My 2018 car wouldn't start, so I made an appointment for Friday at 9:30
My 2018 car wouldn't start, so I made an appointment for Friday at 9:30. But on Thursday, I had to get it towed. When I called on Friday, they said they couldn't get to it until 5 pm. I asked if they could push it to 1 pm, and they agreed. But then I didn't hear anything from them. When I called on Saturday, they didn't know where my car was. Finally, they found it, but said there were no keys and it was locked. This was 2 1/2 days later! They tried to blame the tow truck driver, but then they found the keys in someone's drawer. My husband and I went to pick up the car, but they hadn't even started working on it yet. When we asked why, Jake in service was very rude to us. He said the girl who told me it would be in the day before was new, and to have compassion. I do have compassion for new employees, but not for people who lie and try to blame others and are mean to customers. Just own up to your mistake, apologize, and try to fix it.
We bought our Jeep Compass in March and it's been a headache ever since
We bought our Jeep Compass in March and it's been a headache ever since. Same problem keeps happening and Moore's service department won't fix it right. They just keep putting band-aids on it and we keep coming back to the shop. First problem was in June when start/stop system stopped working and navigation showed wrong city. They replaced radio and a bad battery sensor. Then in Nov 2019, start/stop wasn't working again and we had to replace main battery. Nov 2020, start/stop not working and we had to pay for new auxiliary battery. Jan 2021, computer system was faulty again and replaced for second time. Now in April 2022, main battery needs replacing AGAIN. We think it's internal wiring but Moore won't listen. Can't get ahold of anyone at the site, left messages for *** and Matt *** but no reply. Warranty expired and car needs new battery every year. We just want it fixed or compensated for future problems from faulty wiring or electrical system.
I went to Moore Automotive Group for an airbag recall, oil change, and clutch replacement on my Jeep
I went to Moore Automotive Group for an airbag recall, oil change, and clutch replacement on my Jeep. They also suggested spark plug and exhaust system repairs, but I declined. The service writer didn't like that and didn't call me back as promised. When I called, they said there was internal damage to the transmission, but they hadn't even inspected it. They wanted to replace the exhaust system for $3,800 or they wouldn't replace the clutch. I found a cheaper quote for the exhaust repair. They only did the oil change and didn't fix the airbag recall. It seems like they only care about making money and not actually fixing the problem. Don't go here.
I got a new car from Moore Automotive Group in Peoria, AZ on March 31st
I got a new car from Moore Automotive Group in Peoria, AZ on March 31st. The car was really dirty when I got there, and they said they just brought it from their other lot. They didn't even charge the electric part of the hybrid, which was a bummer. But I still liked the test drive and was excited to get my first hybrid car. When they brought the car back after detailing, they didn't even fill up the gas tank like they said they would. They said it was on purpose so I could see the "F" on the gauge. I had to figure out how to set the outside temperature on my own because the person who was supposed to show me didn't know how. They also didn't fill up the windshield washer fluid, which was annoying. After driving the car for a few days, I had to charge it every night. On the third night, the charging process had a fault, and I had to take it to my local Chrysler dealer. They found that the 12V battery needed to be replaced, and they're still working on it. Moore Automotive Group said they did everything they were supposed to do and that I had to take it up with the manufacturer if I had any more issues. They wouldn't let me back out of the deal, and I never heard back from the owner of the dealership. I think they knew the car was problematic and weren't honest with me. I've never had such a bad experience with a dealership before, so I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

I found a deal on Truecar.com for a Jeep Renegade at Moore Automotive Group
I found a deal on Truecar.com for a Jeep Renegade at Moore Automotive Group. The price was $15,002 before tax and title. But when I contacted the dealer, they said the car was actually $19,202 before tax and title. They also said they would only negotiate if I came to the dealership, even though their website says you can buy from home.
I had a bad experience with the Moore Automotive Group
I had a bad experience with the Moore Automotive Group. I had to spend a lot of money on rental cars because the service department was not good. They didn't communicate well and it took them a long time to fix a small problem. It was very stressful and I couldn't get any answers when I called. They didn't apologize or show any compassion. They said they would help pay for the rental car, but they didn't. Finally, after 60 days, they gave me a loaner car. The service department is one of the worst I've ever seen.
I purchased a 2015 Corolla S from a dealership in May
I purchased a 2015 Corolla S from a dealership in May . The process was quick and I was content with my car! However, after 2 months, I noticed a strange noise in the rear and a scraping sound when turning left. I brought my car to a trusted mechanic and discovered frame damage that wasn't disclosed to me! They mentioned a minor accident, but omitted details about structural damage. Shouldn't this have been communicated and documented? My contract is silent on this. They misrepresented the car's condition. I spoke with a salesperson today who dismissed my concerns. He insinuated I was responsible for the damage, yet I have a car report confirming STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. I'm scheduled to visit the dealership on Tuesday for further discussion and will provide an update afterward.

We purchased a vehicle from Moore Auto Group on 12/28
We purchased a vehicle from Moore Auto Group on 12/28. We agreed on a price of $31,027.01 with our sales representative. However, upon signing the paperwork, we overlooked that the finance team included an unwanted alarm system, raising the cost to $31,994.51. The discovery came over a month later due to the late hour, having our toddler with us, and my 37-week pregnancy. When I contacted the dealership for rectification, they disconnected the call. Adding charges amidst the stress of paperwork signing is unjust. Moore Auto's tactics are deplorable.
I bought a 2011 Veracruz from Moore Automotive Group on 2/1
I bought a 2011 Veracruz from Moore Automotive Group on 2/1. The next day, I reported engine noise issues. They asked for a check-up the following day. Arriving at 10 am on 2/3, they provided a loaner car. On 2/9, the dealer informed me of necessary repairs costing over two thousand dollars, presenting options to pay, trade, or cancel. Visiting on 2/10 for a potential trade, they deferred the decision. Returning on 2/11 at 5 pm, we disagreed on the trade price. The deal remained unresolved as we left without a new car.
My son wanted to buy his first car at 19
My son wanted to buy his first car at 19. He went to this car place and worked with Fred F and got a deal on a 2014 ***. It was on their site for $15,995. He got a deal sheet listing the price, add ons and offer on his trade. He came home to make sure it was okay and we gave him some tips on trying to negotiate, but we were okay with the price. He went back the next day after calling the dealer to let them know he was coming and asked if they could lower the dealer prep fees. They said no and came out with a new deal sheet that was $500 more than the originally advertised price of the vehicle, now at $16,495. They said the safety inspection they did resulted in a part that was needed that has adjusted the price in the middle of a deal. He had a deal sheet for a lower price that was now not available. Maybe they shouldn't advertise the vehicle at a price before inspecting it or give a deal sheet before they are confident in their costs. This is a bait and switch situation and my son is crushed. What a bad experience for a 19-year-old to have on his first car purchase. When we emailed the sales person and the dealership leadership there was no response to several contact events. We want to report this to the ComplaintsBoard.com, the *** and of course the ***.
Moore Automotive Group was a pretty bad experience for me
Moore Automotive Group was a pretty bad experience for me. I was signing papers and stuff, but when we got to the warranty and GAP protection services, it got worse. The finance guy, ***, was telling me about the services, but when I said I didn't want them, he got really rude. He said stuff like "You wanna throw away $6,000 when your car gets wrecked?" and "You're okay with paying tons of money for repairs?" I told him I wasn't interested, but he kept going. He even pulled out his wallet and started counting his cash, saying he wanted to make easy money. He wrote "I AM NOT INTERESTED IN BUYING GAP" on a piece of paper and tried to make me sign it. He kept rolling his eyes and saying "wow" during the rest of the paperwork. I don't know why they use scare tactics like this to sell stuff. If I say I'm not interested, they should just move on. I've bought 8 cars from dealers nearby, but I'll never go back to Moore Automotive Group and I won't recommend them to anyone.
