I ordered a trolling motor on 1/15/22 which they said was is stock. I asked for confirmation of item in stock after it did not arrive in estimated delivery date. The motor is now 2-3 months away on backorder. As of 1/31/22 they still have not canceled my order, and refunded my money with over 1/2 dozen request. There are plenty of honest, and reputable companies to buy parts from. My green outdoors is not one of them.

Very disappointed, I ordered a replacement Victron Shunt. this company sent me a generic shunt that was totally unusable to me. I contacted the company both by online chat and by phone. each time I was assured that the right part would be sent out. And after a full month, I have yet to receive it. And now every time I call it goes to voice mail and needless to say my calls are never returned. BUYER BEWARE, I would Never recommend anyone do business with this company. Sincerely

Process from start to finish was great A++ . Prior to buying the product I called to ask about a more specific delivery time than 2 to 12 weeks. Kevin ran me through how many times he had them in stock in the past few months.After that conversation I placed my order immediately. There was great communication from start to finish with my purchase and I had my new fish finder in 12 days , which is really saying something now a days. Thankyou for a smooth professional process. I will definitely be doing business again.

I read some of the bad reviews and was nervous. Started a chat about that and whether a motor was in stock. Said they had plenty of them and it would ship today if I ordered it. I ordered it Monday morning and it was delivered today, Tuesday. Not Much more than 24 hours. All good!
I ordered and paid for a Humminbird Fish finder from My Green Outdoors on 12/31. As of today 02/18/2022 i have not heard or received any updates or information regarding when the item will ship.. I tried several times to contact by phone with negative results. After reading the reviews I think it would be in my best interest to request a full refund.

My Green outdoors apparently has turned out to be scammers. Zero follow up and no product delivered after my card was charged. I have sent several messages on their online chat with not one reply back to me. I have requested via email 3 times now for cancellation of my order and a refund to my credit card. No response to my emails either. They have a 2.2 of 5 ComplaintsBoard.com rating and based on my experience with them it is a "zero" out of 5. I should have read the reviews prior to my purchase. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I ordered a trolling motor in August that said it was 8-12 weeks out. It is now January and I have not received my item. I have called and messaged online. I have received no updates. I need to cancel and get a refund but they do not answer their phone. You can't get ahold of anybody and they do not respond emails. I am trying to cancel my order and get my money back.

No customer service (worried) about my money, is this company a scam? I have been waiting since Oct. 4th 2021 when my credit card was charged for a hummingbird mega 360. I under stand the issues with hummingbird products. But this Item was not showing out of stock when ordered. I have tried to contact them three times with no response. I have never had any vendor charge my credit card before they ship the the product. At this point I guess the only thing I can do is contact my credit card company to try to get money back.

ordered trolling motor. Said it would be here in 3-5 days. didnt show up. called got no answer. left message on voicemail, no response. Finally got info fron chat that it was back ordered and would take 2-6 weeks. not happy. but at this point glad they let me know something. Im praying they come through. 1600.00 lots of money for me. they have good reviews on their website. but i guess thats easy to manipulate. i guess i just wait and see. It looks like communication is the weakness here. its very hard to find help these days. As a small business owner I get it.

Do NOT order from this company. I purchased expensive marine equipment from them the website said was in stock. After they were PAID by credit card, my order status said back ordered 12 weeks. There is no way to cancel an order on their website. I have made over 10 calls. No one ever answers. I have sent many emails requesting cancelation, no replies. Therevis no address to send a letter. I had to dispute the charge with the credit card company which takes 90 days to resolve. Afterward I decided to check reviews, which I should have done first. They all said what I wish I had known from the start. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered an item from this business, and what I received was not what I ordered. I called several times, finally getting through to the owner. I told him my situation, and he said he would send out the correct item. After a couple weeks of not receiving my replacement, I started messaging and attempting to call again. No response to any of my requests. I finally sent an email stating that I had gave them plenty of opportunity to correct the situation, and I was going to contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. Within minutes, the owner responds back, and wants to know if I want him to correct the issue. I guess he didn't see the dozen other messages and emails requesting a replacement. Beware of these guys, they are only interested in getting your payment. If there is an issue, good luck.

I was unable to find a specific minn kota trolling motor due to a national back order and MyGreenOutdoors was able to get what I ordered; however, I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong motor and promptly returned it based on their 30 day return policy. I reordered the correct motor and got it without delay. I did not get a response of any kind regarding my return and later called and could not reach anyone and their voicemail was full. I called several times during the next two week period but no one answered. I was later able to leave a message but got no return call or response at all.. Finally, I was able to talk to Kevin who told me he would send my return over to their business office and that I would get an email confirmation that day. After receiving no email message, I called again and left a message indicating I was going to contact my credit card company to have them resolve it. I still received no response but the credit card company promptly issued a refund. I won't do business with MyGreenOutdoors in the future.

Same here Just had *** cancel the charge. $3000.00 trolling motor showed on the website as 7 instock. then call kevin the owner and asked if that & in stock was true and they are ready to ship. he said yes so I ordered. next day I saw my card was charged but I didnt see a shiped email. gave a few days and still nothing. sent an email to Kevin and asked about the trolling motor and when he thinks the Helix 9 would be in. he responded answering only the Helix question and not about the Trolling motor I had ordered and saw they charged my card for. Tried calling but Voicemail is always full. sent a few more emails telling him I was call Visa on Monday to reverse the charges and here it is Monday and no work from Kevin so called Visa and had the charges reversed. I used him last year and got two downriggers out to me when nobody had them and he was fast and always calling or emailing on the status. they fall fast. seeing so many complaints on here for them wondering why he can still accept credit card payments. bet you he has changed names.

I bought a boat and needed a new trolling motor, my father was driving up in 10 days to go fishing with me. I purchased (regrettably) a trolling motor from MyGreenOutoors because their website stated "Order ship in 1 business day", and on top of that I paid 161 dollars for Fedex 2 day delivery. I should have had my trolling motor with several days to spare. Needless to say, my dad is here, and the trolling motor is not. I contacted the company on six different occasions utilizing three different forms of communication over 6 days and did not receive a response until it was too late for anything to be done. Their cancellation policy states "-We ship products fast and are not able to cancel orders once they are placed." and yet after my order was placed, it didn't even ship until 6 days later. I'm losing time doing what my father and I love, because of horrible business practices, terrible customer service, and a no good, very bad company.
Horrible customer service payed for overnight shipping waited 3 days just for it to be cancelled. They said they detected fraud but still took the money off my account. WONT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
