Miniclip error in my coin amount

My coins just dissappeared from over 9 million coins. I have never seen that before. Or even heard of it. I hope it's just a temporary glitch as once again this took a lot of work and time. Look at my purchase record. Please reinstate my coins as I am wanting to play. I have been with 8 ball pool for several years and bought many items n therefore I am a good customer. I need to get back into action. I am sure you will resolve this asap.

Miniclip's 8 ball pool has just taken all of my coins. Some 9 and one half million. They just vanished from the coin counter. I couldn't even play a practice game. I have been a player for several years and I have spent a lot of money. Please replace the coins as soon as possible so I can play.

Miniclip a player continuous to send friends request after I took him off my list due to comments

He was a friend on face book I did add him a friend on your site but he is blocked on my Facebook I know he jumps from accounts to accounts and plays for other people and I'm aware as he has stated he has been told that he will be blocked if his behaviour continuous on the site. Sione is requesting friends I don't accept but it's becoming very annoying.
Please I ask you follow up with this person please.

Miniclip 8 ball pool pop-up ads and accidental purchase

I would like a refund on an accidental purchase on the 8 ball pool app. Your pop-up ads appear between games and invite unintended swipes and touches and cause accidental purchases. On October 9, 2018 around 1:50pm, I fell victim to such a trap and accidentally ended up buying a "Grand Master Cue" for an amount I cannot even recall or trace.

Please cancel this transaction or refund me the money.

Miniclip archery king game

The game is not working anymore. it has some bad issues.like freezing my game cause ner work is slow, meanwhile opponet plays on. But when his network is slow, im froze up too. Thats not faur, is it!? Alsowhy does the equipment to buy cost so much?i mean $2, 000, 000 for a new bow, abd $50, 000 -$200, 000 for siteshand gear and arrows. Way to much coin for them. But my biggest complaint is that i went to upgrade the game cause thats what
I was instructed to do for better
game play, now it wont play took all my coins. It goes to the game but thats it, playing it. It was working.
Also wgen the opponet is shooting his target is nice and clear to see when its my turn, ecspecially on a shoot off in classic game, my target is all distorted hard to see.. Then i pay for auto reload, so i dont lose my bows accuratcy and it still tells me to relid bow all the time, wtf is
That about. Its wrong ! Its jyst a past time game im not winning "real" money... Fake coins us my pay. So why does yr company cheat m e and others like ur paying me & others cash! Miniclip unethical behavior

Hi. I just spoke to the support team, they said I was going to receive an 8 ball Bald Eagle pool cue and King Cue that went missing from the inventory. The King Cue appeared but not the Bald Eagle Cue. He said that I was going to get the Bald Eagle Cue in an hour and that the Bald Eagle Cue was packed with energy and to stay away from the phone while receiving the Bald Eagle Cue. The Bald Eagle Cue was never sent and their was joking around about it when talking on the phone. He said he did not want me to speak to management and that he would handle it and I would receive one today. He told me joking around that the tech guy stole my pool cue and then after joking around they hung up the phone and told me that I wasn't going to receive the Bald Eagle Cue. I would like to receive my Bald Eagle Cue after going through all of this. Support tech said he would give them a warning for making fun of their customers but did nothing to compensate for the stress the customer went through while they were making fun of the customer. I understand this was promotional, but I sat down for hours on the phone full of pranks and being made fun of about them giving me a Bald Eagle Cue.

I recently bought the bald eagle cue but I feel like this behavior isn't acceptable when It comes with speaking to customers. I still would like some kind of reimbursement for the hassle of having to go through this

Miniclip non payment of order

I made a purchase of $2.79 for 30, 000 chips and 1 scratcher. I have not received this purchase... I am extremely upset and would like extra cash and coins! This has never happened to me before. Ive ordered from here many times with no issues... why is it happening now? I'd like 1, 00, 000 coins and 200 Cash. This is not fair or justifyable! Something must be done.

Miniclip 8 ball pool

hi my son who is disabled and has severe special needs for 2 weeks i allowed him too play on my phone as a treat for winning sports day..

I saw high charges after for 8 ball pool miniclip around £500! so i contacted miniclip after 2 whole weeks they finally said the would refund me £120 only.

I am so upset because me and my 4 children have no family here, were totally alone and have nobody too borrow us money for the next month for food or living due too these charges and i am a single mum and have no more money for us for the month this was my shopping money.

We have only £20 a week too eat for the next month now and i genuinely dont know what too do.

This has never happened before and will not again as i was unaware that my card details were stored i thought i deleted them!

Please can you help us too get my money back this will never happen again im so sorry.

I’ll tell you what ! if they don’t clean this game up, let people shoot a clean game, ie stop messing with the cue, the balls, the pockets, and scratching every shot. The bs miss cues. I’ll post videos of this game cheating to Google play . Android. Apple . So now you won’t let me down load my video that came off my IPad . That’s okay google android an apple won’t mind .

Miniclip miniclip 8 ball pool

I've been stopped from playing multiplayer games. Every time i click on 100k, 200k or 500k it just sits there trying to find me a player to play against so I restarted the app to see if it would work and it did but I've now lost 250, 000 tokens. I want my tokens back. I've spent a lot of time and money building tokens within the game and I do not appreciate the game stealing from me.

Miniclip not receiving password reset emails.

sir i wanted to reset the password of my miniclip id with which i play 8 ball pool because i forgot the password. i wanted to reset my password and submitted password reset request but i didnt get any email from minilcip about password reset on my email address which is

i even tried to change my miniclip email address, whenever i try to change it, it says the confirmation email address is sent to ur current email but i checked my email address 10 times more or less i never received it. please take action fast.

Sir i have tried more than 10 times to reset the password of my miniclip account which i use to play 8 ball pool with, i have submitted request before but no action was taken and i am feeling real difficulty because of that. i forgot my miniclip password and i wanted to reset it i then tried to reset it but i am not receiving password reset emails kindly solve my problem i am feeling difficulty in this regard, thanks.

Miniclip 8 ball pool

I've been playing this game for years and all of a sudden I lost $16 million in coins in three games and I can't get a hold of customer service what should I do. I have spent a lot of money on this game and have never had a problem before just all of a sudden two games valued at $8 million and I want him and it took my coins away but never gave me my winnings. I would really like to know what is going on and I am unable to contact any kind of customer customer support and I believe that that's very unprofessional that they can take your money but they don't give you the coins that you win

Miniclip someone stole my account

I had an account with the name PoolP951 and I met this person on youtube and I was stupid and I gave him the accounts email and password so he can play on my account and get me coins, his name on youtube was spraky agario but he used a different youtube channel to do a live stream on my account with the description 'helping out a friend' he changed the email and password to my account and the old email was [protected]@gmail.com and the password was logan but he has now changed both of them so I don't have my account anymore I just want it back or I want a whole new account with all my coins back, the unique Id to the account he stole from me is [protected] and this was my 8ball pool account and he stole it. The photos are of the account he stole from me and his YouTube channel, I just want to know if I will get my account back

Miniclip miniclip 8 ball pool - invalid purchase

Hello. I enjoy playing 8 ball pool and have done for a couple of years. Today I opened the game up to play and as often happens there was a ‘pop-up' for purchasing items. Sometimes this happens when I am about to hit something else and I therefore tap one of the offers, not usually a problem as I cancel out of it when it asks me to confirm the purchase by using my fingerprint id. On THIS occasion it didn't ask for a finger print confirmation it simply said ‘Purchase confirmed'. I didn't want to make a purchase and I would appreciate the refund of my 19.99 please.

Miniclip 8 ball pool isn't working

Hello there am complaining about your 8 ball pool games since last night over 24 hours ago. It's not letting me and many players I know who log in through Facebook. Saying having technical difficulties please try to log off and back in again no joy.
Can you please resolve this matter asap please because many of your customers are going to delete the game. I have a Samsung Galaxy phone and through android app thanks look in forward in hearing from you tony Bruno.

Miniclip introduction

hello I have been a player of 8-ball pool for some time now I really liked the game, now im getting to hate it, why because of the cheating stealing [censor], yesterday was rob of 4, 700 coins, not the first time this happened, and wow I get a phone call just as I am going to probably going to win and lose my turn, happens all the time, balls pop right out of the pocket like they where spring loaded, not shooting hard on purpose its amazing, among other things, and when I text you for help I get no response, shows me just how much you care about any one that plays your game, right now I would rate your game a fat 0 and wouldn't recommend it to no one out of respect you could at least acknowledge me, you and face book both suck.

I have been losing coins during 8ball pool cause the game keeps shutting. Miniclip agar.io

Miniclip is perhaps one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. Ever since they bought Agar.io in 2015, it has been going downhill. They have trademarked the name in of itself and have deliberately destroyed the works of many aspiring modders in the community by issuing DMCA takedowns on mods that enhance the community experience, furthermore, I have been in contact with their community leader several times, have had a lot of fake promises and lies. Nothing was ever done with the game.

I have just played it again, and I can confirm that absolutely no improvement has been made with its community. Miniclip refuses to setup a forum for its people, so they have to make the forums elsewhere which of course Miniclip will never look at. Game updates are herrendous and never address important issues such as anti-teaming penalty, teamers, cross-teaming, ect.

It would be better to shut down the entire game, rather than let it's already small fanbase suffer any more atrocity that they have done with the game.
