On January10,2022 I placed an order with mbenzgram (order #[protected]) for a Takeda Intake system which totaled $356.65. I was never told at the time of my order that the product was not in stock!

At the time I place the order I was given an expected delivery date of 7February2022. When this date came and went without me receiving my product, I contacted their customer service team and was told it was on back order and that I could expect delivery 22February2022. This date also came and went and I was subsequently told it would ship to me on 3March2022 When this date also passed I reached out to mbenzgram and requested a refund which they promptly told me they would and it would take 3 to 5 business days to process and credit my credit card.

It is now 30March2022 and I have not received a refund. After repeated emails to them and being told someone will contact from their accounting dept; I have not heard anything from them. I tried calling several times and after navigating their automated phone answering system no one comes on the line; I was on hold one time for a half an hour.

At this point I am extremely frustrated and do not know what to do.

I placed and order with this company on February 28th 2022 and everything seemed pretty legit with e-mail confirmations and order numbers and such. Yet I also paid for express 2 day shipping which my product never arrived. I waited until March 17th 2022 and wouldn't you know still no product. In this time span I sent multiple emails stating that I had paid for my product and express shipping, the money have come out of my account as of March 4th 2022. The only answers I were given were we haven't received a tracking number from the shipping department yet...funny after so many days with an express shipping order and as much stuff is shipped daily that you the company haven't received a tracking number to give to me the customer. On the 17th of March I canceled the order with an agent on the phone and received a cancelation email immediately and everything stating that I would be refunded with 7-10 days which I waited and received any of my money. Currently I have been fighting with them on the phone all day giving me the run around and disconnecting phone calls to get out of refunding me my money as well as saying that only accounting which has no supervisors can do that but I also can't speak with them. Everytime you call you wait 45 minute you speak with anyone! So far I have spoken to John, Raul, Beatrice, Alex, Supervisor: Crystal. I was informed that by end of business today I would recieve and email confirmation as well as my refund which they operate on Eastern Standard Time that would be 5pm and that never happened either.

Same story here. Took my money, no refund given, and blamed my bank for my money not being received. I should have done more research on these idiots before handing them $1500. My banks fraud department has started looking into this and I also filed a complaint with the FTC. I know the FTC can't help with individual complaints, but I'm just trying to put MBenzgram's name out there.

I recently placed an order last month and I cancelled the order on the 19th of April because they never told me there was a nationwide backorder until I contacted them about my order. They told me it will take 7-10 business days to refund me my money and it has been a total of 14 business days. Every time i reach out to the via email its always "someone at accounting will check on your refund and contact you shortly''. No one ever contacts me until I email them and the last 2 emails they haven't replied. I also was just on the phone with someone there and they said they will check with accounting. So i was waiting on the phone for a little while and i got hung up on. These people are some scammers.

Wanted to share a negative experience I had with a company called MBenzGram

I ordered a Borla exhaust for one of my cars.

They led me to believe that it was in stock, waited until I had to send a request for shipping info to tell me the order that I placed on February 27 will not arrive until April 8……then after I cancelled my order on April 21.

14 days and have still not credited my credit card. I just filed a complaint with MasterCard.

Over 2 months waiting for a pair of MBRP mufflers.

Ordered 2 mufflers on 2/25/22. There website not stating any extended time to ship the order. Emailed them once in March, once in April and once in May, each time them giving an excuse why they hadn't shipped yet. The last time I emailed them was May 4th, They replied my order would ship that week. 1 hour later emailed me again saying that there was a communication error and they were still on special order. I promptly cancelled the order. Many other online companies had these parts in stock during this time but this place was the best price by far. Don't be lured in by their pricing, they cannot produce the product! Don't know what their game is but I'm not the only one to get stung by them.

They tried to get me. I ordered a wheel on 5-12-22, reached out about tracking on 6-6-22. The response to my email was the shipment and tracking would update in 48 hours. Nothing. I tried calling, on hold over 30 minutes, nothing. I sent another email and got the same response. Their website showed the item in stock. I called my bank and disputed the charges, was told I am protected. MBENZGRAM needs to get shut down and sued!

I've been investigating this company and another with same domain company and have found so far over $97k that people have been scammed out of. Keeping their name fresh will hopefully get the FBI to investigate.

I got scammed for 1600 dollars. I had to go to my bank to try to get a charge back. The time frame for a charge back is usually 60 to 120 days from purchase. So don’t believe anything they tell you. Go to your bank/card company and try to get your money back in the time frame or you can be down and out. I don’t know how they run there business but it’s definitely illegal to do this stuff to people. We should contact google to shut them down on their search engine because that’s how I found them.

They just refunded me today. I just keep emailing them everyday. With dumb stuff like “still checking huh?” “Guess this takes a really long time” “……” etc. and today I did one more smart [censored] know and they emailed right back sayin it’s processed on there end and for me to check wit my bank. I went and looked and it was there.

I was also taken for 400 dollars. Was told my intake would ship in two weeks every time I emailed them. Every time I call it takes forever to get someone to answer and I just get I’m sorry where working on it. It’s past 120 days so my bank can’t do anything now. If someone is going to sue them let me know

Received Refund!

I purchased from Mbenzgram on 12-23-2021

I filed a complaint with the BBB on [protected] and I finally received my refund on 8-8-2022.

Here is what they said to the BBB Today 8-8-2022

"Hello,

This special order was refunded and canceled from our end a long time ago. Please check with affirm. Conf attached we sent them another manual request for you to update.

Thank you and keep us updated"

A long time ago my butt!

I would try the BBB it worked for me... I never thought I would get a refund, but I finally did thanks to the BBB.

This exact thing is happening to me! I ordered wheels in Feb and by May they still had not arrived. I was continuing to make my payments through affirm even though I had not received what I ordered. I cancelled my order May 9th and was told the same 3-5 business days. We are now in August. I have emailed at least a dozen times and called with no answer.

Going through the same issue. Orders an akrapovich exhaust with affirm. Have already been charged 3 times at $960 a piece. Order was canceled 3 months ago. Same [censored]in email I get that somebody will get back to me shortly and they never pick up the phone. I am going to go to BBB now bc nothing else is working.

BUYERS BEWARE!

MBGRAM’S site is bogus do not give them your credit card info. I have also been scammed by this piece of S___ poor excuse of a human being person or people. On June 20th 2022 I ordered a Ford Performance Pre Assembled handling kit for my 2011 mustang. After 2 weeks of not seeing my parts I reached out to them via Email to see if it had been shipped yet. And I received a pretty prompt response telling me what they’ve told everyone else it’s on back order and it should ship within 2 weeks. 2 weeks come and go still no parts. Reached out to them again via Email again and they said it was a special order product and it is out of their control. The answers come so fast because they are computer generated answers. After another 2 weeks I reached out to them to cancel my order. They said it was sent to the accounting department for review and once approved it would take 7 to 10 days to get the money back into my account. I said that’s odd it only took you 30seconds to take it out of my account! Same story as everyone else. Well as you’ve probably already figured out no money after the 10 days. Reached out 2 more times and they said the accounting department was still reviewing my refund. BULL S___ they are! They took my $1,732.50 with no intention of ever sending me any parts. Well where I come from that’s a fair amount of money to have stolen from you. I just wanted to share my experience so maybe I could save someone from being ripped off. Because unlike these useless no good for nothing pieces of S___ we actually work hard for our money and it downright sucks to have that amount of money stolen from you! They are lowlifes that don’t even deserve the right to even breath our air!

I did finally received my refund on September 20 2022. Although I had to be very persistent and downright rude and reached out to many different organizations like the BBB, FTC & the California State Attorney General’s Office. Not really sure which one if any helped, or maybe they all helped. Thank you very much to anyone that did help! But either way MBGRAM finally did the right thing and I did finally receive my full refund for $1732.50! So I’ll do what is right also and let people know that my issue was finally resolved!

Lodge a complaint with the BBB. That seems to put the fear of the scam ending into them.

Give them screenshots of emails and the financial institution purchase.

I received my refund this morning after 6 months of the runaround.

It has only been four days since I complained to the Better Business Bureau.

I think I used Sacramento CA 95825 as their address. They have a new (fake?) address at 63 Pico Plaza #410, San Clemente, CA 92672.

Do not buy form Mbenzgram!

I bought tires in November 2021 and was told repeatedly they were on back order. Finally in August 2022 I ordered the tires from elsewhere and requested a refund from Mbenzgram.

I was told the order was cancelled and would get a refund in 10-14 business days.

No refund issues and now I can’t get a hold of anyone.

I am convinced that Affirm.com is associated with this fraudulent scheme! The fact that Affirm.com is still allowing this scam to get paid by Affirm shows they are set to steal millions if they are not prosecuted with a civil lawsuit and their partners are prosecuted.

Well I order a set of M/T slicks. Didn’t get a delivery day or nothing. They say they don’t charge your card til the order is shipped from warehouse. But my card was charged and I was told the tire was on back order a few days later. I cancel my order and they told me my refund will be 7-10 days. I got my refund back with in 4 days.

Waited patiently until aug 18th then sent an email.

Reply was that it was on back order.

I requested a refund on nov 11th.

This is the bs reply because usaa would never screw over a veteran by withholding a refund.

That very first complaint I read about the $365.55 was at the exact same time with the exact same results, nothing. They ripped us off over $1,000. I have contacted the BBB and the California Attorney General. This is amazing that they are allowed to continue to operate and STEAL peoples money. This is so wrong!
