My wife and I live in Windsor, Ontario. We drove through Michigan from Detroit and were going up to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario for the Christmas holiday. On the drive up, we stopped at Home Depot in West Branch, Michigan and I purchased a Milwaukee Women's Heated Hoodie kit for my wife because I had one for approximately one year, which I used for work, and I was very satisfied with it and hence is why I bought one for my wife. I paid cash and did not keep the receipt as I was confident and excited about the product.
My wife wore her hoodie for approximately three days; we then changed the battery after two hours of full use. The next day, she turned the hoodie on and it came on briefly and then goes off within 30 seconds. We tried a couple of fully charged batteries with the result being the same.
I called Customer Service on two occasions, with no satisfaction, and was told there was nothing they could do without the receipt. Now what do I do with your faulty product?
Claimed loss: $168.00 U.S
