Milk and choco is a terrible company who is obviously engaging in fraud. I order several items on may 31, 2018 (mc#113475). It took several weeks for the items to arrive.in fact, I thought I would never receive them. Ultimately they did come and the quality of the clothing is truly awful. I have emailed the company 4 times to request a return (6/21/18, 6/27/18, 6/28/18, 7/1/18) as described in the instructions on the website. I have not heard back from them and their website says I have only two week to do so. This company is disgusting!
returning an item
I purchased a dress in two sizes because I wasn't sure which one would fit. The website said to email within 14 days of receiving your item. I did this and never heard back. I emailed again and never heard back. I tried to contact them via facebook and instagram and never heard back. I have no idea how to return my item and now it has been over 14 days. I am very frustrated because their website advertises that you can return an item.

I ordered this item june 12, 2018. I also paid for express shipping. It is july 3, 2018 and I have not heard a word. I emailed the company two times and have had no response. I am going to a party and need my dress or my money refunded. I am very, very disappointed. If the company would at least let me know what is going on I would be more understanding.
returning items
On 5/13/18, I ordered two articles of clothing. My order was confirmed via e-mail the same day. Payment was taken from my credit card on 5/14/18. I received an e-mail on 6/8/18 stating that my items had shipped. The items arrived 6/26/18. The items were much smaller than I had anticipated given the sizes that I ordered. On 6/27/18, I sent an e-mail requesting a return. No reply. I sent a second e-mail on 7/3/18. I am still waiting and I gather, from the other complaints here, that I will not be successful in trying to get these items returned and my money refunded.
report to credit card company as fraudulent charge. Report Facebook page as a scam. If enough people do this hopefully it will be banned
black romper
I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service, or lack thereof, with this company. The romper took almost 3 weeks to be delivered, and what arrived was a complete joke. The quality of the romper was paper think, see-through, and stitching was frayed. I immediately contacted asking for return order to be initiated and have not heard back since. I've emailed 3 times and it's been over a month.
aria summer dress
I ordered this dress june 1st and just received it today. I had to contact cs multiple times over the last 6 weeks to get a tracking number and shipping confirmation as well. After 3.5 weeks it finally shipped. What arrived was a complete joke. I normally wear a xs/small, and based on the sites size chart I ordered a medium, and it took 2 people to help me squeeze in and out of it. The material was so thin it was almost see through, and the sizing ratio was completely off. I'm 5'8", not abnormally tall by any means, and the dress is about 8" too short. I could tell where they tried to make the pictured dress, but it is definitely a fail. I'm going to attempt to return it or get my money back, but I don't have high hopes on that.
undelivered items
I placed an order on June 2, 2018. You policy says that delivery is in 5-10 days but can be longer due to customs delays. However, you did not even start shipping my order until June 18 when I sent an inquiry.
The first item and only item to arrive to date arrived on June 27 and was damaged. I sent a picture 5 days ago and have not heard back.
This order is now too late for my purpose - July 4 holiday travel.
I am requesting a cancelation and full refund.

Why does fb allow this advertiser?! These complaints are hardly even comparable to the reviews on site. They did respond after I emailed them twice. Tracking number now and still shows dress is in china. I ordered june 14 and this is july 1! This company has poor business practices! Now I am afraid to return it if I have a problem with it - if I ever get it. My account should not be debited until this was shipped!

Same issues as many others — placed order, received confirming email and debit card charged almost immediately and no communication from milk and chocolate since and no product and no further emails with tracking info and even if I get my outfit, I feel fairly certain that it will not be wearable — I have started the dispute credit card charge process with my bank — has anyone had any luck with getting their money back? At approximately $40-50 per outfit, this company is scamming women and making a killing — apparently you can't return or it costs almost as much as the outfit to return it — input requested?
unanswered emails to return the eliana casual striped dress
I sent multiple emails to customer service asking to return the dress I ordered. It did not fit correctly, nor did the fabric match the pictures it had posted of it. Very cheap material and not even worth the $40 I spent. I would really appreciate a full refund since I contacted multiple times to return the item before the date needed to and will never wear this dress.

Since purchasing my items of clothing in February. It took 1 day to take money out of my account, over 1 month to receive the products. These products did not match the description nor the sizing. It then took 2 1/2 weeks to receive the returns address and now since sending the items back registered post 3 weeks since signing the returns I still have not received my money back.
I too ordered a dress which arrived about 4 sizes too small. I tried 7 times emailing them for their returns address without any reply. BIG SCAM COMPANY. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM
Dress did not fit although I ordered correct size. Emails requesting instructions to return for full refund have been unanswered since May 24; delivery was on May 14 although order was made on April 17! According to their website, a refund is offered if return is within 14 days. However, they still have replied as of July 2! This is probably a scam and needs to be closed down! In meantime, buyers be aware!

I ordered a dress that looked super cute online. When I received it, immediately I noticed the poor quality. At $40 I wouldn't expect the material to be so poor. The fit was terrible, too large in areas and too small in areas, nothing makes sense with this dress except I cannot wear it. I have emailed them 3 times at the only contact point they give you, there is no phone number and no other way to reach them that I can find. The website gives instructions on refunds, and has you email the support contact but no response ever. I want someone to contact me and get my refund immediately. This is so wrong!

"Buyer beware" I ordered back at end of March all three items didn't get to me until mid/end of April. Within less than two days of Receiving Everything I emailed their support (the only contact given) I have since then emailed twice (once a month) and have not hear a single word back!
They have not tried to reach out or problem solve at all.
This goes against all consumer protection laws, they basically "bait and switched" me as well as "faulty advertised" and also almost "copywriting" (I've seen the same picture of styles on more creditable sites)
Not only was I sure to order up a size, but the fact is I can't even get my head through one style, another style shows gorgeous "hand beaded" shimmering strains when realistically it's a bunch of glittery garbage that sheds everywhere! All styles do not match pictures what's so ever! They are like costume crap material. And don't even appear the same style.
I could see if I paid only a couple dollars for each item but that is not the case I paid upwards of $125 plus for this crap! And with no contacting attempts back really inferriates me! Someone please help! How can they be able to do this? I have uploaded photos of what is advertised v. What I have received.

I have emailed Milk and Choco 3 times for details regarding returning my items that are not great quality and are not true to size so are too small. Every email has been ignored. No wonder they don't offer payment through PayPal. So dodgy. I am going to contact the Ombudsman and see what can be done. I just cannot believe in this day and age there is a need for a company to be so rude!

I have emailed the support email 4 times now asking for the return and refund information, because the dress I ordered doesn't fit. It also looks nothing like the dress in the picture. They have completely ignored every single one of my emails! I am furious! I wish I would've read the reviews first, before I purchased my dress. This is a scam! The clothes you see are not what you get, and when you need to return the purchased item, the support team does nothing!
