I filed a claim initially on September 19, 2024. It does not appear anyone cares to read consumers complaints/emails or have any thoughts to help with the problems caused by the orders supplied by Morning Save. I purchased 4 Luminess Aeroscalp Scalp Cleansing Device with Facial Cleansing Brush on The Talk Morning Save - As I wrote previously, I only received 3. I WANT THE 4TH! They are gifts for my 4 granddaughters and have no intentions of giving three of them this gift and leaving the 4th granddaughter out. Only one of 2 resolutions are acceptable: Please send the 4 the item as previously ordered in BLUE or, send me a Self Addressed Postage Paid Box with Return Reciept attached for verification for my full refund.
