MDTech,Were very communicative in arranging our service request. The technician arrived as scheduled and promptly made the necessary repairs that resolved our issue.

They did a good job installing new refrigerator door seals. They were even nice enough to come back the next day to help to tighten up my door handles, which turned out to not be their fault.

MDtech was very responsive and came out the same day to fix my washer. Great communication throughout the whole process. Polite and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Had an issue with our wine cooler which required a defective fan replacement. MDTECH came out and did the replacement in a timely manner (twice due to two defective fans provided by the manufacture). I would recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge.

My home warranty service was referred to MDTECH. They repaired my refrigerator which had freon leakage. The downside was that after the diagnosis, it took a few weeks for MDTECH to procure the replacement kit. However, after the kit arrived, MDTECH's service was excellent and professional.

Great company. Fixed our dryer within 30 minutes. The service man, John, was so nice, I would have invited him in for dinner. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. Even offered a discount after fixing the dryer because of our age. What a great company to do be so kind. I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them to family and friends.

The technicians that came to fix my washer were very knowledgeable and very professional. Once they discovered the problems, they couldn't repair the washer that day because they needed a part and they didn't have the part with them but promise they checked the warehouse and come as quickly as possible and understood my need for the washer to get repairing. The next morning I received a text saying that the technicians were available that morning and to respond if I was going to be available between certain hours and I did and within the half an hour of my response I received a texting that he was on his way. He arrived and quickly went to the task of repairing the washer which was repaired and almost no time at all and the washer is working fine now I'm grateful for their expedient way and professional manner that they handled my situation

They answered the phone, didnt need to leave message. They came out the next day and had the part to fix our wine cooler within 3 business days. Professional business!
