I was over look no customer service at all as if I My appointment was at 12pm I arrived 30 minutes early was seen in the beginning pretty quick due to the other haven’t arrived but I guess I was forgot about once I was seen hour in half later by my doctor went in the front waiting to be seen I lite rally had to ask 5 workers who overlook me they wasn’t with no customers I ask quick question am I waiting on this young lady to finish up with her client in order to be seen at this point I been there from 11:30 am to 2pm all patient was gone except one person I mentioned early that I seen the hold time I was there wasn’t there I had to tell them I really need to finish up been here longer than expected have to get to work finally a gentleman came and cash me out
Desired outcome: Speak with the worker do better take a customer service skill class this makes the company look bad keep
