Awful experience! Took 2 months to get the item. When I received it it was the poorest quality I have ever seen. Looks like a kid sewed it on a fake sewing machine. The fabric was so cheap you could see through it. They refuse to answer my emails and I can't get my money back. I am outraged! This is disgusting! I've clearly lost my money and would suggest nobody order anything from this awful company.

I waited so long for my dresses that I forgot I had ordered them (about 6 weeks). I am appalled at the condition and quality of them. There are loose threads, the dress is completely transparent, the lace is poor quality, and although my measurements were right for the size, it is about 3 sizes too small. There were also no tags, and no order invoice in my bag, so I have no way of returning it. They claim to have "free returns", but that doesn't include the shipping, and the package came from China! Their customer service is non-existent. It is a TOTAL scam!

It took several weeks for my order of one dress to be delivered (despite their advertised time frame of 5-10 business days for delivery). Then after receiving the dress (weeks after the intended event) I emailed the support contact email (the only contact details on the site) to inform them I'd like to return the dress and requesting the return postage address. This is the stated returns procedure on the website. I have not received a response in over 2 weeks despite 2 follow-up emails. Absolutely shocking customer service in my opinion, and I'm starting to suspect I will not be able to get my money back.

Ordered a dress early May. Said 7-10 days delivery. Took closer to 6 weeks and dress was crap. Not the same quality as in pic. Looked like a $5 dress you would get at a Family Dollar. I paid $40. Terrible. They have not responded to email. Will be very cautious ordering from pop ups on Facebook again. I will contact my credit card to dispute this as suggested in post.

I ordered three dresses and I got them late. Once I opened the package I was so shocked because the dresses are completely see through and I cannot even get them on as they are such a small make.
I have emailed them to proceed with a refund and no one is answering my emails so I can send the package back and get my refund.
I will never order from them again.

I received my long awaited dress today. I am appalled at the condition and quality of it. There are loose threads, the petticoat does NOT go down even close to what the advertised picture shows, the dress is completely transparent, the lace is poor quality, and although my measurements were right for the size, the way the zip has been sewn prevents it from even coming over my shoulders. There were also no tags.

I have already emailed twice before how I ordered some clothes, they took weeks to arrive and they don't fit and want to know how I can return the good. I have not heard from anyone for 2 months and you haven't answered me either! This is crazy and I am most annoyed as that means I have wasted my money!

The Milk and Choco website states free returns and I am trying to return or even exchange the Aria summer lace dres that I bought on 5/25 for a different dress. The fit is too small. I've emailed 5 + times as soon as I received it to the support desk but there has been no responses. Im not sure what I should do next to get this resolved. Is this store a scam? I really want to like this store but something doesn't seem right. No response for 1 month already.

I purchased a dress online on the 4th of June, paid extra for express shipping (3-5) business days their website said) and haven't received it or heard anything. When I go to track the order, every time it says carrier information not available, try again later.
I've sent three emails and heard no response.
I have been Entitling them as urgent as well as being polite.
I don't know what to do or how to prevent this from happening to other people.
But they are a terrible company by the amount of awful reviews they have, I know that I am not alone in this treatment and honestly, they should be shut down as a business, because taking money without getting the goods a services you promise is stealing and illegal.

I ordered a dress that was advertised on Facebook. It's been about a month since the order was placed. After two weeks I sent an email to their support address [protected]@milkandchoco.com and asked for them to cancel my order and refund my card. Here it is two weeks later, and I never received a response from them nor does my bank account show the refund. I just want my money back. Its cute clothes but I'll never buy from here again. And I've already told everyone I know that shops online what happened.

I ordered a dress (order mc#174691) for my friends bridal shower and it did not get here on time. I finally received the dress and it's horrible quality! I've emailed several times to return it and haven't got a single email back. Very upset and will never order from here again. I will post this and notify all my friends to not waste their money.

I purchased 3 dresses from milk and choco.. Order mc#130297 took almost 3 weeks to be delivered, and what arrived was a complete joke. The quality of the romper was paper think, see-through, and stitching was frayed. I immediately contacted asking for return order to be initiated and have not heard back since. I've emailed 3 times and it's been over a month.

Around the 5th June I have order a beautiful dress, at least it looked like beautiful and reading the reviews which I think that are fake, seems that everything was perfect.
Buying the dress for €43 incl the priority to receive the dress on time for the wedding party, I also stated thet I needed to receive it by the 14/15th.
I received the dress on the 22nd and that means that I had to buy another one from a local shop but that is ok as I understand that sometimes the post from China takes much longer.
The problem is here. On the 22nd June I finally received the dress. I opened it and found out that the material of the dress is horrible for the amount I have paid and the size was not matching the one I have ordered. I was really disappointed.
The day after I made a complaint with the company by sending an email which I have never receive any feedback.
I gave around 2 weeks time to the the company so that may be can answer me back.
Yesterday I ve tried my luck and I received an answer from them stating that I should have already received the dress and that they were going to send me back the tracking number. Unbelievable!
Answering back to that email I stated that the previous email I was referring is the one with compaint .
From then I didn't receive anything else.
I am really disappointed about this company. It's a fake company which also write reviews on their behalf so that customers believe that they are a serious. This should STOP! as soon as possible.
The other thing I have notice is that you can not pay with PayPal but only with credit card. Now I understand why they do accept payment only with visas so you wont complaint with paypal.
If there is someone who can help me with this matter I would really appreciate.

I have received he above order and would like to return. I have sent countless email with not one reply. They advertise free refunds however this is false advertising and unacceptable.
I am yet to receive any acknowledgment or a reply to my numerous emails about My order which I actually cancelled within an hour of ordering so it should never have been sent in the first place.

I order 2 dresses (mc#137073) and paid for priority shipping. The order took almost 4 weeks to arrive. I emailed on 4 june 2018 querying when my order would arrive (10 days after ordering). I received a generic reply on 6/6/18 stating the order was on its way. It arrived on 19/6/18. The same day it arrived (19/6/18) I emailed to request a refund due to the poor quality of the items and the fact they didn't fit. The items were not true to size and are an extremely small make.
I have now emailed 4 separate times (19/6, 25/6, 27/6 and 4/7) requesting a refund, all of which have been ignored.

I placed an order order mc#112228, I had replies to my emails regarding shipping straight away however when I emailed the same day as receiving the item to advise I would like a refund, following your refund policy, all emails have been ignored. The dress is poor quality for the price and the underskirt is far too short covering nothing. I ordered from you as I knew if it didn't fit quite right I could return it. I am so cross that I was responded to straight away for shipping but now I want a refund I am being ignored! I will not let this go as it is disgusting customer service. I ordered a dress, it took a long time to show up. The wrong size was sent (not what I asked for) and of very poor/ cheap quality and tiny. I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund and/or proper size. I have heard from no one and no refund has been given. This dress was over $50 CAD, charged to my credit card and it looks like a rag. I would really like my money back and this company should be investigated.

I would like to return the dress and get a refund as it is nothing like the picture shown on the website and the dress hasn't been sown properly at the back and there is a hole in it on the seam.
