I purchased mspy with the understanding that having physical access to the device being monitored was not necessary.
Once I was assured that this was the case as I do not have access to this device, I have mspy my credit card numbers and purchases their product.
I immediately went to work on downloading and configuring their software.
after about 10 minutes I became confused because the only way to monitor a phone without physical access is if the phone or device being monitored was an i-phone. since the phone I need to monitor is an android this solution would not work for me.
I was told and sold on this software with the understanding no physical access needed. As it turned out this is not true, this feature only works on i-phone.
I immediately requested abrefund. nas it had not been more then a half hour from the time I purchased mspy and time I found out you had to have physical access to the phone.
I have now spent the last three weeks calling and chatting with their support and e mailing their billing dept with no response.
This was false advertising and fraudulent. their customer service is by far the worst I have experience. do not buy anything from mspy, it is a scam.
that is absolutely ridiculous. I have chatted with your support people many times and get the same run around .. it's a joke any you are unethical thieves.
support chat always says you have to talk to our billing dept, which is a falasy, bc they won't talk on the phone or chat with you can only email them.
I have sent numerous emails to your billing dept and have only received on reply offering me some other service I don't want or need.
you are crooks, give me my money back ..
