Setup an account and verified my business bank account with the micro deposits
Set a payment and was told 2 days later it had failed
Was told my account was no longer in use due to their terms and conditions
Tried to reach out multiple times only to told to basically ****** nothing can be done
So I have no idea what I’ve supposedly done so I can try and rectify it
How about trying to treat people with decency and common courtesy - goes a long way as I’m sure any error made could have been quickly rectified with some communication
