I started a project with the company last year, and it cost me seventy-five hundred dollars. They had my bike for about four months. During this time, they managed to drop it, give it back to me without brakes, ruin my seat, damage my custom paint, and the parts they installed were so poorly done that they fell off and caused me to crash on the highway off-ramp.

I originally brought my bike in because it was smoking, and even after spending four thousand dollars on an engine rebuild, it's still smoking. I've been dealing with a representative from the company who has done nothing but lie and deny any responsibility. When I brought the bike back because of the smoke issue, he claimed they had done the rebuild and couldn't have known it would still be smoking until they put it back together. He said if I wanted them to look at it again, it would cost me another seventeen hundred dollars. On top of that, he charged me a hundred and fifty dollars just to tell me it wasn't their fault.

It was clear to me that I wouldn't get my bike back unless I paid him, but I still wanted to understand why he was charging me so much. I am very disappointed with the service and I feel like I have been treated unfairly. I am considering filing a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com to see if I can get some resolution to this issue.
