Class Action Law Suit Needed against Morgan-Properties for theft of service Theft by Decption Fraud Unsafe Living conditions. Bate and Switch. Breach of Contract!

This is so true, I resides in Reisterstown MD, I once rented from them before and never had any issues with them. It was just a heavy crime area and I moved. Years later, I'm back with them and its totally the worse I ever lived. One year and I can't wait until my time is up. And would not ever recommend anyone to rent from Morgan. The seem to lost their pride in realty business, not to mention, the respect from their tenants. How do they live or sleep at night. Money is always the root of all evil and corruption. It will come back to bite them, every dog has a day.

Follow up for my already submitted complain

I have called everyday for the past week for lack of hot water. Now the coldest day of the year temperatures dropped to -8 and I have no heat. I called and went online for maintenance request and still no response. I will be filing complaint with bbb and submitting complaint with my muncipal inspection department for this abuse.

I have almost 6 months that the machine does not work, every Friday I go to the office and they always answer the same thing "we are working please wait" but if you check my record this problem has been for 6 months. They are supposed to be a company would be. or not?

I put a application in and was told approved them never called back. I called the manager and never got a answer then the regional manager answered once but never called me back . kitchen sink disposal inoperable

I was in my unit for only 72 hours(since 11/5/22) and my apartment was flooding from both toilets and water was backing up in my bathtub. I have had no help from the office or the so called property manager. I have no idea what to do except post on this complaint board in hopes to have someone from corporate contact me.

I live in Waverly Woods in Webster NY in the office building. There is a black Volkswagen SUV that constantly parks in the handicapped spot (building 108) because the female is very, very, very lazy to walk any further than it has to. I am close to calling the cops to get it towed but I would like a warning issued to this vehicle before I do that.

My name is Shelley Baggage residing 1206 Palmer Road Apt#7 Ft. Washington Maryland. Please repair the dishwasher. Please seal holes in the unit to keep the rats out. The dishwasher been broken since last year of May 2022. Dishwasher full of pungent water an mold. Property Manager arrived June 22, 2023 to look at the dishwasher.
