The issue revolves the lock which has broken. Upon discovering the problem, I promptly visited the Sunway Pyramid store to seek assistance on 1st November 2023. After a thorough assessment, I was informed by the store staff that a repair was not possible due to a lack of stock for the specific lock component required for replacement.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances such as stock shortages can occur; however, I am greatly disappointed by the lack of a satisfactory solution or alternative offered to address the issue with my handbag. As a loyal Michael Kors customer, I have always held your brand in high regard for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter. I would appreciate it if you could provide a replacement for the damaged lock or propose an alternative solution to ensure the repair of my handbag.
I believe that a brand of Michael Kors' stature values its customers and their experiences. I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly, and I can continue to enjoy the quality products and excellent customer service that I have come to expect from Michael Kors.
