Dr. Swift,

The appointment was missed this am because I was delayed in traffic and 10 minutes late.
In my opinion that is just completely ludicrious, I past appointments I have waited for more than ten minutes when the doctor was running behind... I didn't cancel on him?
I will never use My eye doctor again, the experience I had this morning is completely disgusting.
I will share my experience with as many people as possible on social media so others do not have to experience this rubbish!
