Hi,
I have purchased the Lifebook italian 3 days ago and I definitely want to get the refund, yet there is no button as told before. They promised to be able to get back all your money within 15 days with only one click. FALSE! It is a misleading policy and a shame on the company.

I offered a Mindvalley Quest program for my husband in 2019. I used my credit card and he received the program on his Mindvalley account.
We just came back from a month in a rural area where we didn't have internet, and I saw that Mindvalley debited $500 USD on my account. I haven't received any email warning me of this and I haven't authorized the debit.
Trying to find out how this had been possible that Mindvalley could access my credit card, my husband saw that the program I offered him last year included an automatic annual renewal. We weren't aware of this as I don't have access to his Mindvalley account, and he didn't check as he received the program as a gift. He didn't receive any email either.
They debited me on the 27th of December, right at the beginning of our holiday, so it's been more than 15 days and I cannot ask for a refund from his account. I tried to contact them both via their chat box and phone customer services. The lady at the customer service was lovely but she failed in sending us an email to file a complaint.
I don't know how to contact the right person to get the refund...?

Mindvalley app + customer service
I purchased the mind valley yearly membership on December 25, 2020. I purchased it via app to participate with lifebook online. My purchase was completed and when I returned to the course it still said purchase. I looked around and tried to add another program and it again is asking me to purchase. When I press confirm subscription it tells me I am already subscribed.
I'm concerned about two things:
1) I purchased the membership to start my journey with life book online. After my purchase and being unable to access any programs I went to the support section and found out that it's not included.
2) 499.99 is a hefty price for a membership with an app. Yes, I do see value in the product but as a customer I am very disappointed that I can't use what initially sold me without an extra purchase & I can't use the app at all!
When I initially signed up for mind valley full access it did not say that life book online was not included. I read the description in entirety and no where did it say it was an EXTRA charge. Neither does it say what the extra Payment is. I was falsely lead to this purchase and now it's requiring extra money for me to do the course that lead me to sign up.
I went back through the app how I originally purchase my membership. This is my view of the description before purchase. On the last bullet it does say you get a 100% rebate but does not specify amount nor does it say anywhere that it is not included within the year access and require an additional amount. When I initially signed up I selected purchase and I had 3 options: year access, monthly amount, one class amount. It was a clear no brainer to do the year access as it was near the same amount. I was unable to utilize the app until 6 days after my purchase only to find out my main motivator will require an additional purchase. I contacted you guys to get help with accessing my account and also discuss my concern about lifebook not being included and was ignored until I reiterated. lease understand my frustration as this is a large purchase for an app.
I just reviewed the website online and I do see that an amount is listed along with a deeper description of why and when the class date starts to get the 100%rebate refund. The same information is not shared between online and app when making this purchase and is completely unfair to the consumer. I am not even able to click purchase on the app to see what the amount for class is.
Please review screenshot and video to understand my experience of false advertisement and I hope someone will work with me to expedite resolving this issue as I only have limited amount of days for a refund and the quest I initially signed up for ended.
Update: I was able to reach someone on the phone after calling over 15 times and being hung up on. She stated that she will speak with the manager and get back to me. I am hoping they will resolve my issue to keep me as a customer or I get all my money back.

Unauthorized charge debited from my account
I had created an account with Mindvalley several months ago. On October 28, 2020, at 11:37 pm, I received a mail from the Mindvalley team with an invoice attached for a purchase I haven't made. I have been wrongly billed an amount of Rs 7, 632, with an invoice that doesn't even state clearly what the purchase is about. Moreover, this purchase doesn't reflect anywhere in my Mindvalley account Billing and Payment details/ Products page. They don't even seem to have mail ids of any customer care representatives to whom I can write to about this! Please cancel whatever existing subscription I have with you and return my money in full as soon as possible!

Took my money five times without authorisation - no response from customer services
On 1st April, I attempted to buy the Silva Life System - home based. On the first attempt it said my payment had declined. As this was my bank account and I have just been paid, I re-entered the information and tried again. I did this five times. Each time it said the payment had been declined and to try again. I had an alert from my bank to say that MindValley had made five deductions of £197 totalling nearly £1000.
I contacted Mind Valley who came back by email to say they had no record of my purchase and to come back with further information. I have done so, and have not received a response. I am getting desperate now, and worried I will not get my money back. It has nearly cleared my bank account. I am paying overdraft fees with more bills coming out. This is the second day of my emailing the company. I even called - from the UK which will cost a fortune - it rang out for ages, and then I got an answerphone. Not even a person then.
No one is coming back to me. This money was taken in error - effectively stolen and I do not trust this company who cannot come back on their own technical error immediately to rectify the issue.
I didn't even get the course I wanted, just a lot of overdraft fees and worry. This is my last resort and also a warning to other people thinking of purchasing a product with Mind Valley.
Still no response by email to acknowledge this theft, neither has my money been returned. Day three.
I have just read through the other messages on this forum and now I am getting very scared. I need this money back. It was taken without my permission or knowledge. It's theft.
mindvalley quests

In September 3rd, I paid 751, 75 euros for Jim Kwik's quest that was supposed to start on september 23rd. Came September 23rd, nothing happened.
I could simply not find the quest on my account.
In the meanwhile, Mindvalley had paid me back 266, 77 euros on September 9th. I wasn't informed why.
The payment I had made was for Jim Kwik's quest and if my understanding is correct, for all other quests this year.
I haven't benefited from anything,
Could you please clarify what happened, what I should be doing and if quests are no longer available, how I can get my money back.

jim kwik's memory challenge 30 days
The only challenge video that arrived on time for the day was the first day video. I am tired of every day towards late evening sending several request for my day's challenge. I have explained myself on all ocassions that I was not getting the videos throughout the day. Soon after I send several request the video arrives. This is very silly for customer service to not pick the fault up. Not 1, 2 or 3 times they continue to ignore my request for the item I had paid for. There is no correspondence of we are sorry or at least explain the situation.

Hi...I don't want to call this a complaint, but I do not know how else to request a refund. I began the course with great enthusiasm, which gradually decreased as the course went on. I found it lacking in continuity...jumping here and there and everywhere. Also, there was very little new information to be had...rather a rehash of things that have been around for years. I have to wonder...Christie mentioned celebrities many times...at one point mentioned the "recent marriage" of Tom Cruise and Katie...can't recall the name just now. This actually occurred probably 10 years ago minimum. So I am thinking the course has probably been around for a long while, hence the lack of new information.
I have enjoyed other programs from Mindvalley immensely...this one was a disappointment. Please refund my money. Thankyou.

I didn't mean to buy the All-Access Pass. I was just looking at it and all of a sudden I was charged. They had my credit card from the Sleep Doctor class but I don't have the money to pay for the All-Access Pass.
I can't find anything on your website under the Billing section. There is nothing there.

I have paid $500 for the mindvalley superbrain course and this is what I have received. Disappointing. I cannot play any video in this course and have already followed all the instructions on the 'help' page such as updating drivers, using chrome (which I am using), clearing cookies, etc...
I have even used my phone to play the videos but the same problem persists.
Moreover, the refund policy only applies for 10 days so I cannot get my refund anymore which is incredibly annoying.
Please assist.

My payment was processed lightening speed, however, the login emails I received only sent me to your advertorial pages. I tried throughout the day and could never access any courses! In the meantime, I received 3 annoying emails asking me to say whether I would recommend 3 courses I never signed up for or took. What is going on? Your systems are screwed up. This is extremely frustrating!
Your so called "award-winning support" is atrocious! I called 3 times and after having to listed to "breathe, be grateful, etc" irritating messages, the system kept hanging up on me. What the hell is going on at MindValley?
Then I went through your deplorable refund process and requested a refund. Your system does NOT even provide a refund page that says the refund has been submitted. Just got a general message. This is deplorable. I don't know how you are able to stay in business.

$1 promotion
I subscribed for a $1 promotion where they promissed a large amount of Master caching products. I knew I wouldnt have time to start immediately but will when my schedule changes. Then they attepted debiting my account with $495! They didnt respond on any platform for over 7days and know when I actually tried to access the information It doesnt even reflect. Their $1 promotion is a scam to get account info and debit rediculous large amounts which is unauthorised. SUPER UNETHICAL!

I have miss the Longevity Blueprint course from Ben Greefield for the first 3 day I have tried every way to go back to study BUT I could don it.
I was wondering if someone would tell me how can I always go back to study if someday I will miss the course ( my daughter was very sick three days ago she had been to the hospital) I found th easy stem of your course is not friendly and easy for me at all I have been considering may not anymore curse with Mindvalley if you not improve the system to make it easier .

USD 99.00 was debited from my credit card on 30/12/2018 for which i neither received any confirmation nor any course and i came to learn about the deduction only after i received my credit card statement . And the nilling sectio shows no payment under the payment history section and also no courses subscribed. I am surprised how payment was deducted though i dud not complete the transaction of purchase.

lifebook online course
I purchased the Lifebook Online course from Mindvalley.com on Dec. 16th, 2018.
My credit card was charged that day for $686.76 CAD, however, I did not receive confirmation of my purchase and the course did not show up in my library. I have been trying to contact the company ever since via email, chat, and phone to get assistance. Today is January 7th, (the day the course starts) and I have STILL not been able to get a hold of anyone!
I have never dealt with worse customer service, (or lack thereof) in my life! I am so deeply disappointed as I was very excited about the course. At this point, I can only come to the conclusion that I have been ripped off and will need to contact my credit card company to try to recoup my money.
I wish that I had read some of the other complaints before making my purchase...

I needed to cancel my free trial. I was directed to request mindvalley cancel my trial, so I tried emailing and messaging them online. Today they went ahead and debited my account after I requested they cancel my free trial. I found a customer service number, but it rings and rings, and the call is ended at the voicemail. This is outrageous. I demand a refund now.

Hi I have purchased the duality course and with lectures and strategies. I was impressed with Vishen was campaigning about this new course. And same time i felt I should buy and did pay with my husband's master debit card. I have been waiting to get their course but no response. I have emailed service support but only automated emails. I dint know how to contact them I have lost the trust and I have paid $249.00 USD. And I am not big income earner so, it's so frustrating and I do feel like some has reaped off me. Buyer Beware!
I have four complaints about this product:
(a) The ordering process using PayPal malfunctioned, resulting in an error message, leading me to order again. Then I found out I had been charged twice! Admittedly they promptly refunded me the second amount.
(b) In the advertising video for this product we were told - more than once - that there was a web community set up for product users who could make posts, ask questions, etc. This doesn't exist and I haven't had a reply back from Customer Care explaining what's going on, despite it being past their reply deadline. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING
(c) You are not told that for a significant proportion of the routines/exercises (20%-30%?) You need a partner. As I live on my own, this renders them useless. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING
(d) In one of the adverts for this package it states: "As an energetic being, it is important to understand how other energetic beings work. With the right tools, you will be able to “feel” another person's energy and draw out vital clues so you can help those you love."
I can't for the life of me see where this is covered in the 8 lessons. May be I am blind but I don't think this section exists. Can someone point out to me where it is covered?
I wonder whether anyone from Mindvalley will bother to get in touch?

I want to take a program called "Unlimited Abundance" but the promo video simply stopped in the middle and started playing again from the very beginning and when I tried to contact them I found out what to do if there were computer issues on their end with an actual course I would be paying hundreds of dollars for, I found that there is absolutely no phone number or person to speak with in customer service. ABSOLUTELY NOBODY. This is insanity in this day and age from a company that promotes itself as being a promoter of human dignity and personal growth and who cares about YOUR WELL BEING and who sells their kind of programming.
Mind Valley's owner and promoter is Vishen Lakhiani has described his company as having the highest moral values and best intentions (or words to that effect) to help promote world and personal peace, well being and productivity while causing no harm to others by offering these expensive courses by the best in their respective fields in categories that all deal with personal development such as spiritual healing with a course taught by a Shaman Deborah King, Energy Healing by Donna Eden, Abundance and Wealth healing by Christie Marie Sheldon, and others like world renowned author Neale Donald Walsch who wrote the "Conversations with God" books.
Now after spending a couple of hours searching their site and the internet I've found that there is absolutely no way to speak to a person about any concern or technical problem like the one I had last night and I can't risk spending money on a course with a company who has so little respect and empathy for their customers that they refuse to provide customer service with anything other than a computer program despite their promoting themselves as being a caring company with the highest moral values and intentions.
Is Vishen Lakhiani either so greedy he won't pay for a customer support dept staffed by human beings or so ignorant, egotistical and out of touch with reality that he doesn't see or realize that his message is so incongruent with his company policy of no consumer support? Only he knows that answer to that one but he is making a lot of profit. One more thing - the course I wanted is advertised in two different places, on the Mind valley site for one price and on the internet as an advertisement for the Mind Valley site for another price that is half of the first price and the dates for both locations have that clocks that counts down telling you that you have 6 days et cetera to get it at this price. Since both places use a computer program to secure payment and both work, it is a matter of luck which one the customer comes across first because there is no way to talk to a customer rep about this discrepancy.
Actually if I was an American (I am Canadian) I would report this discrepancy to the Federal Dept of Consumer Affairs or your equivalent of that because this breaks a couple of laws regarding marketing a product for two different prices at the same time since the date of the advertisement is on that little clock.
I purchase the Donna 's program who supposed to start today october 29 and i didn't received any informations, regarding the time, etc... and when i login I do not see any reference regarding this program. It is really annoying. I tried to contact by email but i wish I could talk to someone. it is the only organization who had any phone number?

becoming limitless
I purchased the becoming limitless program that promised great customer support, though no one ever gets back to me. I've also learned that much of the content and “resources” I paid for in the program is actually available online for free! Additionally much of the content contains repeated stories about founder vishen lakhiani's life, along with his political opinions. There is very little offered in terms of new and helpful content.
I've done a lot of personal development seminars and this is by far this worst. They will not give a refund either. When I did finally call customer support since no response via email, the support staff was extremely rude.
