They reached out the day of the delivery and said they will substitute roses with tulips.
The person doesn't like tulips, but I said okay.
Do you see any tulips in the bouquet that was delivered?
It's twice smaller, missing most of the advertised flowers, cheap from the yard greenery, crumbled paper. That's what I paid $80 for. And yes, the card, I also paid for- forget it- they just printed the message ( in TWO languages mixed in), and glued to the candy box.
Amd customer service - the worst- they argue that this is okay and saying, quote "The color, variety, type of flowers and greenery can change".
So don't be surprised when you order a nicely FALSELY ADVERTISED bouquet and receive something else.
This company doesn't stand behind customers.
