.00. I phoned the my bank to stop this amount and sent it back. I also phoned the call centre and surprise surprise Mamelo answered again. I explained to him again what happened and he said that he will talk to you in the Accounts department and it will be sorted.

The premium of R580.00 went off again today for the amount of R580.00. I phoned again and again Mamelo answered the phone. Now he said I was supposed to email you directly but this was not informed to me the last time I spoke to him. Every time when I phone the bank to stop the debit order, I pay a fee. Please could you arrange for the R580.00 to be revered back into my account immediately.

i even emalied Nerin in the accounts department - no feedback received

Desired outcome: To Stop my Maintenance contract and not to take money off my account any more. To give back the R580.00 taken off my bank account
