This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Worst communication. Took a long time to respond to emails and little was followed through.

Organisation with transport company was a nightmare.

Didn’t deliver on time despite additional pay for express delivery.

This was a wasted additional fee.

Only sent one item and failed to refund me on the item they haven’t sent! They didn’t even send what I ordered and PAID FOR!

Appalled at this organisation.

I ordered a dress before reading reviews - thought it was an Au company - the dress was nothing as it appeared in the picture

I paid $270.98 including the $24.99 delivery

When I went to return it Minel started to bargain with refund and would only refund $70

This was 3 months ago

I am not happy with the $70 refund but how long could I keep emailing back and forth

I now want my refund and there is no way in which I seem to be able to resolve this

I am disatisfied as MINEL have agreed for me to return my dress to them but they are not forthcoming with a returns address after numerous requests from me. See file attached.
They have agreed to refund the item as I am not satisfied with the workmanship and the fabric is inferior and not as indicated on the website.
After reading reviews of this company recently they have used the same wording that I have received to many other disatisfied customers god many years. This company needs investigating.

I purchased a mother of the bride dress a few months ago (october 2017) and it was the biggest mistake ever. I do not usually post negative reviews however the standard of this dress is so poor that I would not be seen wearing it ever!
The fit of the dress was ok, however the fabric was very stiff and not of good quality, but more than this, the lace overlay was completely different on each side of the dress, it was not sewn down properly, there was a piece of lace missing at the hemline at the front of the dress and many loose pieces of lace poking out all over the dress.
I tried to resolve this issue with minel, however they just kept saying "this dress looks nice on you, you keep it".
We send you some new lace and you take it to dress maker to have fixed (why should I have to take a brand new dress to a dress maker to repair their bad workmanship)!
We offer you a 8% refund - 8%!
They basically just kept replying with ridiculous resolutions, they were just trying to annoy me so much that I would give up and unfortunately I have.
I recommend that you do not purchase anything from this site.

My complaint of few days a go

I paid extra to have my dress custom made but it is still a size bigger and looks terrible on.! They paid no attention to the measurements I sent them. The dress was to long and to large... Completely unwearable. When I sent them the photos they said if I sent more money they would try to make the dress again or they could give me a 6% refund...

When I started to write my reviews and writing about my experience the contacted me offering 15% refund as if it is my fault that the dress is horrible... Have a look hereunder what is their answer :

My experience is exactly the same as others. Fell in love with my wedding dress online and didn't read the reviews before buying. Big mistake! The dress arrived, wrong colour, wrong size, cheap beading that was completely different to the photos. I emailed customer service explaining my situation, including photos and the original sizing I had ordered - their refund policy entitled me to a new dress or a refund. I asked for both solutions. They told me to get a quote to get it altered. Which would have cost me $150.00. I asked for the $150 + $30 that it cost to get it altered to "my size". They offered 8% of the dress cost. $320 / 8% = $25.60. Wtf?! I pleaded, threatened with bad reviews. They then offered me 10%. I threatened again. They told me that's all they would offer. So I conceded. Still no refund after 2 weeks of confirming 10% back.

I have purchased two bridesmaid dresses from this online store www.minel.com.au and when I received them they were different. I mean colors were different! I have ordered two peach color dresses, but one dress looked more pink!
I contacted Minel customer service and demanded a refund (I did not want a replacement because I had no time for that) and they refused! I sent them pictures where it was clearly seen that there was a color difference, but they claimed they did not understand what was the problem! In the end they just stopped replying and I was stuck with two useless dresses. What a waste of money. Do not order anything from this terrible site, they are real scammers!

Worst company ever. Apparently have changed names several times due to bad business. My issue is the same as all the others i have read on here (its a shame i didnt read them first). Dress came completely wrong colour (pastel pink instead of peach or coral colour), different beading style (instead of covering bust only, it went down to the waist), Knee length split instead of thigh height and it looks like a square cut split rather than a neat one, sizes all out of whack ( i followed their size guide and got one way too big in bust). 2 darts in the front waist as stiff satin was used instead of the free falling chiffon advertised with no darts. They looked at pictures agreed it was not correct apologised then offered me 10% refund which was $21 as i paid $210. When i said that is unacceptable, they said they would let me keep the (trashy cheap) dress. I said no i want a refund like your page says you provide if the colour, size is wrong and they said we are a low profit company we cannot afford it. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and kept responding with "we did offer you a refund all you have to do is accept and problem solved" The only problem that would remain is i would have still lost 90% of the cost. Complete rip offs I would actually use the word thieves...

When I purchased a dress from these guys I had no idea they used to be JadeGowns in the past! For the people who are not aware, JadeGowns was a well known scam site!
Anyways I bought a custom dress from www.minel.com.au and paid some extra for the quick delivery. When it finally arrived it looked nothing like pictures on their website and was very tiny! I contacted customer service and they said that they don't do refunds and offered me 10% money back! Are you kidding me?
Then I went online trying to find some information about Minel and found out who they really were! Next time I'll read the reviews first. Avoid this dreadful site at all costs!
