My Perfect Resume charged every month

I signed up for MyPerfectResume and ordered a resume. I was in process of job seeking so it was necessary for me to have a well made resume. That was the main reason why I decided to find a professional resume service instead of doing it myself. I paid $1 for subscription and wasn't expecting any other charges.
One month later I noticed that some money disappeared from my card and when I contacted my bank they said that a company called MyPerfectResume charged me! Then I contacted their support service and they claimed that was a mistake and promised to refund me and also said that they'll never charge me again. That was a lie, but unfortunately I believed them. Another month passed and I got charged again! Had to call my bank and block MyPerfectResume. Do not use this service, they are cheaters!

My Perfect Resume charged!!

I have used this website MyPerfectResume and thought that it was absolutely free. I made a resume, and paid nothing for the service, it was some sort of free trial. But when I signed up I entered some of my personal information and my card number. One month later these scammers charged me and took $25 from my account and when I contacted MyPerfectResume customer service and asked what was going on they said that I was automatically signed up. I asked them to cancel my account and they did that but they also refused to refund my money! Avoid!

My Perfect Resume unauthorised deductions

I signed up for a one-off resume for my grand-son in April 2016 for US$1.95 from My Perfect Resume. I have just noticed a monthly deduction of $29.80 for the past 9 months from the Credit card from this company. I did not sign up for this. I notice on the net so many others are in this same situation. This is fraudulence. I cancelled within 7 days as requested and am still being charged.

My Perfect Resume unauthorised direct debit from account by my perfect resume

I have just checked my internet banking and found out that my perfect resume has been stealing money from my account. I have not given any authorisation for direct debits of $48.47 but that is what is being taken from my account. I want all money stolen refunded and any further deductions stopped immediately

I have had unauthorised direct debits from My Perfect Resume! They start and stop and when I contact them they say I have a free account and that they can't find a reason why i am getting debited. I have contacted fair trading and asked my bank to stop and debits from them!

My Perfect Resume online service - unauthorized charges

I did a resume and bought it for something like $2.95 on Feb 24, 2016. I don't remember reading anything about being charged $34.95 a month and didn't get an email that I recall. They trap people into a small fee and then start ripping your bank account for months. Unfortunately I did not see the outrageous monthly withdrawals until August. I went online line and found I have an account [protected].

I would like a refund of every monthly charge since my initial transaction in February.

My Perfect Resume unauthorized credit card charges

I signed up for My Perfect Resume back in June of this year. I've been applying for jobs online and most of them ask for resumes. I haven't done a resume in maybe 10 years, so I knew it was time to touch up my resume. I went through all of the steps and at the end I was satisfied with the end product. I was informed that I had to pay $1.95 to download and finish my resume. At first I was hesitant, But decided that if it was only $1.95 it was worth it. However, I looked at my bank account a few minutes ago and there's a charge from a resume company for $39.95! I called the number listed on the website and the man who answered asked for my email, so I gave it to him, he comes back a few minutes later stating that they don't have my email listed in their system! Then the guy asks for the last 4 digits of my card number and who's name it's in, so I told him, guy puts me on hold for a few more minutes to supposedly verify info, comes back and asks for full credit card number and name on card, puts me on hold again for a few minutes and finally says that there's no information like that in their system and then tells me he's not with My Perfect Resume and that he's with another company who I forgot the name because I'm so mad that someone stole my money without authorization! I am going to make a report with the police and call my attorney! Maybe then something will be done!

My Perfect Resume stole my money!!

Tried MyPerfectResume website and thought it was free but then they've started charging me! I wouldn't have written this negative reviews if they would simply refund my money and leave me alone. But no! Even after I spoke to one of their reps and they promised to refund me they did the exactly opposite thing! They charged me again! These folks are beyond ridiculous! How can I cancel my account and stop them from stealing my money!?

My Perfect Resume unauthorized credit card charges

After purchasing a $ 3.99 resume they fraudulently continued taking a subscription fee of $35.80 monthly since 12/16/15. I was able to recover 3 months of charges as one customer rep. stated " as a Courtesy ".
I call them everyday to try and recover the other 3 months they stole from my account and will continue to call everyday until I wear them down. So far I have 6 names and will continue documenting all their name until I get my refund.

My Perfect Resume fraudulent subscription

Months ago (October 2015) I went using an apparently free service that will allow me to build my CV. After spending a long time on building it, I had to pay if I wanted to access to it. First thing that was not correct, making you believe that it is free and once you spent your time on it, which is equal to money you do not want to loose more so you pay the little fee that is asked.
I did not additionally subscribe to any monthly offer. Never. If it was stated somewhere it was certainly stated in a way that no one could see it and therefore you could fraudulently make us sign up against our will to it.
If this is not fraudulent what is it ?
I did not see but since October I had 23pounds80 debited from my account, 6 times 23 pounds 80 = 142 pounds.
This is more than a scam. I am a student, I earn less money that that every month to live of and you fraudulently made us signed something without our consent.
What can I do now? I have already sent an email at the beginning of the month to the customer service. Knowing that I am not a customer at all and had no answers. In 2 or 3 days if they follow their schedule they will take again 23pounds80 out of my account.
What can I do to get it refund ?

My Perfect Resume scam to repetitively charge your credit card without legal authorization

i want to make aware to the bigger public that this company MyPerfectResume.com is a scam! do not fall for it. i wonder why no regulatory body is investigating this company and shutting it down.

1st they will offer free trial, then asked for a small charge. when u paid the small charge, they will subsequently make further charges that are significantly larger.

when i emailed to ask for refund, no response. when i called, the rep claimed to not speak good english and going in circle with you to buy time. gave excuses such as couldn't find account number, computer is slow, keep on asking same questions and etc. suspect they want to keep you on the phone to earn phone money. i immediately hung up after 10+min talking on the phone with no positive outcome.

i ended up blocking/cancelling my card to avoid future charges.

My Perfect Resume complete fraud!

After signing up for this service, I was charged for who knows what. I thought that MyPerfectResume was a free service, but suddenly they took $35 from my account. So I contacted their customer care and asked them to cancel my membership. They said that when you sign up you are automatically charged to activate the membership. They promised there will be no more charges. But one month later I got another charge of $35! So I called again and demanded my money back and received no response. I contacted my back and cancelled my card. Complete fraud!

My Perfect Resume absolute scam

I wanted to make a perfect resume and spent about two hours making it thinking that MyPerfectResume was a free service. When I got to the end there was a fee of $4 and then a high monthly cost for subscription. I realized there was an automatic subscription only after I paid $4. I contacted the company to let them know that I would like to cancel the subscription. I never got a reply. Few months passed, I already forgot abut this website and then I suddenly got charged $53! I'm so disgusted with these people! I tried to contact them, but no one ever replied, so I had to cancel my card. Beware!

This is the second complaint I have lodged. I logged onto myperfectresume.com, tried to create a resume, it didn't work, company will not stop charging me. My Perfect Resume scam website, it is not free!

Horrible scam service! I joined this site to try their 14 day free trial. 14 days later I found out that it was never free and I was scammed! They automatically enrolled me into an expensive monthly subscription. I had no idea that happened, I was never informed about that. They just signed me up and charged me. I contacted MyPerfectResume customer support and demanded my money back. They apologized and promised I will get my money in few days, that never happened! Avoid!

My Perfect Resume another scam website

I really hate doing online business, because there are so many scammers out there. When I joined MyPerfectResume I had no idea that these guys are scammers as many other companies. I have been charged by this company even though I used their service only once. I decided to cancel my account so I contacted their customer service. They said that my account was successfully cancelled and I will get a refund in few days. Several weeks passed and I have yet to get an email regarding my refund. Few days ago I tried to log in. Now words can describe how disgusted I was when discovered that my account was never cancelled! Do not trust this company.

My Perfect Resume not able to access account, no response after they collected my resume.

I was hopping to improve on my resume so I started the process with My Perfect Resume. I submitted my existing resume and when wanted to see the result I got stuck at the access account page. I got message that I already have an account but with different ID. The page did not offer any options to resent the password. When communicating with their customer service I got no response.

Now they got my resume but I got nothing. Total waste of my time. Now I am concerned about them having my resume and possibly sharing it with public and making profit on it.

In my opinion, these type of services just collecting information from the public under misleading or not true claims.

My Perfect Resume avoid this website

It is very difficult to cancel but it is possible. I wanted to cancel my membership and contacted customer service. I received a cancellation number and cancelled my subscription. But Later I realized that they've continued charging monthly fees from my credit card. I contacted them again and asked what was going on. The rep told me that I never cancelled my subscription. So I've sent them my cancellation number as a proof. I even received a cancellation confirmation email and also provided it. Their rep said that it was impossible. So he basically called me a liar and told that those messages were fake. Completely ridiculous. I spoke to many reps and finally cancelled my subscription, but they refused to return my money back. Well, that is better than nothing, but I'm still disgusted with MyPerfectResume.

If you canceled the subscription as you mention and as well have the email with the cancellation number, it should be enough to process any refund of any charge process after that day of the cancellation for that specific account. My Perfect Resume charged after cancelling service

I used MyPerfectResume to build two resumes and two cover letter for multiple career goals. I paid the 3.95 to download the resumes and cancelled the subscription in 5 days. The company billed my bank card for 68.00 even though I cancelled. This has been a disaster for me as I did not have a job in the first place and was living off my savings. These charges put my bank account in negative and now I am on the hook for overdraft charges and other fees to stop this company from going into my account to try and get other monies. I am so very upset that they did not honor my cancellation nor will customer service correct it. They told me they did not have a record of my cancellation and there is no department for me escalate this problem. So very upset.

My Perfect Resume avoid this website!

I joined MyPerfectResume and paid the initial $2.95 fee. I tried the site, did not like it and decided to cancel the subscription. But then I realized that this company has auto renewals and it's almost impossible to cancel. I contacted their customer service and was told to try the online cancellation method but it didn't work. Then I sent them an email and was told that I need to call them in order to cancel. I called them and they said that I need to send a message. I was so angry! It was obvious that these guys are just running a scam and they won't allow me to cancel! Because of these thieves I had to cancel my credit card! Please, save you money and time, avoid this scam company! These guys are pretty good at stealing money from hard working people. MyPerfectResume is a dishonest and corrupt company!
