To whom it may concern: where do I start? I ordered my m&m's on 2/24/10 for my boss' birthday. The next am I got an email at 2/25/10 saying that two of the phrases would not approve. I called immediately and spoke to a nice gentleman. I explained to him that "schmata face" was a yiddish work and was a term of endearment, a nickname my jewish boss used. He said I did not have to revise. Then he told me I could not us the phrase "turd into gold" understandable. I changed it joan! Brenda! Hanging up I thought the order was being processed. I then sent an email at 10:34am with the explanation of the word schmata. I then received an email at 1:48pm stating that they could not print "turd." I thought the issue was resolved so I emailed back at 1:48pm saying that I had spoke to someone this am and issue was resolved. This is the last I heard from m&m. I thought my order was a go. Today, I had my intern call to see if the m&ms were on their way, when he was informed that they were still waiting for approval or review and they would arrive march 11. Let me remind you the event is march 5th. I got on the phone and spoke to a nice woman named laurie. She told me they could not print "turd" which was holding this up. Mind you she only mentioned that word. Schmata was not bruoght up. An issue that had been addressed via phone and email a week ago. After a good 15-20 mins on the phone, laurie and I changed the wording again. She was going to try and push the order out today, and would call me back and let me know if it was possible. I never heard from her after 2-3 hours. I called again and asked to speak to laurie. I couldn't. So I had to explain the whole situation again to debra. Debra went to talk to production to see if they had processed the order. I asked to talk to debra's manager I was so frustrated. He/she did not get on the phone but instead had debra tell me that they were working to push these m&ms out tonight. Debra said she would call me back. She left me a vm. I had to call the main number again. I got a third person (not laurie or debra) who almost made me repeat my story again. Fortunately, she got debra on the phone. She explained they hadn't printed the candies because they would now not print the word "schmata" which hadn't been a problem since the first phone call a week ago. Mind you I never received an email stating it was an issue after I thought it was resolved. Laurie never mentioned to me on my call with her that is was an issue. The production team had googled the phrase and felt it was not printable. The team would not print an ethnic word they had to look up. I understand not printing it but after what I went through a little slack would have been nice. Nope. So I quickly changed the wording to happy birthday which has no significance. Debra told me she would call me back to tell me if they could go out tonight or not. I am still waiting. 4:42pm. My first call was at 11:30am. So let's see. I have spoken to three people (it should have been four but the manager was too coward to get on the phone) I have emailed customer service twice. This is unacceptable. Where is the communication? The people I spoke to were very happy to help me but nothing got accomplished. What are you going to do about this?

Been there done that. Had a similar problem Ordered 3-bags with an image on it for my hobby. Got the emails saying it rejected because it was "copyrighted". So I call (I own the image) and they said I'd have to sign a 6-page legal document to get the images printed. So I signed it, sent it via fax and still got the rejection emails. 5 phone calls later, finally got the damn things printed and sent. So I stupidly think, "ok this won't be a problem now that I've signed the document". Order the ones in "silver tins". SAME IMAGES. AFter 6-phone calls, 6-emails and waiting on hold while Red and Green argue and annoy the crap out of me, finally get the order accepted, THE DAY BEFORE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED! I have asked for a Supervisor to call me at least 3 times and no call yet!
The idea is great but dealing with Customer Service is hellish. They tell you one thing and something else happens. Talk about disorganized and screwed up! THIS IS MY LAST ORDER. I WON'T ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM.

To whom it may concern. Why can't we get peanut butter m&ms in the uk, in specific Belfast.why do I have to spend £5.00 on online candy websites for the product I love. I think that all products should be available worldwide. America doesn't need that much variety in chocolate, so help them out and send some our way in Belfast. Thank you.

After being willing to pay the ridiculous price they wanted for three puny bags of M&Ms and another ridiculous price for shipping them, I went through hell trying to get an image they would accept. I finally gave up and accepted a phrase "We love you" and guess what? They said they had to cancel my order because I DIDN'T GET BACK TO THEM. Duh! Five emails says I did repeatedly. Well I gave up, went out and bought 11 POUNDS of M&Ms from the store and shipped it to my friend for LESS than what they wanted for 21 ounces of the same thing. Glad you screwed up My M&Ms. Now my friend may not have three sayings and an image on his M&Ms, but they all taste the same and 11 pounds beats 21 ounces any day.

What a Joke. MARS Corp should be ashamed for even offering this. There advertising and ordering process is a scam. It is confussing on purpose, more money for them and far less and incorrect product for you. I contacted Customer Service and it took them 14 days to respond back. Which wasn't a response to my concerns, it was offfering me a 15% off a future order! Then they sign off with "Sincerely, Your friends at MY M&M’s® Yanina". Unbelievable ! NEVER AGAIN will I order from MY M & M or knowingly purchase any MARS Corp products. Sincerely Your friend at One VERY Unhappy Customer

I ordered my MM's custom candies for a Wedding Giveaways. The image on the candy looks like it was printed by a dot matrix printer instead of a laser printer. I could not give the candies out as the image of the couple was not accurate and warped. I called Customer Service because on the website it stated they guarantee customer satisfaction. Not true. The agent I spoke to had to put me on hold to speak to the Supervisor. They will only give me a 25% on the order. Thank God, I am not poor and can afford to waste my money. However, I did not have time to waste and did not want to continue to argue with the Customer Service Representative
that was not listening and not empowered to solve the issue. Never buy from My MMs.com for custom candies. You will waste your money and time.

Mine came broken. Ordered 26 baga got 22 1 with 4 m&ms. Packaging was not great no wonder they were broken.

brought a peanut m&m bag today and in the middle of the packet there was a funny looking shaped one, we tried biting into it and it was rock solid couldnt even break anything off, not very happy as that's dangerous and it's not even edible

I called and they gave me a contact info I don't know if I wrote it down wrong or if I got it wrong I got your email address at contact@usars.com but it didn't work so I found black and white hair in my M&Ms package and I want to know what you guys do because y'all need to wear hair nets

I enjoy m &M's and they both are fine by themselves. If you mix them with candy BOston Baked Beans this is a billion seller.

Just purchased 2 bags of Sharing Size from CVS after opening the bag which opened up under the resealable ziplock! All the M&M's are white chalky lover the candy . 9/20 Expire lot # g38El HKP12 II dont know.what the white stuff is nor where it come from. After reading the complaints I am like WOW! AND SADDENED ! Please change your customer values

I dont eat chocolate except peanut m&ms every Friday I treat myself well I was so unhappy when out of the whole bag I bought last only 4 m&ms had peanuts the rest were empty I look forward to this treat and am considering finding a different snack to satisfy me I live the peanut and chocolate but why buy it if there's no peanut

I was eating a fun size pack of peanut m&ms I had gotten while trick or treating on Halloween, I had bit into one, and I found a piece of plastic/ metal material inside the peanut m&m while I was chewing.

I purchased a family sized bag of carmel m&m yesterday and when i put some in mouth and bit down one of them was a tan colored pebble and broke off my back molar. There are a lot of deformed and unnatural size mms in a bag that I bought. It is unacceptable because my kids do not recognize them anymore

They teaste very off.. Like soap. Not nice at all. Used to be my favourite but the last couple of packets have been awful. Definitely not to same.

I brought a bag of peanut m&ms from the machine at work and most of the bag was gone but the package hasn't been opened yet. I feel ripped off I paid 1.50 for these m&ms.
