I have been try nearly all day to get in touch with them to get some clarity about a problem with our soup maker. When set to smooth it still comes out chunky, although it has been working ok until now.
I tried all sorts of ways to get in touch, the phone is not working, I try to navigate their website but it just goes round in circles! no mention of service, faults or spares. They gave a email address [protected]@morphyrichards.co.uk this address was declined when I compiled my email. Absolute total rubbish all round.
We have always bought morphy Richards, this is our second Soupmaker, we have a decent stream iron etc. but if a company cannot be bothered to take care of the customer needs I'm afraid I'll no longer be a customer!
Lets hope I can get some help.
