I purchased this computer on 8/11/24. It was working fine until the about 2 weeks ago when I turned it on it had lines and spider webs on the screen. The computer screen is not shattered and I have done nothing to cause physical damage to it. I contacted MSI and they informed me they would not cover it because it was caused by physical damage of which I told them I live alone the computer is mounted on the provided stand and is sitting on the computer desk. I then contacted Protect All which is the extended warranty company and they told me it was still under the manufacturers warranty and that I have the coverage but it will not kick in for 1 year after the original manufacturers warranty expires. This is crazy and the representatives of your company are pretty much calling me a liar. This is a terrible way to treat customers. They told me they would fix it but I would have to pay for the repair and pay to have it shipped from Ft Lauderdale Fl to CA. Please help me I spent over $800 plus the extended warranty and have nothing to show for it now.

Desired outcome: To replace or refund money, since it is defective & they are not listening to me suggesting I am a liar.
