There were numerous issues, not sure I should give details here but basically none of the functions promised actually work as advertised.. It is related to the fact the app can be easily stopped and also mobile data, GPS are not protected and can be stopped. Thus the child can easily stop tracking.
This is not about support, these are the features not meeting my requirements.
SO I decided to cancel the subscription and ask for refund. It was no later than 3 days after I started the subscription.
mSpy refused to refund with a note I did not try the product, because I don't have assigned a mobile device. This resolution came after 14 days from my cancelation and refund request. It seems the mSpy person did not read my testing process and issues at all.
I have contacted customer service multiple times only to be called a liar by the rudest customer service I’ve ever come in contact with in my life!
I would sincerely discourage anyone to subscribe this product, it is more about stealing peoples money than monitoring children.
