I've been a player on your 8 ball pool for a while my I'd is [protected] and for some reason whenever I try to make purchases it keeps saying transaction error as far as I'm aware there is no flag on my account it do not even ask for card details or anything what can I do to get my account back on line I'd rather not have to restart game as previously I've spent plenty on boxes and cues to get to my current level(172) but can't see how to rectify problem

I have found a charge on my bank account for $3.99 on 09/13/17 by "*miniclipg.co/helppay#ca". I called my bank, but they could not find a phone number for me to call and inquire as to how this charge got on my card. I need a refund please for this charge and for them to be block from charging me again. I couldn't find a email address, a phone number, company name or street address for "Miniclipg company. I don't know if you can block them but I will get the bank to block any other charge from them.

I have more than 2.5 million coins, at least 3 or 4 cues, and am rated a 78. Seemingly every other day you are asking me to sign in using facebook. You are supposed to remember me! This is as far as I can tell the only problem i'm having. I called your so called help line. They claim i'm being hacked be someone in hong kong, and are demanding $75.00 to fix this hypothetical problem. Only problem is, as far as I can tell, no coins are missing, and everything is intact, except, every other day the system fails to remember me, and askes me to sign in again, and agin using facebook. I want you to fix this problem, at your expense, or refund the more than $150.00 I have spent on your site!

Base on all those who, like myself are having issues with muktiple charging on a daily basis which I never authorised, I think they said it all all I need right now is a demamd to return every single that you have stolen from my account. Its the reason why I uninstalled youre app. So I will not argue with guys and wasted my time and money fot nothing return my money now!

Miniclip hides under a variety of guises but the "help/customer support" is provided by a company called Zendesk. This company can be reached directly via telephone on [protected] or by post at Zendesk, Sandbrook Park, Sandbrook Way, Rochdale, Lancashire OL11 1SA. www.zendesk.co.uk.
They won't be pleased you have called them and you will have to choose yourself which option you choose on the auto switchboard but there are real people there and the sooner they realise they are not anonymous anymore they may begin to improve.
Also, the site offers all manner of gambling options within its game and complaints to the gambling comission in you country of origin may also be a way to get at this company which is far from above board... there are too many similar complaints from around the world for these to be one off errors.

Ive purchased "pool cash" for $20, $10, & $10. A total of $40 usd. One of the rewards in the game is "pool cash" if you can make it to the top of the leaderboards. They froze my leaderboard winnings so i cannot get anywhere in the leaderboards. When i emailed a complaint, they accused me of using exploits and refused to show any kind of proof or even look into the matter.

When I signed up for Miniclip I was asked to enter my card details and I did that. That was the biggest mistake I've ever made, I have no idea what was I thinking that moment.
Anyways, I signed up and enjoyed playing Miniclip games. Had a great time there and was happy until the day they charged me.
Miniclip took my money without my permission. I never bought a single game there and never pressed any button which said "buy", "purchase" or something like that.
I tried to get a refund but they did not reply. After that I immediately called my bank and warned them about Miniclip and their fraudulent charges. Bank manager blocked these guys from any further charges. Seems like a scam to me.
