I have several tickets numbers and this is the latest one. I purchased this program on Sept 15, 2023 after talking with a chat agent. He also gave me misleading information after I was directed to the credit card section to put my information. He used His discount number and I was charged $218.50. After 2-3 different third parties appeared, I turned around and canceled my subscription and asked for a refund.
I have been asking for a refund since Sept 15, 2023 going back and forth. Consumers are always given the opportunity to cancel a subscription or return items to a department store. Even without looking at your policies which I never looked at because the chat agent sent me right over to the credit card registration site to pay for the program.
I have not even used the program or plan to use the program. I just want to have my refund issued and credited back to my credit card.
This is my 7-8 attempt and what this company is doing is not right. You are robbing me of $218.50 and this should be returned at the earliest.
It was even indicated that 25% would be given back to me and I have not touched the program. This company truly is a scam as I have read a lot of emails as I am trying to get my refund back.
Never heard of such a sham in my life.
