I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with MobileFun NZ. I ordered a phone cover a few weeks back and I still haven't seen hide nor hair of it. I mean, I get it, they're based in the UK and all, but come on! I didn't even realize that when I placed my order.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone who's looking to actually receive their order. It's been a real hassle trying to get in touch with customer service too. I mean, I get that things can get a little backed up with shipping and all, but this is just ridiculous.

I'm not sure what's going on over there at MobileFun NZ, but they really need to get their act together. I'm starting to think I might have to just cut my losses and order a new cover from somewhere else. It's a shame, really, because I was really excited about the design I picked out.

All in all, I'd say steer clear of this site if you're looking for a reliable shopping experience. It's just not worth the hassle.

This website is not to be trusted, mate. They say they're from NZ, but they're actually based in the UK. I bought a phone case for $56 and they went and took an extra $40 out of my account. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they use some sneaky billing account called MICROSOFT1. What a bunch of crooks!

I recently bought a case for my Samsung S20 from MobileFun NZ and it's been 17 days since I placed the order but I haven't received it yet. I've sent them an email but haven't received any reply yet. I'm really disappointed with this site as it claims to be a New Zealand site but I only realized it wasn't after I made the full purchase! I'm really angry about this.

When I got the package, I was pretty bummed out to see that the product was opened, even though the package itself wasn't. And to make matters worse, there was only one film side in there! I tried to get in touch with them, but they were taking forever to reply. And to top it all off, they don't even have a proper contact number listed on their website. It's like they're trying to trick us Kiwis by using the .co.nz link. That's just not cool, man. They need to sort their stuff out and start treating their customers with some respect.
