I agreed to a charge of 4. 95 which they charge but also charged to my bank account $49. 95 which were charged after i phoned to cancel the account. I had ten days to cancel which i did after three days. Still my bak has not been able to cancel the charge.

I have no idea how other people, but I wasn’t happy with the company www.microsoftstore.com. I faced some difficulties with their software, but the customer services were helpless and unavailing. They didn’t communicate or reply to my emails and messages. I tried to reach these people within several days, but it was so frustrating that I simply stopped. I don’t recommend the company, because of their non-existing customer services.
