MyEyeDr review: Total incompetence

It took several tries to get my left contact right. It's still not right but I told them to go ahead and order. I got a text my order was in, so I went to pick it up. They brought out a bag and it only had one box. The bag said it was for the right contact with a big red R. But come to find out it was really the left. The girl said I told you on the phone you were only ordering the left (or right who knows), but that was a total lie. Why would I order just the left (or right who knows), if I need both? So, they ordered the only the left contact lens as it turned out, but as you recall the bag had labeled it as the right with a big red R. Total incompetence so far right? Why? Because their computer system sucks, and the Dr. didn't check it or put in the correct information. So, they couldn't update it and the Dr wasn't there. So, when I got home, I called them and said email me the prescription. Well guess what the prescription only had the left, and the right was totally blank. I couldn't go to Costco to get the right, as I will never go back to MyEyeDr again. Finally, they get the prescription for the right contact entered and I finally get the prescription printed. I get over to Costco and guess what? Since MyEyeDr ordered the left, my insurance company won't pay for the contact for the right since I had already used the benefit for the year. So, I had to pay out of pocket, $151, for the right contact. Thanks a lot MyEyeDr, you really f'ed me over good on this whole deal. My advise to anyone reading this don't go anywhere near MyEyeDr.
