Do not buy a car here. They will rip you off. They sell cars that they do not check. Beware, they do not respond either. Do your homework. They are flipping cars for cash and don't care about you. 0 stars. If they had negative stars, I would select that.

If you wanna buy from here, you gotta know they ain't too professional and kinda shady, to be honest. The owner, shady dude, don't give ya much info. Bought my ride 2 weeks back, was told the title comes in 5-7 biz days. Nope. Messaged 'em and they said it actually takes 7-14 biz days. Nope. Went to talk to the owner in person and he goes, "I'm gonna be real with ya, the title gonna take 'bout 30 days." Don't expect professionalism from these folks.

I called the DMV this morning to check and it seems like there's a lien on the car, as if I'm making payments. I paid $1600 in cash for this car and I'm very upset with how they handle their business. How can your cell phone be your business phone? Then the owner hung up on me when I asked for the direct number to the office. He told me to go there and see if they have it. Sir, you knew exactly who I was when I called you about the title and explained which car it was for. I called him back to ask what happened and he said that I had hung up. I'm like, no I didn't, I was waiting for the number. He literally got an attitude, saying he's in a meeting. Well, that's fine. All he had to do was give me the direct number to the office so I can verify if my title is there before I drive all the way there. It's probably there, but they're engaging in some fraudulent behavior and it needs to be resolved. Otherwise, he can take this car back and give me my money back, plus the entrance fee, because I'm not someone to mess with when it comes to things I pay for. Then he has the nerve to try and act like I don't know what I'm talking about. If the DMV is telling me the facts, I'm not worried about the lies he's telling me. I need this resolved ASAP. Either bring me my title in person or be prepared to be sued. It's that simple. And if anyone else here is having the same problem, get in touch with me because they have three days to give me my title, or my legal team will be ready to take action against 413 Enterprise and their lies!

I'm only giving them one star because there is no option to give them ZERO stars. I went to this car lot to see about getting a vehicle. So I test drove an impala and I didn't like it so I left and after about 15 minutes I realized I left my wallet which had over $3000 cash in it in the impala I had test drove so I called and told them I was on my way back up there to get it and they claimed it was not in the car so i hauled *** up there anyways panicked at this point and crying like a baby to look for myself and it was no where to be found and at this point there was only one dealer there cause it was closing time. So after I left I called the dealer back that was helping me look for my wallet and asked him if they had security cameras and he tells me they do but they are not hooked up. So I go back up there the next day and walk in the building and I see a tv in the back which is the tv to their security cameras and they appear to be working fine so I told them what was going on cause there is a woman there not the same dealers that were there when this happened and she took down my number for the owner to contact me which he never does so I contact him the following day and he told me to make a police report. So today I did so and I also have been texting the dealer who helped me look for my wallet and asked him why he lied and told me that the security cameras did not work and he tells me that he did not tell me that he says that he told me that he couldn't access them from his phone which is a lie because if he would have told me that he would have said something along the lines of "I can't access them through my phone but u can come back up here tomorrow and we can look at the footage there" And he also tells me that him and his boss reviewed the footage and they didn't see anything which of course they didn't see anything because whoever took it was inside the vehicle where they can't be seen but he will not tell me who the person was that got into the vehicle after me so they are hiding something and in my opinion if they are protecting the thief then they are just as guilty as the thief.

The van was towed from Benton to the business in Sherwood where the owner paid $100 and I paid the $48 difference and was told the mechanic would look at the van that same day and was told would be fixed no later than that Saturday. Went up there on 4/26 after calling for an Uber because I did not have another way which cost me $40 to and from because owner would not lend a loaner car even though I had already paid for one I could not drive and had been without for 4 days. I went to the business and had owner physically listen and see what happened since it still had not been checked or fixed and he had his guy come after 5:30 which I stayed to make sure I would know when it would be fixed. The "guy" said yes it was the cv axel and he would fix it later this evening and since I was already using more money for another Uber home that he would bring the van to my house later this evening. He got my number and address and it is now 3:45 am and I have not heard a word from the guy. I have called and texted the owner with no response and I have children that have to be at school at 7:20. The service is misleading and I have no idea where my vehicle is at this time and will have to call police if I do not hear from anyone by the time my kids go to school. I am a single mother and I have no other available transportation and cannot afford to keep spending out of pocket money all because he would not give a loaner car which is ridiculous because I paid cash for one that I cannot drive. There is only one number that can be called which is the owners personal cell number and if you don't reach him then you're screwed and you get the run around and never straight up answers. He refused to help me out with a temporary ride and refused to refund my money so now I'm once again stuck with no way to get kids to school or get groceries and cannot get in touch with anyone. I'm already having to spend my out of pocket money that I don't have because of you don't physically go to the business and stalk them all day then nothing gets resolved. This is not the way to run any kind of business. I'm very disappointed and if they can't keep customers happy and do what they say then they should not be able to run this so called ripoff business!

I can't believe it's been 2 whole months and we still haven't received the title for our vehicle! We paid for it in cash, but they keep telling us they mailed it. It's been so frustrating trying to get the title, especially since we paid in full right away. It's been 2 months and still no title.

I bought a 2011 Buick Inclave for $4,500. They said they'd send me the title by mail, supposed to arrive in 5 to 10 days. But it's been 3 to 4 months now, and I haven't received anything. I bought 2008 Lexus ES 350 from 413 Enterprise Auto Sales. They said they sent the title, but I still haven't got it and they won't pick up my calls. I paid $4300 in cash on Feb XX XXXX for the 2008 *** ES ***. They assured me that the title was available, but after I bought the car, they changed their tune and said they had to mail it. I've noticed that many others have complained about not receiving their titles too. This has me really worried because I really need my title.

It's been 40 days and I still haven't got my title. I bought a car on 12/10 and I haven't received my title yet. Every time I go to the business, they keep giving me excuses and saying the title lady isn't there. I really need my title so I can register my car. I paid $2,750 for a 2010 Hyundai Elantra, including the paperwork fee. I made sure to give them the correct address, so it wasn't sent by mail.

I bought it, paid for it, did the paperwork. But guess what? No title! They said they would mail it to me. It's been over 40 days now and still no title. My paper tags are expired and nobody answers the phone up there. I looked in the car and the book says it's an '08, but the ad said it was an '06, and the car door says it's a 2005. I paid $3,700 cash for this junk. It's all messed up. And to top it off, the car turned out to be a piece of crap anyway. Now I can't even get my title. I want it or my money back. You gave your word and look what it got me... nothing.

I was lied to about my title. The DMV said it went to the dealership, but he can't even give me a direct number to call the office and speak with a professional better than him. His cellphone is the office number, he says. Why is your cellphone your office number in the first place when you're never in the office to begin with? I need my title ASAP or my legal team will be taking action simply because I suspect fraudulent behavior with titles. There's too many complaints about titles on here and I believe them all. I paid cash and full $1600 for a 2005 Malibu. This company is not professional at all.
