Wisely® does not freeze funds while investigating disputes".

Having access to your money is extremely important and we strive to resolve customer issues quickly, so be sure to include all relevant details when submitting a claim to help speed up the process.

Wisely froze up my account with out my knowledge or without any warning. I called customer service because I keyed in the wrong data on my email account, it should have been [protected]@mail.com, but I keyed [protected]@mail.colm, in which I could not access the account from my tablet and I had lost my phone and had to replace it so I could not access it that way either, I was told to upload my photo Id's to a link they sent me, in which I did, after which I went out to get money to pay bills only to find my account had been locked up with out my knowledge or consent. When I called to complain I was told there's nothing they could do I'll just have to wait for my info to be verified witch would to two to three business day's, to me this was totally unfair, I should have been warned that my account would be froze if the opened a dispute.

Desired outcome: I need to be able to access my money today...........
