water billing complaint
Good day!
Gusto ko lang iraise yung billing namen for September 2018. From around 250-350 PHP e naging 6, 700 PHP yung bill namen. Nakakapagaka lang kasi wala naman kaming leak sa loob ng bahay and ito pa yung month na may water interruption. Then may kumausap samen na tiga Maynilad (Ding is his name) na need daw mabayaran yun at puputulan daw kami. Sabi pa niya na yun daw kasi ang nakalagay sa reading upon their investigation. Sana iinvestigate mabuti kasi RESIDENTIAL lang kami at hindi semi-business or commercial space. Wala kaming kalaban laban na babayaran namen yung 6, 700 na bill sa tubig tas kung hindi e mapuputulan kami knowing na necessity ang tubig sa isang bahay. Mula nung ginawa yung kalye namen e biglang taas na ng billing namen sa tubig. Magawan sana ng immediate action with regards to this matter.

May baging metro sa ibabaw ng metro ko at nakakonekta ito sa linya ko, ibig sabhin hinayaang ng contractor na maikabit ung ng walang pahintulot namin, nagbayad kami ng pagpapahukay tapos ipggmit lang sa iba ung linya at dumadating sa punto na isinasara nung bagong metro ung amin para malakas ang supply sa kanila. Tinawagan ko ung contractor at ako pa ang tinanong kung bakit may addtional meter sa metro ko, bakit hnd ko daw alam.

zero to very low water pressure everyday since april 2018
We have zero to very low water pressure coming from our maynilad supply pipes everyday since beginning of april 2018 betweeen 7am-9:30pm. Water does not even drip from our first floor faucets. Water pressure becomes good only from 10pm-6:30am the next day. This presents a problem as we need good water pressure ( at least 7psi) in the morning/afternoon as people are preparing for work/school, doing laundry, cooking and washing. We are located in Phase2 of BF Homes Paranaque under account [protected]. This problem persists in the entire Phase1 and 2 of BF Homes. I have reported this to maynilad 1626 on april 13 under ref #2510048. This hasn't been resolved even after more than 60 days already. I have followed up 8 different times and spoken with 8 customer services reps and 2 supervisors to no avail. All they can say is that they will escalate to the tecnical team for resolution. I have waited and waited but nothing was done. I have accumulated more than 600 pesos in cellular phone charges in calling 1626 as I have no landline. Your toll free hotline can only be reached by landline. My suspicion is that maynilad closes the valves servicing our area during mornings and afternoons to prioritize other areas. This is not acceptable. From our view, Maynilad has miserably failed in its contract with BF Homes customers to supply water on a consistent and reliable basis. What actions are you going to do to resolve this once and for all? I have names of the cust service reps and supervisors who have done nothing to help. I also have the name of a tech crew who came over to measure the psi from the supply meter ( less than 3 psi on that day but zero on most days) but never advised me of any action he will take. Thank you for patiently reading this complaint. I look forward to your response within 5 working days.
broken leaking water pipe
Along corners of atis st and c. Santiago st in dalandanan valenzuela city. We called their call centers for the past week for complaints and until now no action was taken. Its a waste of time and energy plus our water is exposed to contamination. At least have a heart to visit it. You have plenty of time to cut lines for unpaid bills as fast as the speed of light but as slow as the travel to uranus to take action for this broken pipes. Very disappointed.

ref 2533606 reconnecting water supply
Our line was cut May 22... I paid MAy 24 at 8am and reported at 9:28 am that I already paid 955.00 consisting the whole balance amount of 711.73 plus the reconnection fee of 238.63 total of 950.36. the issue is I called 1626 hotline to request for immediate reconnection as I have a kid who needs the water supply. they told me they raised the concern to do it immediately.. NOw the next day still disconnected so I called several time with them telling me the same they raise a follow up... not even update or feedback they told me.. and keep telling me that standard time of reconneecting is 24 to 48 hrs. NOw its may 28 more or less 96hrs have passed still no connection. nobody do it and we dont have a choice but to wait.. why is that so.. if we cannot pay on time you cut our line without any consideration even my bill is just less than 1k.. now you cannot do your job on time how we could get even.. plus the fact for what does the reconnection fee is for if you cannot do it on your standard time.. sino ang pwede nmn murahin na lang to just get even for suffering for 3 days. or can we get our reconnection fee back? really pissed off!

maynilad employee
The maynilad employee disconnected our service today. We already advised him that the bill was already paid and we even showed him the copy of the receipt (via messenger as the receipt was with my husband). The staff declined to provide his name and advised that he will still disconnect the service as he cannot see the receipt (even though it was clearly stated in the picture the amount being paid and the account number). He also said that we can remove the lock if we really paid the bill.
Will he shoulder the penalty for this?
What will Maynilad do with this kind of complaint?

excessive bill
This is to report excessive charge sa bill. Namin.
Usually ang bill namin nag range lang ng 600-700 per month pero our bill from march 9- april 9, is amounting of 8, 337.05 which is hindi siya normal.
They said that possible reason is baka may butas ang tubo pero upon checking wala kaming nakitang any signs na may butas mga tubo namin. Yung metro namin upon reading ng maynilad ang bilis ng ikot even walang gumagamit pero ngayon medyo inadjust namin ung sa metro naging normal naman ang ikot. Isa sa mga representative niyo pumunta smen and sinabe na impossible na metro ang may sira and we need to pay 2, 000 para sa metro na bagong ikakabit sa amin and kapag mapatunayan na walang sira ang metro we need to pay the bill and ung bagong metro. Hindi ba mas madaling icheck ang metro instead magbutas ng locatiom ng mga tubo? Asan ang customer service niyo ang pangit kausap ng pinadala niyong tao dito ang term pa is kayo po if "gusto niyong sumugal" sige icheck naten.

always having an interruption
I am complaining about losing a water supply because of the non stop maintenance in putatan muntinlupa. I doubt it because it happens every month and last 2016 3 months straight of losing water supply at the same issue maintenance in putatan, I just being confuse of what maynilad always says because if they really are having a maintenance then why would putatan itself never having a problem of losing a water supply? Besides they post it only in their facebook account so it means all the people who actually using maynilad water needs to check their facebook so people will know when they having a maintenance, they ask us about our contact number and email address for us to be informed but then they did not text or email us so asking the maynilad users contact number is very useless. I ask for inspection for what is the real reason why we experience a monthly issue of losing a water supply. I will report it when ever and who ever I think can help the people in muntinlupa. We are very dissapointed on maynilad water only maynilad having this questionable issues.
I am complaining for disconnecting our water which was paid last month
Earlier today, our water was cutoff by certain personnel in maynilad by the name of Mr. CAMACHO at talon village talon 4 las pinas. I talked to him and requested to delay for an hour to disconnect since I am heading the business office to settle my bills. For a time we are not at home since we are busy with the problems in leyte. The bill was not yet paid until earlier. But Mr. Camacho discconnect us telling he will not earn anything if he will not cut our line. We paid early morning and until now it is not restored. I'll like to place a complaint regarding po sa tao nyo, basta na lng po kmi pinutulan ng tubig without even informing us, and when I show him the receipt he won't even consider it, saying na magpunta na lng kmi sa office, to pay including the reconnection fee. We contacted the hotline and ang sabi nman active at hindi for disconnection ang line namin. Please do something about It! We pay through LBC and we have the updated reciept. We will not pay for the reconnection fee since tao nyu ang may mali, are they being commission sa number ng napuputulan nila, umalis kc kaagad even when I say to wait for awhile.
Maynilad, your service sucks! You disconnect my water supply eventhough i am already paid and you want me to pay for the re-opening request? Aren't you updating your system and your disconnection team? You disconnect my water supply without any warning and beyond business hours. You're all about profit and never priority your consumers. I contacted you through text line and messenger. I even sent email to your official website but NO ACTION from you.
Kindly settle this ASAP. I have no water supply for 3 days now! Be considerate and professional Maynilad. You really have the worst service.
Also, laging madumi yung tubig nyo. Kulay putik. At mabaho. Hndi lilipas ang isang linggo na hndi kayo maglalabas ng kulay putik na tubig. Be mindful of your service. It sucks.

Lumampas na ang 48hours hindi nyo padn na rereconnect yung tubig namin.. ni wala man lang compensation kaming nakukuha sainyo kahit nag bayad na kame ng reconnection fee sana man lang tama sa oras din kayo mag reconnect kasi tama din naman binabayaran namin.. anong klase servicio kayo meron.. dapat lang ibalik na sa government yang maynilad.

I hope they investigate this properly and do a proper reading because this is the second time we experience such excessive bills from this company. We were opted to pay 4, ooophp before from our previous bills of 500 to 4, 000? Really? I have no idea how they read our meter. The people who reads our meters are not trained well if that's the case or they're just taking advantage of the poor who works hard just to pay a 500+ bill ever month. That 4, 000 pesos we opted to pay during Holidays seasons made us eat and celebrate less of the Christmas season last year. I really really hope they fixed this.
This just saddens me.
Fellow consumer here. That bill is ridiculous! Your average consumption from the previous months is way off that current consumption. If you have no busted pipes or leakages, Maynilad will probably tell you that they will have to test your meter, with an initial payment/deposit for that new meter of course. And then they will tell you that if your old meter is not busted, you will have to pay for the new meter PLUS meter testing costs. Then they will tell you that the old meter passed the test (meaning it is not faulty/defective) and you will be forced to pay for everything. Of course it's Maynilad! Lahat pinapabayaran nila! True story. Took two years for someone to look into our meter/billing complaints, repeatedly filed and reported, and yet no resolution to date. We bear the inconvenience and anxiety of actual, or threat of, having our water service disconnected every month.
I don't know if this changes anything but check and find out if there have been Maynilad pipe or drainage works in your area during the contested period. That probably explains the absurd surge in your meter reading. Authorities should really look into how Maynilad operates and its process of addressing reported complaints.

Maynilad? Worst service ever! Three months of "no billing statement" very frustrating, annoying. Kailangan pa ba iremind itong mga immature people from maynilad na how important water is? Dont they realize that water is a necessity and not a luxury na kailangan ng bawat tao? Nag bayad kami ng more than 3 thousand pesos which I do admit that may leak yung tubo namin that caused the high bill. Pero not recieving any bill for 3 months, that's b***s***! Sagot pa sa amin, "mag check po kayo online. " do you expect each and every filipino to have access everyday and check bills? Were trying to cut our expenses and you cant force anyone to browse the internet most especially if there are much more important things that needs to be done rather than internet. Internet is definitely a luxury and not a necessity for someone like me. They even will ask you to pay for a charge para magkaroon ng tubig, another piece of b***s*** from maynilad. Pag dating sa pag disconnect and pag bill sa mga consumer, ang gagaling ninyo pero pagdating sa pag karoon ng tubig sobrang tagal para makonnect. Madalas walang pasabi pag mawawalan ng tubig. Mag post man ng oras sa website nila, hindi naman nasusunod. What a freaking company.

On behalf of my neightbors i would like to complain our water supply from Maynilad. Here are the brief stories1980's whe we started having water supply in our street Damong Maliit Brgy. nagkaisang Nayon Novaliches Quezcon City Philippines. It was MWSS before and now transferred to Maynilad. When our water supply transferred to Manilad that is the time we experiencing limited water supply in our location but not exteeded to some of our neighbors. Case are so strange that could say that there is some illiegal happening or impropper operation made by the Maynilad personnel for our location. We are paying 1500+ every month without giving justifiable water supply. We change to new metter and we did all possible resolution but water supplies get worst everyday. We hope that anyone from Media ABS CBN, GMA7, TV5 and other networks will assist us to resolve our water supply problem. We did a lot of complains and follow up from Maynilad but no action made.

worst service ever
This is to formally complain on Maynilad billing. Since last year I have been calling to Maynilad hotline but
until now, the problem is not yet resolved. They are billing us with an average rate and not showing the actual meter
reading, worst is that they are just guessing the figure, since my meter shows different meter reading than what
they are charging us.
I just hope somebody from Maynilad will initiate to investigate on this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The new meter was installed (without our knowledge) last July 26 & we noticed the leak last July 27. Pls send your subcon to check the area wherein the new meter was installed to avoid water loss & further increase our billing. For your info, our regular consumption for the month is only within the minimum charge. Thank you

on jan 22, 2023(sunday) I was advise by my nephew that my water suppy from metered account [protected] was disconnected . and according to IRR no.2008-01 that disconnection process should not be done on weekdays and Holidays..

Meters in my area was realligned, contractor of Maynilad failed to install my meter, been aweek without water been calling them multiple times no action was taken. No urgency doesnt care about residential customers! if we have another option (w/c i dont think we have) i wont deal with maynilad ever!

HI Sir Marvin Gaite, same na same po yung nangyari sa amin this month lang po. dati malaki na sa bill namin ang [protected], pero yung bill po namin ngayong november ay 7K(SEVEN THOUSAND) PLUS! Sabi po namin, daig pa namin ang may karinderya sa laki ng water bill namin. tapos nagpa dala sila ng tao from Maynilad to tell us na ayos naman daw po yung metro at walang defect. totoo daw yung nasa bill namin, pero hindi po talaga ito katanggap tanggap sa amin.
